发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种薏仁竹笋腊肠。
方案是:五花肉9-10kg、薏仁2-3kg、竹笋5-6kg、辣椒粉200-250g,五香粉200-250g、精盐220-230g、味精90-100g、酱油180-200g。
制备方法:将五花肉剁成泥,薏仁和竹笋粒煮熟,将所有组份混匀装腊肠,干燥即可。
