Abstract

本发明涉及一种采用LED的、模块数量可随意增减的平板灯,包括:至少一个平板灯模块;该平板灯模块包括:PCB板,适于该PCB板下端的导光板;导光板的中央通孔的内圈向上翻折并与PCB板上的呈环形且均匀分布的LED上下相邻设置;导光板上具有中心对称分布的多个折边,以实现多次转向导光的功能,将光线尽可能射出导光板照明,并使光线多层分布,进而扩大了散光面积,光线较柔和、均匀;同时若存在个别LED损坏,不影响整个导光板的视觉效果。本发明采用单圈或多圈发光结构,导光板可设计成方形、圆形或其他形状。本发明的导光板设计成只有反光涂料,不需要扩散点、反射板或膜、扩散板等的结构,方便组装和降低了成本。导光板内部积灰,不影响照明效果。

Description

采用LED的、模块数量可随意增减的平板灯
技术领域
本发明涉及一种灯具,特别是涉及采用LED或其它小型灯珠构成的模块式平板灯。
背景技术
现有的LED平板灯按照发光方式分为:侧入式与直下式LED平板灯两种。
侧入式LED平板灯主要由边框支架,上下依次设置的扩散板、反光板、导光板,分别与导光板的边缘相对设置的多个灯条,以及驱动组成。导光板最主要的功能在于要将光线导向设计的方向, 导光材料有PS聚苯乙烯、PC聚碳酸醋、PMMA(聚甲基丙烯酸甲醋)亚克力材料等。侧入式平板灯的不足主要为: 第一, 能效不容易做的很高, 而且面积越大越不容易做。第二, 重量较重,价格较高。导光板是侧入式平板灯的核心, 价格比直下式要高; 第三, 对导光板质量要求较高, 如果设计不好, 会出现中间亮, 两边暗, 或进光边有亮边,或不同角度亮度不一致等现象, 影响照明质量。第四, 可靠性能相对较差,由于导光板、反光油墨和反射膜始终处在比较高的温度下, 很容易老化变黄, 致使出光率降低, 灯具寿命大打折扣。第五, 灯条相向设置,光源利用率较低。
直下式LED 平板灯则由边框支架、扩散板、驱动、布有LED颗粒的平面组成。直下式LED平板灯结构与侧入式类似, 只是光源均匀分布在扩散板的后面, 相比侧入式来说, 不能够做得很薄, 光源与扩散板的距离不能太近, 所以整灯尺寸比较厚, 但效率要比侧入式高很多。直下式平板灯主要不足之处在于不能做得太薄,LED 光源与扩散板之间要有一定的间距, 否则灯具会产生亮点, 这势必导致灯具的厚度增加, 使灯具外壳的成本跟着增加, 灯具的外观也会显得不佳。而且厚度增加了, 就增大了光的传输途径, 使灯具的能效降低。由于灯珠是固定在后背板上, 如果后背板用整片铝基板, 那么成本将会很高, 如果用条形的铝基板, 固定和定位等又是一个问题。如果直下式平板灯的后背板使用大面的铝板, 也要考虑长时间吊装后背板变形弯曲等问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单、模块数量可随意增减、更换便捷、光源利用率较高的模块式平板灯。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种模块式平板灯,包括至少一个平板灯模块;该平板灯模块包括:PCB板,适于该PCB板下端的导光板;导光板的中央通孔的内圈向上翻折并与PCB板上的呈环形且均匀分布的LED上下相邻设置;导光板上具有中心对称分布的多个折边,以实现多次转向导光的功能,即实现了多圈发光结构,将光线尽可能射出导光板照明,并使光线多层分布,进而扩大了散光面积,光线较柔和、均匀;同时若存在个别LED损坏,不影响整个导光板的视觉效果。
作为优选的实施方式,所述PCB板固定在一散热板的底部,该散热板通过绝缘件连接在边框支架上。
作为进一步优选的实施方式,所述PCB板上的处于导光板的中央通孔内的部分还设有多个LED;所述导光板的中央通孔设有内圈导光体,该内圈导光体的下端面适于覆盖所述导光板的中央通孔。
作为进一步优选的实施方式,所述内圈导光体中央固定设有螺栓,该内圈导光体通过所述螺栓与螺纹连接至所述散热板底部,同时将所述导光板固定在所述散热板底部。
作为进一步优选的实施方式,所述导光板呈圆形或方形。
作为进一步优选的实施方式,散热板与边框支架之间存在多个通风口,散热板上均匀分布有多个通风导流孔,即构成散热通道,冷空气从各通风导流孔进入,换热后从上述通风口排出。
作为进一步优选的实施方式,所述散热板上固定有电源,所述边框支架上设有背板,所述电源设于该背板下方。
作为进一步优选的实施方式,所述导光板和内圈导光体的顶面涂覆有反射涂层。
作为进一步优选的实施方式,所述导光板的远离所述中央通孔内的部分设有至少2个折边。
作为进一步优选的实施方式,所述多个相邻设置的平板灯模块中的各电源并联,即根据模块数量选择相应数量的电源;由于多个低功率的电源价格之和,小于单个大功率电源的价格,因此可进一步节省成本。
本发明相对于现有技术具有积极的效果:
(1)本发明的发光体为可更换式模组设计,可不用工具实现安装、更换或升级;
(2)本发明采用中心向四周导光模块设计及垂直转水平导光设计,使得模块固定简单,可利用模块实现任意个模块大小的平面灯;
(3)本发明的平板灯安全性高:散热板通过绝缘件连接在边框支架上,实现了带电体与可接触外壳部分的空间隔离,杜绝各种可能引起的触电风险;
(4)本发明的平板灯散热效果极好:全底板散热,并设置对流散热孔,可轻松实现大功率的照明要求(如60*60cm的平面灯可实现100W以上的功率);
(5)本发明采用超薄结构设计,可内置电源,无需吊顶或开安装孔、不需要安装支架可直接在天花板或墙面上进行贴面安装,大大方便了使用;
(6)本发明的平板灯维修方便,不需要工具或专业电工知识,即可对任何部件方便轻松更换;
(7)本发明采用单圈或多圈发光结构,导光板可设计成方形、圆形或其他形状。本发明的导光板设计成只有反光涂料,不需要扩散点、反射板或膜、扩散板等的结构,方便组装和降低了成本。导光板内部积灰,不影响照明效果;
(8)导光板上具有中心对称分布的多个折边,以实现多次转向导光的功能,将光线尽可能射出导光板照明,尽可能减少射至导光板端面的光线,提高了光线利用率,并使光线多层分布,进而扩大了散光面积,光线较柔和、均匀;同时若存在个别LED损坏,不影响整个导光板的视觉效果;
(9)本发明的平板灯采用与发光面等同大小的散热板,散热板与边框支架之间存在多个通风口,散热板上均匀分布有多个通风导流孔,即构成散热通道,冷空气从各通风导流孔进入,换热后从上述通风口排出,因此散热效果好且热量分布均匀,解决了现有技术中的侧导光平板灯只能利用边框散热形成的热岛问题。

具体实施方式
实施例一
本实施例的模块式平板灯,包括如图3所示的至少一个平板灯模块14;该平板灯模块14包括:PCB板4,适于该PCB板4下端的导光板11;导光板11的中央通孔的内圈向上翻折并与PCB板4上的呈环形且均匀分布的LED3上下相邻设置;导光板11上具有中心对称分布的多个折边,以实现多次转向导光的功能,将光线尽可能射出导光板照明,并使光线多层分布,即实现了多圈发光结构,进而扩大了散光面积,光线较柔和、均匀;同时若存在个别LED损坏,不影响整个导光板的视觉效果。
所述PCB板4固定在一散热板6的底部,该散热板6通过绝缘件9连接在边框支架8上。散热板6与边框支架8之间存在多个通风口,散热板上均匀分布有多个通风导流孔。
所述PCB板4上的处于导光板11的中央通孔内的部分还设有多个LED;所述导光板11的中央通孔设有内圈导光体12,该内圈导光体12的下端面适于覆盖所述导光板11的中央通孔。
所述内圈导光体12中央固定设有螺栓13,该内圈导光体12通过所述螺栓13与螺纹连接至所述散热板6底部,同时将所述导光板11固定在所述散热板6底部。
所述散热板6上固定有电源7,所述边框支架8上设有背板5,所述电源7设于该背板5下方。
所述导光板11和内圈导光体12的顶面涂覆有反射涂层10。
所述导光板11的远离所述中央通孔内的部分设有至少2个折边。
所述多个相邻设置的平板灯模块14中的各电源7并联,即根据模块数量选择相应数量的电源;由于多个低功率的电源价格之和,小于单个大功率电源的价格,因此可进一步节省成本。
显然,上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明本发明所作的举例,而并非是对本发明的实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而这些属于本发明的精神所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本发明的保护范围之中。

Claims (5)

1.一种模块式平板灯,其特征在于包括至少一个平板灯模块;该平板灯模块包括:PCB板,适于该PCB板下端的导光板;导光板的中央通孔的内圈向上翻折并与PCB板上的呈环形且均匀分布的LED上下相邻设置;导光板上具有中心对称分布的多个折边;
所述PCB板固定在一散热板的底部,该散热板通过绝缘件连接在边框支架上;
所述PCB板上的处于导光板的中央通孔内的部分还设有多个LED;所述导光板的中央通孔设有内圈导光体,该内圈导光体的下端面适于覆盖所述导光板的中央通孔;
所述导光板呈圆形或方形;
所述内圈导光体中央固定设有螺栓,该内圈导光体通过所述螺栓与螺纹连接至所述散热板底部,同时将所述导光板固定在所述散热板底部;
所述散热板与边框支架之间存在多个通风口,散热板上均匀分布有多个通风导流孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的模块式平板灯,其特征在于:所述散热板上固定有电源,所述边框支架上设有背板,所述电源设于该背板下方。
3.根据权利要求1所述的模块式平板灯,其特征在于:所述导光板和内圈导光体的顶面涂覆有反射涂层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的模块式平板灯,其特征在于:所述导光板的远离所述中央通孔内的部分设有至少2个折边。
5.根据权利要求1所述的模块式平板灯,其特征在于:所述多个相邻设置的平板灯模块中的各电源并联。
