Abstract
本发明公开了一种肛门镜，属于医疗器械技术领域。其包括镜筒，可套装在所述镜筒内的锥形的镜芯，可套装在所述镜筒内并可在镜筒内旋转的观察筒，光源，所述镜筒包括有喇叭口状的第一段和连接在所述第一段后端的圆筒形的第二段，所述镜筒的第一段上设置有手柄，所述观察筒为侧壁带有纵向条状开口的锥筒结构，所述观察筒的横截面为C形，所述观察筒的后端带有锥尖结构，所述观察筒的内壁上镶嵌有至少一根光纤，所述光纤的尾端与设置在外部的所述光源连接。本发明结构简单，使用方便，通过使用与镜筒配合的观察筒并在观察筒内壁上镶嵌照明光纤，可以方便地为医生观察患者的病灶提供足够的照明。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种肛门镜，特别涉及一种带有照明的肛门镜，属于医疗器械技术领域。
背景技术
肛门镜是肛肠科常用的用于观察和治疗的一种传统医疗器械。通过肛门镜可直观地观察直肠有没有长息肉或是痔疮，可看清痔的部位、大小、形态等，是诊断痔疮的基本方法。现有的肛门镜在操作使用时，会受到肛门镜结构和光线的限制，使患者的创面暴露不清晰，不易看清楚，给医生带来操作和观察的不便。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述缺陷，本发明提供了一种能够提供照明、方便观察患者病灶的新的肛门镜。
本发明是通过如下技术方案来实现的：一种肛门镜，其特征是：包括镜筒，可套装在所述镜筒内的锥形的镜芯，可套装在所述镜筒内并可在镜筒内旋转的观察筒，光源，所述镜筒包括有喇叭口状的第一段和连接在所述第一段后端的圆筒形的第二段，所述镜筒的第一段上设置有手柄，所述观察筒为侧壁带有纵向条状开口的锥筒结构，所述观察筒的横截面为C形，所述观察筒的后端带有锥尖结构，所述观察筒的内壁上镶嵌有至少一根光纤，所述光纤的尾端与设置在外部的所述光源连接。
本发明使用时，将镜芯套入镜筒内，手持镜筒上的手柄，用拇指按住镜芯，先进行扩张，然后退出镜芯，将观察筒放入镜筒内，通过观察筒的开口处可以直接观察患处，并且进行诊疗操作。观察筒可以在镜筒内任意旋转操作。接通光源，通过光纤传导可以为医生提供足够的照明。诊疗结束后退出观察筒及镜筒即可。
进一步的，为了提供足够的照明强度，所述观察筒的内壁上镶嵌有三根光纤。
进一步的，为便于快速连接光源，所述光纤通过与其连接的光源接头与所述光源连接。
本发明结构简单，使用方便，通过使用与镜筒配合的观察筒并在观察筒内壁上镶嵌照明光纤，可以方便地提供便于医生观察的冷光源，且冷光源不会产生热量，不会对患处产生影响；照明光纤镶嵌在观察筒内壁，不影响医生的观察；利用可转动的观察筒，通过转动观察筒可以调整光纤照明角度，有利于准确观察患者的病灶处。本发明中采用的光纤价格便宜，可以一次性使用，而光源可以重复使用，能够大大降低制造成本。

具体实施方式
下面通过实施例并结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明：
如附图所示，一种肛门镜，其包括镜筒1、观察筒2、镜芯3、光源6，其中，所述镜筒1包括有喇叭口状的第一段11和连接在所述第一段11后端的圆筒形的第二段12，所述镜筒1的第一段上设置有手柄8。所述镜芯3为锥形结构件，其可套装在镜筒1内，在治疗时用于进行肛门扩张。所述观察筒2为侧壁带有纵向条状开口的锥筒结构，所述观察筒2的横截面为C形，所述观察筒2的后端带有锥尖结构，观察筒2可套装在镜筒1内并可在镜筒1内旋转。在观察筒2的内壁上镶嵌有至少一根光纤4，光纤4的尾端与设置在外部的光源6连接，光源6与光源电源7连接。
本实施例中，观察筒2的内壁上镶嵌有三根光纤4，所述光纤4通过与其连接的光源接头5与光源6连接。
本发明使用时，将镜芯3套入镜筒1内，手持镜筒1上的手柄8，用拇指按住镜芯3，先对肛门进行扩张，然后退出镜芯3，将观察筒2放入镜筒1内，将光源接头5插入光源6并与光源电源7连接，接通光源后，旋转观察筒2至合适的位置，通过观察筒2的开口处可以直接观察患处，并且进行诊疗操作。诊疗结束后退出观察筒2及镜筒1即可。
本发明中的其它部分采用已知技术，在此不再赘述。

1.一种肛门镜，其特征是：包括镜筒，可套装在所述镜筒内的锥形的镜芯，可套装在所述镜筒内并可在镜筒内旋转的观察筒，光源，所述镜筒包括有喇叭口状的第一段和连接在所述第一段后端的圆筒形的第二段，所述镜筒的第一段上设置有手柄，所述观察筒为侧壁带有纵向条状开口的锥筒结构，所述观察筒的横截面为C形，所述观察筒的后端带有锥尖结构，所述观察筒的内壁上镶嵌有至少一根光纤，所述光纤的尾端与设置在外部的所述光源连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的肛门镜，其特征是：所述观察筒的内壁上镶嵌有三根光纤。
3.根据权利要求1所述的肛门镜，其特征是：所述光纤通过与其连接的光源接头与所述光源连接。
