技术领域
本发明涉及纸杯制造领域,尤其涉及一种可自溶成茶水的纸杯材料。
背景技术
现有技术中,招待客人时,一般都是先将茶叶放入杯中,然后再将开水冲入杯内,冲泡比较麻烦;假如在户外举办活动,就显得更加不方便,不仅要带杯子,还要带茶叶,冲泡前还要将茶叶分装在不同的杯子内。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可自溶成茶水的纸杯材料,以解决上述技术问题。用于生产自溶性一次性纸杯,该纸杯不需要装入茶叶,冲入开水即可溶解成茶水(杯壁材料中的成份溶出)。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种可自溶成茶水的纸杯材料,其特征在于,由以下步骤制备而成:
(1)采用用于食品包装的食品级白卡纸作为基材;
(2)在食品级白卡纸的正面涂覆一层环保密封胶水,将涂覆有环保密封胶水的白卡纸送入温室内暂存5-20mi n,使环保密封胶水浸入白卡纸1/3厚度,温室内的温度为65℃,相对湿度为75-80%,在温室内暂存的过程中,同时利用超声波对白卡纸进行处理,超声波的频率为23500赫兹;
(3)将白卡纸从温室内取出,采用热风对白卡纸进行干燥,热风的温度为50-65℃,待白卡纸正面涂覆的环保密封胶水完全干燥后取出,干燥环境下保存,待用;
(4)取步骤(3)的白卡纸,向正面喷洒乙醇水溶液,使干燥的环保密封胶表面完全湿润,然后通过加热辊对白卡纸的正面进行加热,白卡纸正面的环保密封胶部分熔化,加热辊的表面温度为120-135℃,白卡纸通过加热辊的速度为,0.35m/s,乙醇水溶液的乙醇质量分数为12%;
(5)采用透明复合胶水将PET覆膜粘附于食品级白卡纸的正面;
(6)在食品级白卡纸的背面涂覆PE淋膜;
(7)在PE淋膜上粘附自溶材料层;
(8)在自溶材料层上粘附铝箔材料纸,铝箔材料纸上具有均布的通孔。
作为优选,所述自溶材料层由如下重量配比的原料制成:
茶叶26、甘油4份、桔梗花2份、新鲜秋葵10份、紫苏5份、玉米须1.2份、山梨糖醇0.5份、水适量;
制备方法为:
(1)将新鲜秋葵榨汁,取其汁液,将秋葵汁液与甘油混合,搅拌均匀后得混合料液;
(2)将茶叶、桔梗花、紫苏、玉米须混合,烘干,粉碎成粉料,;
(3)将粉料与山梨糖醇混合均匀,再加入混合料液和水,搅拌,调和成粘稠装的浆料即可。
作为优选,所述透明复合胶水由如下重量配比的原料制成:丙烯酸异冰片酯1.2份、双季戊四醇0.35份、顺酐0.5份、甲基丙烯酸环己酯2份、乙基麦芽酚3份、食品胶15份、增粘树脂5份;
丙烯酸异冰片酯、甲基丙烯酸环己酯混合,再加入增粘树脂、顺酐,混合均匀;再加入双季戊四醇,混合均匀;加入乙基麦芽酚、食品胶,混匀,得到透明复合胶水。
作为优选,所述环保密封胶水由如下重量配比的原料制成:两性聚丙烯酰胺1.2份、戊五醇0.35份、磷酸氢二钠0.5份、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯2份、乙基麦芽酚3份、食品胶15份、增粘树脂5份;
两性聚丙烯酰胺、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯混合,再加入增粘树脂、磷酸氢二钠,混合均匀;再加入戊五醇,混合均匀;加入乙基麦芽酚、食品胶,混匀,得到环保密封胶水。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的可自溶成茶水的纸杯材料用于生产自溶性一次性纸杯,可以从杯壁中溶解出茶等多种成份,使杯中的水变成茶水,并且杯壁不会漏水;使用方便。
本发明的自溶材料层,能够溶解出多种调和茶水成茶水的物质,并且作为制备的一部分,具有较好的黏性,调和成茶水的物质被黏性物质包裹,可以较长时间的保存,黏性物质主要由秋葵汁液和甘油调和而成,容易溶解在茶水中,不会破坏茶水的口感,还可以增加茶水的营养成份。
本发明的透明复合胶水,环保、无毒,具有较好的黏性和弹性,作为粘接层,容易涂覆均匀,不容易产生气泡,抗老化、耐高温。

环保密封胶水,由如下重量配比的原料制成:两性聚丙烯酰胺1.2份、戊五醇0.35份、磷酸氢二钠0.5份、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯2份、乙基麦芽酚3份、食品胶15份、增粘树脂5份;
两性聚丙烯酰胺、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯混合,再加入增粘树脂、磷酸氢二钠,混合均匀;再加入戊五醇,混合均匀;加入乙基麦芽酚、食品胶,混匀,得到环保密封胶水。
利用可自溶成茶水的纸杯材料,制备自溶性一次性纸杯的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)采用用于食品包装的食品级白卡纸作为基材;
(2)在食品级白卡纸的正面涂覆一层环保密封胶水,将涂覆有环保密封胶水的白卡纸送入温室内暂存5-20mi n,使环保密封胶水浸入白卡纸1/3厚度,温室内的温度为65℃,相对湿度为75-80%,在温室内暂存的过程中,同时利用超声波对白卡纸进行处理,超声波的频率为23500赫兹;
(3)将白卡纸从温室内取出,采用热风对白卡纸进行干燥,热风的温度为50-65℃,待白卡纸正面涂覆的环保密封胶水完全干燥后取出,干燥环境下保存,待用;
(4)取步骤(3)的白卡纸,向正面喷洒乙醇水溶液,使干燥的环保密封胶表面完全湿润,然后通过加热辊对白卡纸的正面进行加热,白卡纸正面的环保密封胶部分熔化,加热辊的表面温度为120-135℃,白卡纸通过加热辊的速度为,0.35m/s,乙醇水溶液的乙醇质量分数为12%;
(5)然后将PET涂铝膜粘附于食品级白卡纸的正面,PET涂铝膜表面正面印制有图案;
(6)采用透明复合胶水将PET覆膜粘附于印有图案的PET涂铝膜上;
(7)在食品级白卡纸的背面涂覆PE淋膜;
(8)在PE淋膜上粘附自溶材料层;
(9)在自溶材料层上粘附铝箔材料纸,铝箔材料纸上具有均布的通孔;
(10)然后裁剪、制成纸杯。
使用效果:
取上述实施例制成的纸杯10只,分别编号一、二、三……十,
1.向编号一的杯中注入25℃的纯水,注水量为纸杯溶剂的2/3,5mi n后,纸杯中的水变成浅褐色,有淡淡茶香味,20mi n后溶解成适口的茶水浓度;
2.向编号二的杯中注入35℃的纯水,注水量为纸杯溶剂的2/3,5mi n后,纸杯中的水变成浅褐色,有淡淡茶香味,20mi n后溶解成适口的茶水浓度;
3.向编号三的杯中注入45℃的纯水,注水量为纸杯溶剂的2/3,4mi n后,纸杯中的水变成浅褐色,有淡淡茶香味,18mi n后溶解成适口的茶水浓度;
4.向编号四的杯中注入55℃的纯水,注水量为纸杯溶剂的2/3,4mi n后,纸杯中的水变成浅褐色,有淡淡茶香味,15mi n后溶解成适口的茶水浓度;
5.向编号五的杯中注入65℃的纯水,注水量为纸杯溶剂的2/3,3mi n后,纸杯中的水变成浅褐色,有淡淡茶香味,10mi n后溶解成适口的茶水浓度;
6.向编号六的杯中注入75℃的纯水,注水量为纸杯溶剂的2/3,2mi n后,纸杯中的水变成浅褐色,有淡淡茶香味,6mi n后溶解成适口的茶水浓度;
7.向编号七的杯中注入85℃的纯水,注水量为纸杯溶剂的2/3,2mi n后,纸杯中的水变成浅褐色,有淡淡茶香味,6mi n后溶解成适口的茶水浓度;
8.向编号八的杯中注入90℃的纯水,注水量为纸杯溶剂的2/3,1mi n后,纸杯中的水变成浅褐色,有淡淡茶香味,5mi n后溶解成适口的茶水浓度;
9.向编号九的杯中注入95℃的纯水,注水量为纸杯溶剂的2/3,1mi n后,纸杯中的水变成浅褐色,有淡淡茶香味,4mi n后溶解成适口的茶水浓度;
10.向编号十的杯中注入100℃的纯水,注水量为纸杯溶剂的2/3,1mi n后,纸杯中的水变成浅褐色,有淡淡茶香味,3mi n后溶解成适口的茶水浓度。

Claims (4)

1.一种可自溶成茶水的纸杯材料,其特征在于,由以下步骤制备而成:
(1)采用用于食品包装的食品级白卡纸作为基材;
(2)在食品级白卡纸的正面涂覆一层环保密封胶水,将涂覆有环保密封胶水的白卡纸送入温室内暂存5-20min,使环保密封胶水浸入白卡纸1/3厚度,温室内的温度为65℃,相对湿度为75-80%,在温室内暂存的过程中,同时利用超声波对白卡纸进行处理,超声波的频率为23500赫兹;
(3)将白卡纸从温室内取出,采用热风对白卡纸进行干燥,热风的温度为50-65℃,待白卡纸正面涂覆的环保密封胶水完全干燥后取出,干燥环境下保存,待用;
(4)取步骤(3)的白卡纸,向正面喷洒乙醇水溶液,使干燥的环保密封胶表面完全湿润,然后通过加热辊对白卡纸的正面进行加热,白卡纸正面的环保密封胶部分熔化,加热辊的表面温度为120-135℃,白卡纸通过加热辊的速度为,0.35m/s,乙醇水溶液的乙醇质量分数为12%;
(5)采用透明复合胶水将PET覆膜粘附于食品级白卡纸的正面;
(6)在食品级白卡纸的背面涂覆PE淋膜;
(7)在PE淋膜上粘附自溶材料层;
(8)在自溶材料层上粘附铝箔材料纸,铝箔材料纸上具有均布的通孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可自溶成茶水的纸杯材料,其特征在于:所述自溶材料层由如下重量配比的原料制成:
茶叶26、甘油4份、桔梗花2份、新鲜秋葵10份、紫苏5份、玉米须1.2份、山梨糖醇0.5份、水适量;
制备方法为:
(1)将新鲜秋葵榨汁,取其汁液,将秋葵汁液与甘油混合,搅拌均匀后得混合料液;
(2)将茶叶、桔梗花、紫苏、玉米须混合,烘干,粉碎成粉料,;
(3)将粉料与山梨糖醇混合均匀,再加入混合料液和水,搅拌,调和成粘稠装的浆料即可。
3.根据权利要求1所述的可自溶成茶水的纸杯材料,其特征在于:所述透明复合胶水由如下重量配比的原料制成:丙烯酸异冰片酯1.2份、双季戊四醇0.35份、顺酐0.5份、甲基丙烯酸环己酯2份、乙基麦芽酚3份、食品胶15份、增粘树脂5份;
丙烯酸异冰片酯、甲基丙烯酸环己酯混合,再加入增粘树脂、顺酐,混合均匀;再加入双季戊四醇,混合均匀;加入乙基麦芽酚、食品胶,混匀,得到透明复合胶水。
4.根据权利要求1所述的可自溶成茶水的纸杯材料,其特征在于:所述环保密封胶水由如下重量配比的原料制成:两性聚丙烯酰胺1.2份、戊五醇0.35份、磷酸氢二钠0.5份、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯2份、乙基麦芽酚3份、食品胶15份、增粘树脂5份;
两性聚丙烯酰胺、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯混合,再加入增粘树脂、磷酸氢二钠,混合均匀;再加入戊五醇,混合均匀;加入乙基麦芽酚、食品胶,混匀,得到环保密封胶水。
