Description

一种组合式精囊镜 技术领域
本发明涉及一种医疗设备,特别是涉及一种精囊内窥治疗镜。
背景技术
现有技术中,没有专门针对男科进行诊治的内窥治疗镜,常用半硬输尿管镜替代作为精囊镜或阴囊镜使用,而尿道外口至精阜解剖距离约25cm,精阜处双侧射精管开口直径约1mm,而最细输尿管镜规格为前端直径约4mm,长度为75cm,使用半硬输尿管镜替代作为精囊镜使用,不仅操作者使用不方便,而且镜体前端直径太粗很难进入射精管开口,术中常撕裂射精管开口或难以进入而放弃手术,同时由于镜头是直接进入到病患处的,因此很容易造成损坏,另镜体需反复消毒,影响其使用寿命。因此需要一种能够适应对男科进行诊治的内窥镜。
发明内容
本发明就是为了解决上述问题,克服现有技术中精囊疾病的诊治所存在的问题,本发明提供一种组合式精囊镜以满足需求。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种组合式精囊镜,包括可视光纤保护套和穿过可视光纤保护套的可视光纤,其特征在于,还包括通道接头和可视光纤通道,所述通道接头包括输入通道和与输入通道相连通的输出通道,所述输出通道通过螺纹与可视光纤通道的一端连接,所述可视光纤保护套穿过通道接头和可视光纤通道,所述可视光纤通道外设置有螺纹卡扣,所述螺纹卡扣上朝向患者患处的一侧设置有螺纹,还包括扩张鞘,所述扩张鞘的一端为能够伸入精囊射精管开口的尖端,另一端为连接端,所述连接端设置有螺纹并且与螺纹卡扣上的螺纹连接。

本发明的有益效果是:通过多重保护,首先保护了可视光纤不直接接触人体,故无需反复消毒,延长了光纤的使用寿命,组合式精囊内窥镜除可视光纤外,其余部件均可为一次性实用,既可保障内窥镜的使用效果,又可减少医疗器械反复使用对病人的危害;其次通过设置扩张鞘将射精口扩张开然后再插入工作通道,达到观察和治疗的双重效果,适用于精囊疾病的诊疗上。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体图示,进一步阐述本发明。
参看图1-图5,一种组合式精囊镜,包括采用软塑料材质制成的可视光纤保护套100和穿过可视光纤保护套100的可视光纤(图中未示),可视光纤保护套100可以随可视光纤的弯曲而弯曲。可视光纤保护套100的一端为膨大口110,另一端的端部设置有高透光物镜120,并且高透光物镜120与该端部之间密封,由于可视光纤保护套100的膨大口110是撇口,因此方便可视光纤从膨大口穿入,而高透光物镜120将可视光纤保护套100的另一端密封之后,并且由于高透光物镜120为玻璃物镜或透光硅胶物镜,因此既不妨碍可视光纤的图像传导,同时也防止了可视光纤直接接触到人体,避免反复消毒,从而延长了使用寿命。

在可视光纤通道300外设置有螺纹卡扣310,螺纹卡扣310上朝向患者患处的一侧设置有螺纹311,还包括扩张鞘400,扩张鞘400的一端为能够伸入精囊射精管开口的尖端410,另一端为连接端420,连接端420设置有螺纹并且与螺纹卡扣310上的螺纹311连接,扩张鞘400与螺纹卡扣310连接后,相当于是套设于可视光纤通道300外。
将可视光纤保护套100、通道接头200、可视光纤通道300和扩张鞘400组合起来后,将可视光纤从可视光纤保护套100中伸入,到达高透光物镜120后停止,然后旋转扩张鞘400,由于扩张鞘400与螺纹卡扣310是螺纹连接,因此扩张鞘400在旋转的过程中向前推进,通过扩张鞘400的尖端410将精囊的射精口扩张开,从而使得扩张鞘400的尖端和可视光纤能够进入到精囊内进行初 步的观察。
由于在上一步中扩张鞘400的作用主要是将射精口扩张开,而在扩张开射精口后,其前端的形状是尖状,因此在可视光纤进入后便不能再放入其他治疗工具,因此需要在使用扩张鞘400将射精口扩张开后,需要更换另一种直筒状的通道来便于观察和治疗同时进行。因此还包括工作通道500,工作通道500的一端为直筒端510,另一端为连接端520,由于整个工作通道500都为直筒状,因此直径很大,便于同时伸进多种器械,方便观察和治疗同时进行。可视光纤通道300的一端和工作通道500的连接端520与通道接头200的输出通道220先后通过螺纹连接。
在使用扩张鞘400将精囊的射精口扩张开后,将设备整体退出,然后将通道接头200与可视光纤通道300分开,然后将工作通道500与通道接头200的输出通道220连接,然后将工作通道500伸入已经扩张开的射精口内进入精囊,最后可以通过通道接头200输入水源、输入治疗工具和输入可视光纤。
由于可视光纤的位置不稳定,因此在通道接头200的用于输入可视光纤的输入通道外设置有用于固定住可视光纤的可视光纤固定帽130,。
在本发明的其中一个优选实施方式中,可视光纤保护套100的直径为0.88mm;可视光纤通道300的直径为1mm;扩张鞘400的连接端420直径为2mm,扩张鞘400的尖端410直径为1mm;工作通道500的直径为2mm。
