Abstract
本发明提供了一种金属冠牙用烤瓷粉,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:钾长石30,石英15,碳酸钙12,透辉石10,碳酸钾7,碳酸钠8,氧化锌6,硼砂12。使用本发明制备成的烤瓷粉制备烤瓷牙产品质量稳定,不存在色差,可使用二十年不变形。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种烤瓷粉,具体涉及一种金属冠牙用烤瓷粉。
背景技术
随着人民生活水平的普遍提高,人们为了自身健康的需要,修复牙齿已显得十分重要。烤瓷牙从形态、色泽上看,可以以假乱真,其耐磨性又十分优良,所以烤瓷牙得到人们的青睐。
牙科烤瓷修复体具有陶瓷的美观,深受人们的欢迎,目前在口腔矫形修复领域的应用日益广泛,但现在国内使用的烤瓷粉基本依赖进口,价格昂贵,每公斤价格高达数千元,消耗大量外汇。急切需要我国自己的产品问世,以解决我国不能够生产金属冠用烤瓷粉的现实,为牙科材料的发展提供新的技术。
金属冠主要包括镍、铬、钛以及它们的合金制备而成,现有技术采用连续式熔融进行生产,存在如下的缺陷:1)生产过程中温度存在波动;2)连续式生产存在开始化料温度低,根本不能化透原料(料头)的缺陷;这两点会使制备成的产品质量不够稳定, 给终产品带来无法弥补的质量缺陷。
发明内容
为了解决以上技术问题,本发明提供了一种金属冠牙用烤瓷粉。
本发明的技术方案如下:
按重量份称取以下原料:钾长石30,石英15,碳酸钙12,透辉石10,碳酸钾7,碳酸钠8,氧化锌6,硼砂12。放入坩埚,置于电炉中升温加热到1700℃,保温10分钟,迅速取出,倒入盛有20℃,50升蒸馏水的钢桶中冷却,然后在快速磨中磨成细粉。由研磨体尺寸来控制产品粒度,要求过250目筛全部通过,利用微波炉干燥,包装,出厂。
本发明采用间歇式生产,对生产工艺与参数进行优选,从而保障生产出来的产品质量。本发明工艺采用了高温短时加热的方式,将部分在高温下分解的物质(例如硼酸)先行预分解,这样减少了在熔化过程的体积膨胀,提高这部分原料的纯度。本发明在生产前,可先在坩埚外涂一层厚厚的保护层(高岭土加莫来石,用磷酸拌匀),可以大大提高坩埚的使用次数。
本发明利用电炉进行生产,没有燃烧排放污染;产品不含铅、铬、镉等重金属元素,无毒无味;烤瓷牙冠为金属,通过调整配方,使得瓷粉和金属冠结合性好;所采用原料大多都是分析纯,供应有保障,产品质量稳定。
本发明利用电炉进行生产,对温度要求进行严格控制,产品质量稳定,提高了现有技术熔块融化不透,烤瓷粉质量不够稳定,尤其会存在色差这一影响美观的关键问题。使用本发明制备的烤瓷粉,产品热膨胀系数与金属冠非常匹配,为13.6×10-6/℃,瓷粉和金属冠结合性非常好,耐磨性为0.04mm3,抗折强度为675MPa,保证使用20年以上而不损坏。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1
按重量份称取以下原料:钾长石30,石英15,碳酸钙12,透辉石10,碳酸钾7,碳酸钠8,氧化锌6,硼砂12。放入坩埚,置于电炉中升温加热到1700℃,保温10分钟,迅速取出,倒入盛有20℃,50升蒸馏水的钢桶中冷却,然后在快速磨中磨成细粉。由研磨体尺寸来控制产品粒度,要求过250目筛全部通过,利用微波炉干燥,包装,出厂。使用本发明制备的烤瓷粉制备的烤瓷牙,产品热膨胀系数与金属冠非常匹配,为13.6×10-6/℃,瓷粉和金属冠结合性非常好,耐磨性为0.04mm3,抗折强度为675MPa,保证使用20年以上而不损坏。

1.一种金属冠牙用烤瓷粉,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:钾长石30,石英15,碳酸钙12,透辉石10,碳酸钾7,碳酸钠8,氧化锌6,硼砂12。
2.根据权利要求1所述的金属冠牙用烤瓷粉,其特征在于,采用如下制备方法制备而成:按重量份称取原料,放入坩埚,置于电炉中升温加热到1700℃,保温10分钟,迅速取出,倒入盛有20℃,50升蒸馏水的钢桶中冷却,然后在快速磨中磨成过250目筛的细粉,微波炉干燥,即可。
