Abstract

本发明提供了一种种子消毒组合物,所述组合物由以下重量百分比的原料组成:多菌灵33‑45%、波尔多液15‑30%、五氯酚钠9‑12%、余下的为福美双。本发明采用的组分能同时从治疗和防护两个方面对种子进行消毒,提高了药效,降低了种子的发病率,且各个成分协同作用,消毒效果更为显著,适合各种植物种子以及植物组织的消毒,操作简单,适于广泛应用。

技术领域
本发明属于农用消毒剂领域,具体涉及一种种子消毒组合物。
背景技术
许多种植物病害是通过种子传播的。因此如果在播种前采用化学药物对种子进行消毒,就能有效地防止这些病害的发生。现有技术中,对种子进行消毒的消毒剂种类比较少,且一般效果不是很好,有的在植物生长后期还是会受到病虫害的威胁。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种使用方便、效果好、用于种子消毒的组合物。
实现本发明目的的技术解决方案为:
一种种子消毒组合物,所述组合物由以下重量百分比的原料组成:多菌灵33-45%、波尔多液15-30%、五氯酚钠9-12%、余下的为福美双。
使用时,将上述配比的消毒组合物用水稀释250-300倍后直接用于浸泡种子,浸泡时间为2-3h。
本发明与现有技术相比,其显著优点是:
本发明采用的组分能同时从治疗和防护两个方面对种子进行消毒,提高了药效,降低了种子的发病率,且各个成分协同作用,消毒效果更为显著,适合各种植物种子以及植物组织的消毒,操作简单,适于广泛应用。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例一
取重量百分比如下的组分:多菌灵33%、波尔多液15%、五氯酚钠9%、余下的为福美双,用水稀释250-300倍后即可使用。
实施例二
取重量百分比如下的组分:多菌灵45%、波尔多液30%、五氯酚钠12%、余下的为福美双,用水稀释250-300倍后即可使用。
实施例三
取重量百分比如下的组分:多菌灵40%、波尔多液20%、五氯酚钠10%、余下的为福美双,用水稀释250-300倍后即可使用。
取油菜种子进行尝试,其种子质量检测结果:纯度≥95%,净度≥98%,发芽率≥80%,供试A为市售消毒剂,B为上述消毒剂,C为空白对照。试验采用随机排列,重复3次,两种消毒剂均在播种前浸泡种子2-3h,随后晒干备用。
播种前,土地进行翻耕,耙平。然后划区,起垄、播种。行距66cm。株距为33cm。穴深5-7cm。每穴点播油菜种子2粒后覆土,调查其出苗率,结果如表1所示。

由表一可看,B组消毒后的种子出苗率最高,A组次之,空白组最低,由此可见,采用本发明的消毒剂消毒后的种子成活率显著提高,大大降低了种子的发病率。

1.一种种子消毒组合物,其特征在于:所述组合物由以下重量百分比的原料组成:多菌灵33-45%、波尔多液15-30%、五氯酚钠9-12%、余下的为福美双。
2.一种种子消毒组合物使用方法,其特征在于:将权利要求1所述的消毒组合物用水稀释250-300倍后直接用于浸泡种子,浸泡时间为2-3h。
