有利地,该居间部件具有十分平坦和垂直的表面以保证沿焊缝28到特别地由内桩17形成的第二部件上焊接,从而由于居间部件41的良好的平坦度而保证游丝15和居间部件41彼此连接。
居间部件也可因此由金属形成。因而可以理解的,特别地由内桩17形成的第二部件不再如图4的示例中地被焊接到轴21和/或台肩23上,而是被焊接到轴31和/或居间部件41上。
最后,该方法最后包括用于将第二部件(特别地由内桩17形成)——居间部件41的组件安装到由摆轴37形成的第一部件的台肩33上同时保证游丝15和摆轴37彼此连接的步骤。
如在图5中看到的,在该最后步骤中焊缝28也可附加地在轴31和内桩17之间形成。
当然,本发明并不限于示出的示例,而有对于本领域技术人员来说显而易见的各种变型和修改。特别地,居间部件41不仅限于形成环的方形截面。通过非限制性的示例的方式,该截面能可替代地是L形的以形成设置有一体式内桩的环或一体式环。因而可以理解的是,通过分别提供两个分别与轴31和台肩33的表面相比具有改进的平坦度的竖直和水平表面,居间部件41独自地接收内桩17。

Claims (6)

1.一种用于制造钟表构件的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
-形成由金属制成的第一部件(37)和由硅或陶瓷制成的第二部件(15);
-将居间部件(41)安装在所述第一部件(37)的台肩(33)上
-将第二部件(15)的第一表面(18)安装在居间部件(41)的表面上并将所述第二部件(15)的第二表面(20)安装在第一部件(37)的表面(31)上;
-利用激光电磁辐射焊接安装在居间部件(41)的表面上的第二部件(15)的表面(18),以将各部件彼此紧固并形成钟表构件。
2.一种用于制造钟表构件的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
-形成由金属制成的第一部件(37)和由硅或陶瓷制成的第二部件(15);
-利用激光电磁辐射将所述第二部件(15)的表面(18)焊接到居间部件(41)上,以将各部件彼此紧固;
-将第二部件(15)——居间部件(41)的组件安装到所述第一部件(37)上,使得居间部件(41)安装到第一部件(37)的台肩(33)上并且使得第二部件(15)的表面(20)安装到第一部件(37)的表面(31)上以形成钟表构件。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二部件(15)还包括由金属、氧化硅、氮化硅、碳化硅或碳的同素异形体构成的至少一个局部涂层。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一部件(37)包括铁合金、铜合金、镍或镍合金、钛或钛合金、金或金合金、银或银合金、铂或铂合金、钌或钌合金、铑或铑合金、或者钯或钯合金。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述居间部件(41)包括铁合金、铜合金、镍或镍合金、钛或钛合金、金或金合金、银或银合金、铂或铂合金、钌或钌合金、铑或铑合金、或者钯或钯合金。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二部件(15)形成以下元件的全部或一部分:表壳、表盘、凸缘、表镜、表圈、按动件、表冠、表壳后盖、指针、表链或表带、游丝、摆轮、擒纵叉、桥夹板、摆锤、轮或擒纵轮。
