背景技术
泥鳅，属鳅科，泥鳅被称为“水中之参”，在中国南方各地均有分布北方不常见但也分布各地，全年都可采收，夏季最多，泥鳅捕捉后，可鲜用或烘干用。泥鳅生活在湖池，且形体小，只有三、四寸长，它体形圆，身短，皮下有小鳞片，颜色青黑，浑身沾满了自身的粘液，因而滑腻无法握住。是营养价值很高的一种鱼，它和其它的鱼不相同，无论外表，体形，生活习性都不同，是一种特殊的鳅类，泥鳅广泛分布于亚洲沿岸的中国、日本、朝鲜、俄罗斯及印度等地，可食用、入药。
泥鳅其肉质鲜美，富含多种氨基酸，是目前水产养殖中养殖率较高的品种，泥鳅对于饲料的要求并不高，但是泥鳅鳅种养殖，由于杂食的特点，因此容易患病，水肿病是泥鳅容易患的病种之一，其会导致泥鳅厌食，呼吸困难，不食不动，最后尾鳍僵化，失去游动能力，不久死亡，急性型的病鳅一般2～14天即可死亡。

本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种制备方法简单，原料配比合理，治疗效果明显的用于治疗泥鳅水肿病的饲料添加剂及其制备方法。

一种用于治疗泥鳅水肿病的饲料添加剂，其特征在于，由以下分量的原料制成：
车前子3-5份、茯苓2-4份、泽泻2-4份、猪苓2-4份、白术3-5份、木通2-4份、防己3-5份、滑石2-4份、竹叶6-8份、冬瓜皮8-10份、通草2-4份、茵陈3-5份、金钱草6-8份、杀菌剂1-3份、粘接剂6-8份、诱食剂4-6份。
各原料的优选分量为：车前子3-5份、茯苓2-4份、泽泻2-4份、猪苓2-4份、白术3-5份、木通2-4份、防己3-5份、滑石2-4份、竹叶6-8份、冬瓜皮8-10份、通草2-4份、茵陈3-5份、金钱草6-8份、杀菌剂1-3份、粘接剂6-8份、诱食剂4-6份。
所述的杀菌剂包括：芦荟胶6-8份、绿茶叶1-3份、艾叶1-3份、苦菜2-4份、大蒜素1-3份、洋葱2-4份；
制备方法为：将绿茶叶、艾叶、苦菜、大蒜素和洋葱进行切断后，放入煎锅中，取总量10倍的清水分3-5次进行煎煮，然后去渣后合并煎煮液，即可得到。
所述的粘接剂包括：玉米面粉80-10份、小麦面粉6-8份、淀粉3-5份、米粉8-10份，磨粉后混合制备而成。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解，下面结合具体实施例，进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
称取车前子3kg、茯苓2kg、泽泻2kg、猪苓2kg、白术3kg、木通2kg、防己3kg、滑石2kg、竹叶6kg、冬瓜皮8kg、通草2kg、茵陈3kg、金钱草6kg、杀菌剂1kg、粘接剂6kg、诱食剂4kg；
实施例2
称取车前子3kg、茯苓2kg、泽泻2kg、猪苓2kg、白术3kg、木通2kg、防己3kg、滑石2kg、竹叶6kg、冬瓜皮8kg、通草2kg、茵陈3kg、金钱草6kg、杀菌剂1kg、粘接剂6kg、诱食剂4kg；
制备实施例1或实施例2方法：
1)将原料中除杀菌剂、粘接剂和诱食剂以外的所有原料进行烘烤，直至含水量在5-10％，然后统一放入研磨机中进行研磨成粉，得到药粉备用；
2)将原料中的杀菌剂、粘接剂和诱食剂进行预混合，然后与步骤1中制备的原料进行混合后，加水进行搅拌，直至得到粘稠的糊状物后，取出投入烤箱，烤制成固体后，进行磨粉，即可得到。
用法用量：按照每50公斤的复配饲料中添加本品3公斤，进行充分搅拌后，正常投喂即可。

车前子3-5份、茯苓2-4份、泽泻2-4份、猪苓2-4份、白术3-5份、木通2-4份、防己3-5份、滑石2-4份、竹叶6-8份、冬瓜皮8-10份、通草2-4份、茵陈3-5份、金钱草6-8份、杀菌剂1-3份、粘接剂6-8份、诱食剂4-6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于治疗泥鳅水肿病的饲料添加剂，其特征在于：各原料的优选分量为：车前子3-5份、茯苓2-4份、泽泻2-4份、猪苓2-4份、白术3-5份、木通2-4份、防己3-5份、滑石2-4份、竹叶6-8份、冬瓜皮8-10份、通草2-4份、茵陈3-5份、金钱草6-8份、杀菌剂1-3份、粘接剂6-8份、诱食剂4-6份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于治疗泥鳅水肿病的饲料添加剂，其特征在于：所述的杀菌剂包括：芦荟胶6-8份、绿茶叶1-3份、艾叶1-3份、苦菜2-4份、大蒜素1-3份、洋葱2-4份；
制备方法为：将绿茶叶、艾叶、苦菜、大蒜素和洋葱进行切断后，放入煎锅中，取总量10倍的清水分3-5次进行煎煮，然后去渣后合并煎煮液，即可得到。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于治疗泥鳅水肿病的饲料添加剂，其特征在于：所述的粘接剂包括：玉米面粉80-10份、小麦面粉6-8份、淀粉3-5份、米粉8-10份，磨粉后混合制备而成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于治疗泥鳅水肿病的饲料添加剂，其特征在于：所述的诱食剂包括：山楂3-5份、柠檬酸2-4份、马钱子2-4份、槟榔3-5份、茴香6-8份、氨基酸7-8份。
6.一种制备权利要求1或2中一种用于治疗泥鳅水肿病的饲料添加剂的方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
1)将原料中除滑石粉、粘接剂和诱食剂以外的所有原料进行烘烤，直至含水量在5-10％，然后统一放入研磨机中进行研磨成粉，得到药粉备用；
2)将原料中的滑石粉、粘接剂和诱食剂进行预混合，然后与步骤1中制备的原料进行混合后，加水进行搅拌，直至得到粘稠的糊状物后，取出投入烤箱，烤制成固体后，进行磨粉，即可得到。
