一种载银碳微球抗菌剂的制备方法,称取5gCMSs粉末加入盛有去离子水的烧杯中,并将其置于超声波分散器内,超声分散20min后取出,洗涤、干燥,然后将其加入盛有200mL 0.1mol/LAgNO溶液的三口烧瓶中,通过稀硝酸与稀氨水来调节pH至7,将其置于数显智能控温磁力搅拌器上,在黑暗条件下升温至60‑65℃保温5‑5.5小时,待反应完全结束后,自然冷却至室温,取出产物,用去离子水和酒精洗涤至滤液中无Ag+被检出,最后,在110‑115℃条件下恒温干燥3‑3.5h,即得。本发明的有益效果是:合成工艺简单,反应条件温和,生产成本较低,可重复性好,对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌均有很好的抑菌效果。

本发明涉及材料合成方法,具体的是一种载银碳微球抗菌剂的制备方法。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,人们在追求生活环境舒适化的同时,也日益重视卫生管理,对卫生用品、日用品、水处理装置、食品包装和服装等耐用消费品的抗菌性也提出了较高的要求,因此各种抗菌剂便应运而生,并获得迅速发展。目前已 有各种含银碳材料。例如含银活性碳纤维(Ag/CFs)、银 纳米颗粒/多壁碳纳米管(Ag/MWNTS)复合材料等制备出来。同时基于碳微球(CMSs)具有良好的化学稳定性、热稳定性和优良的导电、导热等特性,是一种具有广泛应用前景的碳材料,已成为目前研究的热点。然而以CMSs为载体的报道很少。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种载银碳微球抗菌剂的制备方法,提供一种新的合成方法。
本发明采用的合成方法,包括如下步骤:
称取5gCMSs粉末加入盛有去离子水的烧杯中,并将其置于超声波分散器内,超声分散20min后取出,洗涤、干燥,然后将其加入盛有200mL 0.1mol/LAgNO溶液的三口烧瓶中,通过稀硝酸与稀氨水来调节pH至7,将其置于数显智能控温磁力搅拌器上,在黑暗条件下升温至60-65℃保温5-5.5小时,待反应完全结束后,自然冷却至室温,取出产物,用去离子水和酒精洗涤至滤液中无Ag+被检出,最后,在110-115℃条件下恒温干燥3-3.5h,即得。
本发明的有益效果是:合成工艺简单,反应条件温和,生产成本较低,可重复性好,对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌均有很好的抑菌效果。

实施例1:
