本发明创造提供一种可调式软密封蝶阀,包括阀体和设置在所述阀体内部的蝶板,所述蝶板的上部与阀杆连接,所述蝶板上设置有从上至下贯通的中心孔,所述中心孔的中部为上大下小的倒圆台孔,所述倒圆台孔中设置有楔块,所述楔块的下端与拉杆连接;所述蝶板由两块半圆形的蝶板A和蝶板B组成,所述中心孔也由所述蝶板A和蝶板B的接触面上各设有的一条横截面为半圆形的凹槽配合组成。本发明创造的有益效果是:由于采用上述技术方案,可对阀门的磨损量进行补偿,延长阀门寿命。

一种可调式软密封蝶阀
技术领域
本发明创造属于阀门领域,尤其是涉及一种可调式软密封蝶阀。
背景技术
传统中线型软密封蝶阀,蝶板为整体式,其多次启闭后,由于阀体内衬橡胶或塑料发生磨损或塑形变形,使得蝶板与内衬间密封力不够,造成阀门关闭不严,产生泄漏,阀门使用寿命短。这就需要一种新的结构,可以有效延长阀门寿命。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明创造旨在提出一种可调式软密封蝶阀。
为达到上述目的,本发明创造的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种可调式软密封蝶阀,包括阀体和设置在所述阀体内部的蝶板,所述蝶板的上部与阀杆连接,所述蝶板上设置有从上至下贯通的中心孔,所述中心孔的中部为上大下小的倒圆台孔,所述倒圆台孔中设置有楔块,所述楔块的下端与拉杆连接;
所述蝶板由两块半圆形的蝶板A和蝶板B组成,所述中心孔也由所述蝶板A和蝶板B的接触面上各设有的一条横截面为半圆形的凹槽配合组成,所述蝶板A的凹槽两旁分别设置有一条密封槽或密封条,所述蝶板B的凹槽两旁对应设置有配合的密封条或密封槽,所述密封槽和与密封条配合密封,所述密封槽内壁设置有内嵌的密封条。
进一步的,所述蝶板A和蝶板B之间通过螺栓和螺母连接,所述螺栓的螺杆上设有弹簧。
进一步的,所述楔块的下端通过内螺纹与所述拉杆的外螺纹连接
进一步的,所述阀体的下端固定有压盖,所述拉杆的下端穿过所述压盖伸出所述阀体。
进一步的,所述拉杆外侧设有导套,所述导套的上半段在中心孔内,其下半段设置在所述阀体内。
进一步的,所述导套的下端通过内置的对开环卡在所述拉杆外壁上设置的环形槽内。
本发明创造具有的优点和积极效果是:由于采用上述技术方案,可对阀门的磨损量进行补偿,延长阀门寿命。

如图1至图5所示,本发明创造包括阀体13和设置在所述阀体13内部的蝶板,所述蝶板的上部与阀杆9连接,所述蝶板上设置有从上至下贯通的中心孔,所述中心孔的中部为上大下小的倒圆台孔,所述倒圆台孔中设置有楔块6,所述楔块6的下端与拉杆1连接;
所述蝶板由两块半圆形的蝶板A 5和蝶板B 10组成,所述中心孔也由所述蝶板A 5和蝶板B 10的接触面上各设有的一条横截面为半圆形的凹槽配合组成,所述蝶板A5的凹槽两旁分别设置有一条密封槽或密封条,所述蝶板B 10的凹槽两旁对应设置有配合的密封条或密封槽,所述密封槽和与密封条配合密封,所述密封槽内壁设置有内嵌的密封条14。
所述蝶板A和蝶板B之间通过螺栓7和螺母8连接,所述螺栓7的螺杆上设有弹簧11。
所述楔块6的下端通过内螺纹与所述拉杆1的外螺纹连接
所述阀体13的下端固定有压盖2,所述拉杆1的下端穿过所述压盖2伸出所述阀体13。
所述拉杆1外侧设有导套4,所述导套4的上半段在中心孔内,其下半段设置在所述阀体13内。
所述导套4的下端通过内置的对开环3卡在所述拉杆1外壁上设置的环形槽内。所述蝶板下部与所述阀体13之间设置有内衬12。
在工作工程中,当蝶阀因内衬材料磨损或塑性变形而引起阀门密封不严时,可旋紧拉杆1,通过螺纹传动,带动楔块6下移,使蝶板A 5和蝶板B 10二分别向两侧移动,从而补偿磨损或变形量,恢复密封性能。
本方案用螺栓压紧弹簧的方式保证蝶板刚度;两蝶板间采用密封条滑动密封,保证蝶板移动时密封可靠;采用拉杆-楔块的方式控制蝶板间距,可在阀体外进行调节,实现了在线调整。

Claims (6)

1.一种可调式软密封蝶阀,包括阀体(13)和设置在所述阀体(13)内部的蝶板,所述蝶板的上部与阀杆(9)连接,其特征在于:所述蝶板上设置有从上至下贯通的中心孔,所述中心孔的中部为上大下小的倒圆台孔,所述倒圆台孔中设置有楔块(6),所述楔块(6)的下端与拉杆(1)连接;所述蝶板由半圆形的蝶板A(5)和蝶板B(10)组成,所述中心孔也由所述蝶板A(5)和蝶板B(10)的接触面上各设有的一条横截面为半圆形的凹槽配合组成,所述蝶板A(5)的凹槽两旁分别设置有一条密封槽或密封条,所述蝶板B(10)的凹槽两旁对应设置有配合的密封条或密封槽,所述密封槽与密封条配合密封,所述密封槽内壁设置有内嵌的密封条。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可调式软密封蝶阀,其特征在于:所述蝶板A和蝶板B之间通过螺栓(7)和螺母(8)连接,所述螺栓(7)的螺杆上设有弹簧(11)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的可调式软密封蝶阀,其特征在于:所述楔块(6)的下端通过内螺纹与所述拉杆(1)的外螺纹连接。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的可调式软密封蝶阀,其特征在于:所述阀体(13)的下端固定有压盖(2),所述拉杆(1)的下端穿过所述压盖(2)伸出所述阀体(13)。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的可调式软密封蝶阀,其特征在于:所述拉杆(1)外侧设有导套(4),所述导套(4)的上半段在中心孔内,其下半段设置在所述阀体(13)内。
6.根据权利要求5所述的可调式软密封蝶阀,其特征在于:所述导套(4)的下端通过内置的对开环(3)卡在所述拉杆(1)外壁上设置的环形槽内。
