本发明公开了一种高性能铝合金防腐粉末涂料的制备方法:(1)配备原料:按照重量份数:环氧树脂55份,固化剂10份,流平剂1份,氧化锌粉16份,碳酸钙粉2份、滑石粉8‑12份,硅酸钙粉12‑15份、莫来石粉0.8份、镁铁尖晶石砖200目粉2份,混合均匀备用;(2)熔融挤出:物料混合后用挤出机在120‑150℃的温度下挤出;(3)挤出料冷却破碎后用粉碎机粉碎为平均粒径为50微米的粉末颗粒;再用120目筛网过筛,最后包装成成品。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种高性能铝合金防腐粉末涂料,属于涂料加工领域。
背景技术
铝合金密度低,但强度比较高,接近或超过优质钢,塑性好,可加工成各种型材,具有优良的导电性、导热性和抗蚀性,工业上广泛使用,使用量仅次于钢。一些铝合金可以采用热处理获得良好的机械性能,物理性能和抗腐蚀性能。硬铝合金属AI—Cu—Mg系,一般含有少量的Mn,可热处理强化.其特点是硬度大,但塑性较差。超硬铝属Al一Cu—Mg—Zn系,可热处理强化,是室温下强度最高的铝合金.但耐腐蚀性差,高温软化快。锻铝合金主要是Al—Zn—Mg—Si系合金,虽然加入元素种类多,但是含量少,因而具有优良的热塑性,适宜锻造,故又称锻造铝合金。
现有技术对铝合金表面最常用的处理方法有数种,如化学转化处理、阳极氧化处理、有机涂层处理、电镀处理、激光处理、离子注入等。使用涂料进行喷涂是一种非常简便,成本低廉的方法。粉末涂料是由树脂、固化剂、颜料、填料和助剂等组成,经过熔融挤出、成型,以固体粉末状态涂覆在物质表面作为保护性和装饰性的新型涂料。
现有技术公开过一种高性能铝合金防腐粉末涂料,涂敷该涂料后的铝合金能通过1500小时以上的中性盐雾试验,但是该涂料的铅笔硬度只有1-2H,不能满足高端需求。
本发明旨在提供一种高性能铝合金防腐粉末涂料,其不仅仅具有良好的抗腐蚀性能,还具有很高的铅笔硬度。

本发明的目的是提供一种高性能铝合金防腐粉末涂料,其不仅仅具有良好的抗腐蚀性能,还具有很高的铅笔硬度。
为了实现上述的目的,本发明采用了以下的技术方案:
一种高性能铝合金防腐粉末涂料的制备方法,其步骤如下:
(1)配备原料:
按照重量份数:环氧树脂55份,固化剂10份,流平剂1份,氧化锌粉16份,碳酸钙粉2份、滑石粉8-12份,硅酸钙粉12-15份、莫来石粉0.8份、镁铁尖晶石砖200目粉2份,混合均匀备用;
(2)熔融挤出:
物料混合后用挤出机在120-150℃的温度下挤出;
(3)挤出料冷却破碎后用粉碎机粉碎为平均粒径为50微米的粉末颗粒;再用120目筛网过筛,最后包装成成品。

本发明的有益之处在于:

实施例1:
一种高性能铝合金防腐粉末涂料的制备方法,其步骤如下:
(1)配备原料:
按照重量份数:环氧树脂55份,固化剂10份,流平剂1份,氧化锌粉16份,碳酸钙粉2份、滑石粉8份,硅酸钙粉15份、莫来石粉0.8份、镁铁尖晶石砖200目粉2份,混合均匀备用;
(2)熔融挤出:
物料混合后用挤出机在120℃的温度下挤出;
(3)挤出料冷却破碎后用粉碎机粉碎为平均粒径为50微米的粉末颗粒;再用120目筛网过筛,最后包装成成品。

(3)挤出料冷却破碎后用粉碎机粉碎为平均粒径为50微米的粉末颗粒;再用120目筛网过筛,最后包装成成品。

(3)挤出料冷却破碎后用粉碎机粉碎为平均粒径为50微米的粉末颗粒;再用120目筛网过筛,最后包装成成品。

实施例5:
一种高性能铝合金防腐粉末涂料的制备方法,其步骤如下:

(3)挤出料冷却破碎后用粉碎机粉碎为平均粒径为50微米的粉末颗粒;再用120目筛网过筛,最后包装成成品。

实施例5效果测评:
按上述实施例所得铝合金专用防腐粉末涂料,采用如下喷涂和测试工艺:成品经静电喷枪喷涂在3mm铁板上做检测,厚度为50—70微米,铁板在180℃电热烘箱固化20分钟后对涂层进行性能检测,测试结果见表1所示。

从上表可以明显的看出,本发明的铝合金防腐粉末涂料,大大提高了对铝合金的防腐性能,而且其铅笔硬度指标非常优异。

1.一种高性能铝合金防腐粉末涂料的制备方法,其步骤如下:
(1)配备原料:
按照重量份数:环氧树脂55份,固化剂10份,流平剂1份,氧化锌粉16份,碳酸钙粉2份、滑石粉8-12份,硅酸钙粉12-15份、莫来石粉0.8份、镁铁尖晶石砖200目粉2份,混合均匀备用;
(2)熔融挤出:
物料混合后用挤出机在120-150℃的温度下挤出;
(3)挤出料冷却破碎后用粉碎机粉碎为平均粒径为50微米的粉末颗粒;再用120目筛网过筛,最后包装成成品。
2.权利要求1所述的高性能铝合金防腐粉末涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:
