Abstract

本发明涉及一种精确定位食道支架输送系统,包括定位引导头、芯管、中管、外鞘管、固定柄、大手柄,以及定位装置。定位装置由限位套、固定套和定位固定针组成。限位套连接在中管的前端,由限位部和套合部组成,并沿套合部内侧圆周设有凹槽;固定套位于限位套前侧,并滑动连接在芯管上,在固定套的外圆周上设有定位固定针;固定套与定位引导头之间为食道支架装载区,由定位固定针与凹槽配合实现对食道支架裸端支架头的限制与释放。本发明保证食道支架不会在输送系统中发生移位扭转的现象;并使得在打开定位装置前,可以对食道支架释放位置进行调整;也可以将食道支架收回,撤出人体以更换,回收方式简单有效,不会造成输送系统直径过大部分变形。

Description

一种精确定位食道支架输送系统
技术领域
本发明属于医疗器械技术领域,特别涉及一种精确定位食道支架输送系统。
背景技术
目前,在临床的食道介入治疗中,通常在X光下或内镜直视下,使用食道支架输送系统将记忆合金食道支架送至病变部位,然后将食道支架释放,利用食道支架自身的径向支撑力达到治疗或缓解病症的目的。目前的食道支架输送系统的结构包括外鞘管、中管、芯管、定位引导头、大手柄、固定柄和小手柄。连接情况为:芯管前端为定位引导头,依次往后为中管、小手柄;中管依次往后为外鞘管、大手柄组件、固定柄和小手柄。在装载过程中将食道支架预先装载在食道支架输送系统中,锁紧安全锁套。在手术过程中将食道支架送入患者病灶处,确定好位置后,将安全锁松开,后撤大手柄将食道支架释放至病灶处,最后将输送系统撤出患者体外。其不足之处有二:其一为食道支架若释放出一部分后发现位置有误或需要稍许调整支架位置时无法调整,加大了手术难度或可能导致手术失败;其二为食道支架容易在输送系统的外管中出现扭转移位,可能导致释放困难引起手术失败或延长手术时间。
解决食道支架输送和释放过程中的扭转移位及定位不准确,实现食道支架植入过程中位置及时调整是目前急需解决的问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术不足,本发明提供了一种精确定位食道支架输送系统。
该输送系统包括芯管、中管、外鞘管,在芯管前端连接有定位引导头,由固定柄控制中管的滑动与锁止,由大手柄控制外鞘管的滑动与锁止,在该输送系统中设有定位装置3;
所述定位装置3由固定套9、定位固定针10和限位套11组成;其中,限位套11由限位部和套合部连接组成,限位部与中管的前端连接,用以对固定套9进行限位;套合部的内径保证套合部能够紧密套合在固定套9上装载的食道支架外侧,并沿套合部内侧圆周设有N个凹槽,3≤N≤8;固定套9位于限位套11前侧,并滑动连接在芯管上;在固定套9的外圆周上,对应限位套11上的凹槽设有N个定位固定针10;固定套9与定位引导头之间的区域为食道支架装载区,固定套9上的定位固定针10与限位套11上的凹槽配合,实现对食道支架裸端支架头的限制与释放。
所述固定柄上设有锁紧阀12控制中管的滑动与锁止。
所述大手柄的后端设有锁紧螺母13和密封圈14,达到锁止外鞘管和密封的作用。
本发明的有益效果为:
定位装置将食道支架裸端支架头固定并锁紧,可以保证食道支架不会在输送系统中发生移位扭转的现象,保证了装载稳定性和安全性。食道支架释放过程中,在打开定位装置前都可以对食道支架释放位置进行调整,使得食道支架植入定位更准确、治疗效果更好;在打开定位装置前,若发现食道支架不适合患者,可以将食道支架收回终止释放,撤出人体,之后选择更合适的支架,保证医生和患者再选择的权利;食道支架回收方式简单有效,不会造成输送系统直径过大部分变形,更易于操作。本发明具有操作快捷,定位更精准,食道支架释放稳定、安全、精准,回收简便,手术时间短,患者痛苦小等优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明做进一步说明。应该强调的是,下述说明仅仅是示例性的,而不是为了限制本发明的范围及其应用。
如图1所示一种精确定位食道支架输送系统,定位引导头1呈枣核状,与芯管2的前端连接,芯管2的后端依次穿过中管4和固定柄7与小手柄8连接。中管4的后端依次穿过外鞘管5和大手柄6与固定柄7连接;在固定柄7上设有锁紧阀12控制中管4的滑动与锁止。外鞘管5的后端与大手柄6连接;在大手柄6的后端设有锁紧螺母13和密封圈14,密封圈14可以为硅胶或橡胶材质,通过旋紧锁紧螺母13,挤压密封圈14,达到锁止外鞘管5和密封的作用;并在大手柄6的侧壁设有注液口15。
如图2所示,定位装置3由固定套9、定位固定针10和限位套11组成。其中,所述限位套11由限位部和套合部连接组成,限位部与中管4的前端连接,其内径略大于芯管2的外径,且小于固定套9的外径,对固定套9进行限位;套合部的内径保证套合部能够紧密套合在固定套9上装载的食道支架外侧,并沿套合部内侧圆周设有N个凹槽,3≤N≤8。所述固定套9位于限位套11的前侧,滑动连接在芯管2上;在固定套9的外圆周上连接有N个定位固定针10与限位套11上的凹槽相对应,定位固定针10可以采用金属或高分子材料制成,连接方式可以为锚定、粘接或焊接。固定套9与定位引导头1之间的区域为食道支架装载区;固定套9上的定位固定针10能够与限位套11上的凹槽配合实现对食道支架裸端支架头的限制与释放。
以下说明本装置的工作原理:
将食道支架装载到定位装置3与定位引导头1之间的食道支架装载区,使固定套9上的定位固定针10分别穿过食道支架裸端的支架环,固定芯管2不动,通过固定柄7向前推动中管4,带动限位套11向前移动,限位套11上的凹槽一一对应套合到定位固定针10上,如图3所示,从而将食道支架裸端支架头固定并锁紧,由此,食道支架不会在输送系统中发生移位扭转的现象。然后通过大手柄6向前推动外鞘管5,使其包覆整个食道支架,继续推动外鞘管5,使定位引导头1部分没入外鞘管5中,此时,锁紧固定柄7上的锁紧阀12,并通过锁紧螺母13和密封圈14锁紧大手柄6,即完成食道支架的装载。
通过输送系统将食道支架输送至患者病变部位,定位完毕后,通过注液口15注射药液;然后松开大手柄6,后撤外鞘管5,食道支架逐步释放。在释放过程中,若发现定位位置有误或需要微调整,则只需固定住大手柄6,后撤固定柄7,使食道支架重新包覆在外鞘管5中,即可进行重新定位。若发现食道支架不适合患者,则采用同样的方式回收食道支架,并取出患者体外进行更换。经调整后,先松开大手柄6,后撤外鞘管5,使食道支架逐步释放;确认定位准确后,松开锁紧阀12,通过固定柄7后撤中管4,带动限位套11一起后撤,打开其与定位固定针10的套合,释放食道支架裸端支架头,完成食道支架的释放。释放完毕后,撤出输送系统。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (3)

1.一种精确定位食道支架输送系统,包括芯管、中管、外鞘管,在芯管前端连接有定位引导头,由固定柄控制中管的滑动与锁止,由大手柄控制外鞘管的滑动与锁止,其特征在于,该输送系统中设有定位装置(3);
所述定位装置(3)由固定套(9)、定位固定针(10)和限位套(11)组成;其中,限位套(11)由限位部和套合部连接组成,限位部与中管的前端连接,用以对固定套(9)进行限位;套合部的内径保证套合部能够紧密套合在固定套(9)上装载的食道支架外侧,并沿套合部内侧圆周设有N个凹槽,3≤N≤8;固定套(9)位于限位套(11)前侧,并滑动连接在芯管上;在固定套(9)的外圆周上,对应限位套(11)上的凹槽设有N个定位固定针(10);固定套(9)与定位引导头之间的区域为食道支架装载区,固定套(9)上的定位固定针(10)与限位套(11)上的凹槽配合,实现对食道支架裸端支架头的限制与释放。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种精确定位食道支架输送系统,其特征在于,所述固定柄上设有锁紧阀(12)控制中管的滑动与锁止。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种精确定位食道支架输送系统,其特征在于,所述大手柄的后端设有锁紧螺母(13)和密封圈(14),达到锁止外鞘管和密封的作用。
