Abstract

本发明涉及纸张制备方法,尤其是一种香茅纸的制造方法,以香茅为原料,将香茅放入水力碎浆机中搅拌,制成粗浆,去轻重杂质;使粗浆通过孔径为1‑3mm的离心筛,得到香茅纸浆;浓缩至5‑10%,然后打浆,纸浆平铺在筛子上或白布上,使水分自然蒸发,即可得香茅纸。本发明提供的一种香茅纸的制造方法,可使包装纸在使用过后可完作降解,且在接触食品过程中不析出有毒物质,保障食品的安全性。

一种香茅纸的制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及纸张制备方法,尤其是一种香茅纸的制造方法。
背景技术
目前,食品的包装大多数采用塑料为原材料,这些材料在保存食品的过程析出一定量的有毒物质,在使用过后难以填埋进行分解,而焚烧处理又产生大量的有毒气体,危害人体健康。
发明内容
本发明实施例所要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种食品包装纸制作方法。可使包装纸在使用过后可完作降解,且在接触食品过程中不析出有毒物质,保障食品的安全性。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种香茅纸的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)以香茅为原料,将香茅放入水力碎浆机中搅拌10-25分钟使其破碎分解;
(2)放入沉淀池中,再加入占原料重量15-25倍的水浸泡5-10分钟成为粗浆,同时较重的杂质沉入沉淀池底部,较轻的杂质浮在水面上捞除;
(3)使粗浆通过孔径为4-7mm的跳筛后进入沉渣槽,继续浸泡3-15分钟使粗浆吸收大量的水分,再次除去轻重杂质;
(4)使粗浆通过孔径为1-3mm的离心筛,得到香茅纸浆;
(5)将香茅纸浆通过80-100目的洗浆机或浓缩机,浓缩至5-10%,然后打浆,打浆度20-25°SR;
(6)纸浆平铺在筛子上或白布上,使水分自然蒸发,即可得香茅纸。
其中,步骤(1)将香茅烘干或自然干燥至水分小于15%,然后用打碎后放入水力碎浆机中;放入水力碎浆机中破碎分解后通过孔径为15-20mm的筛网除杂。
步骤(2)将筛后的原料放入沉淀池内,在沉淀池内加有占原料重量15倍的水,浸泡10分钟成为粗浆,然后使粗浆通过筛孔为3-5mm的复式纤维分离机,同时使纤维和杂质分离。
本发明提供的一种香茅纸的制造方法,可使包装纸在使用过后可完作降解,且在接触食品过程中不析出有毒物质,保障食品的安全性。

为了加深对本发明的理解,下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。
实施例1
一种香茅纸的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)以香茅为原料,将香茅放入水力碎浆机中搅拌10-25分钟使其破碎分解;
(2)放入沉淀池中,再加入占原料重量15-25倍的水浸泡5-10分钟成为粗浆,同时较重的杂质沉入沉淀池底部,较轻的杂质浮在水面上捞除;
(3)使粗浆通过孔径为4-7mm的跳筛后进入沉渣槽,继续浸泡3-15分钟使粗浆吸收大量的水分,再次除去轻重杂质;
(4)使粗浆通过孔径为1-3mm的离心筛,得到香茅纸浆;
(5)将香茅纸浆通过80-100目的洗浆机或浓缩机,浓缩至5-10%,然后打浆,打浆度20-25°SR;
(6)纸浆平铺在筛子上或白布上,使水分自然蒸发,即可得香茅纸。

Claims (3)

1.一种香茅纸的制造方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)以香茅为原料,将香茅放入水力碎浆机中搅拌10-25分钟使其破碎分解;
(2)放入沉淀池中,再加入占原料重量15-25倍的水浸泡5-10分钟成为粗浆,同时较重的杂质沉入沉淀池底部,较轻的杂质浮在水面上捞除;
(3)使粗浆通过孔径为4-7mm的跳筛后进入沉渣槽,继续浸泡3-15分钟使粗浆吸收大量的水分,再次除去轻重杂质;
(4)使粗浆通过孔径为1-3mm的离心筛,得到香茅纸浆;
(5)将香茅纸浆通过80-100目的洗浆机或浓缩机,浓缩至5-10%,然后打浆,打浆度20-25°SR;
(6)纸浆平铺在筛子上或白布上,使水分自然蒸发,即可得香茅纸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种香茅纸的制造方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)将香茅烘干或自然干燥至水分小于15%,然后用打碎后放入水力碎浆机中;放入水力碎浆机中破碎分解后通过孔径为15-20mm的筛网除杂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种香茅纸的制造方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)将筛后的原料放入沉淀池内,在沉淀池内加有占原料重量15倍的水,浸泡10分钟成为粗浆,然后使粗浆通过筛孔为3-5mm的复式纤维分离机,同时使纤维和杂质分离。
