根據第二具體態樣,根據本發明的方法包括第一步驟,其用來形成由金屬所製成的第一零件(在本範例中例如是桿37)和由矽所製成的第二零件(在本範例中例如是平衡彈簧15)。

如圖5所見,焊接接合28或可額外於此最後步驟而形成在軸桿31和鉤扣17之間。
當然,本發明不限於所釋例的範例,而能夠有熟於此技藝者所將想到的多樣變化和修改。尤其,中間零件41不限於形成環的方型截面。以非限制性範例來說,截面或可替代而言為L形以形成環,其設有單件的軸環或單件的環。因此要了解:藉由提供二個分別為垂直和水平的表面,其分別相較於軸桿31的表面和肩部33的表面而具有改善的平坦度,則單獨用中間零件41或可獨自接收鉤扣17。

Claims (6)

  1. 一種製造時計組件的方法,其包括以下步驟:形成由金屬所製成的第一零件(37)和由矽或陶瓷所製成的第二零件(15);將中間零件(41)安裝在該第一零件(37)的肩部(33)上;將該第二零件(15)的第一表面(18)安裝在該中間零件(41)的表面上,並且將該第二零件(15)的第二表面(20)安裝在該第一零件(37)的表面(31)上;藉由雷射電磁輻射而焊接安裝在該中間零件(41)的該表面上之該第二零件(15)的該表面(18),使得它們彼此固定並且形成該時計組件。

  6. 根據申請專利範圍第1或2項的方法,其中該第二零件(15)形成全部或部分的外殼、針盤、凸緣、晶體、嵌槽、推按件、齒冠、背殼、指針、鐲或帶、平衡彈簧、平衡輪、托盤、橋、振盪重量、輪或擒縱輪。
