Abstract

新型环保钝化液,此钝化液的原料成分由以下组成:水性丙烯酸树脂450‑550g/l;磷酸二氢钠4‑6g/l;钼酸钠4‑6g/l;氯化锌0.5‑1.5g/l;净水470‑500g/l;胺水0.8‑1.1g/l。本发明的优点是:钼酸钠可增加钝化膜的附着力,由于在钝化液的配方中所占比例小,因此无毒无残留;而胺水可以调节钝化液的酸碱度。

技术领域
本发明涉及金属制品行业中的热镀合金,尤其涉及新型环保钝化液。
背景技术
国内目前大多数使用Cr3或者Cr6作有铬纯化液,但是此纯化液在海运过程中,不能抵御高艳芬和高湿度的侵蚀,且形成的纯化膜的寿命短,不能抵御海水和二氧化硫的腐蚀。因此,应该提供一种新的技术方案解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提供一种新型环保钝化液。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:新型环保钝化液:此钝化液的原料成分由以下组成:水性丙烯酸树脂450-550g/l;磷酸二氢钠4-6g/l;钼酸钠4-6g/l;氯化锌0.5-1.5g/l;净水470-500g/l;胺水0.8-1.1g/l。
进一步的,此钝化液的原料成分由以下组成:水性丙烯酸树脂450g/l;磷酸二氢钠4g/l;钼酸钠4g/l;氯化锌0.5g/l;净水470g/l;胺水0.8g/l。
进一步的,此钝化液的原料成分由以下组成:水性丙烯酸树脂500g/l;磷酸二氢钠5g/l;钼酸钠5g/l;氯化锌1g/l;净水489g/l;胺水0.8g/l。
进一步的,此钝化液的原料成分由以下组成:水性丙烯酸树脂550g/l;磷酸二氢钠6g/l;钼酸钠6g/l;氯化锌1.5g/l;净水500g/l;胺水1.1g/l。
由于上述技术方案的应用,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下优点:钼酸钠可增加钝化膜的附着力,由于在钝化液的配方中所占比例小,因此无毒无残留;而胺水可以调节钝化液的酸碱度。
具体实施方式
下面结实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
实施例一:
本发明涉及新型环保钝化液:此钝化液的原料成分由以下组成:水性丙烯酸树脂450-550g/l;磷酸二氢钠4-6g/l;钼酸钠4-6g/l;氯化锌0.5-1.5g/l;净水470-500g/l;胺水0.8-1.1g/l。
将钝化液的温度调节至20-40℃,浸膜达到干燥后,会产生钝化膜,之后再进行不怕水浸蚀,使得钝化膜固化10min,可延长钝化膜的寿命至4-6个月,可有效的抵御海运过程中高盐分以及高湿度的侵蚀以及海水和二氧化硫的腐蚀。其中,钼酸钠可增加钝化膜的附着力,由于在钝化液的配方中所占比例小,因此无毒无残留;而胺水可以调节钝化液的酸碱度。
实施例二:

实施例四:
