背景技术
人造板表面装饰技术以木材表面装饰工艺为基础,经历了以下几个发展阶段:19世纪后期,欧洲开始采用模拟木材的天然花纹来涂饰木材制品及木质板材的表面,即模拟涂饰阶段,后来用人工复制和机械复制成木纹及其他类型图案,将它们制备成饰面材料,通过压机或压辊固贴在人造板表面,其后从印刷工业移植了丝绸印刷法和凹版印刷法,复制木纹图案和各种非木纹图案,从而产生了预制覆面材料和覆贴工艺,覆面材料种类日益增多,出现了装饰花纹纸、装饰塑料薄膜、金属箔材和纤维织物等,覆贴工艺也不断提高,使人造板表面装饰技术发展到一个新的阶段,即覆贴饰面阶段,第三个阶段是在人造板基板上直接印刷,美国、日本开始较早,其他国家到20世纪70年代才大规模采用,80年代又出现了转移印刷的饰面技术,现在社会上的的装饰品主要是珍贵木材质的板料,不但价格昂贵,而且对环境自然产生危害,于是有了人造板的出现,现今市场上的人造板多为表面覆贴装饰纸,不仅美观,而且价格优廉,而现在市面上的人造板加工机械的输纸装置,在更换纸张时不方便,容易导致纸张更换失败,造成浪费,降低企业效益,更可能导致员工在更换纸张时受伤。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种医用人造板表面装饰纸的输送机器人,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种医用人造板表面装饰纸的输送机器人,包括外壳,所述外壳的顶部固定连接有控制器,所述外壳的一侧开设有过纸口,所述外壳的另一侧开设有通孔,所述外壳(1)材料组分包括:PVC树脂30-50重量份、聚芳砜15-25重量份、PFA树脂15-20重量份、偏苯三酸三甘油酯15-20重量份、四乙二醇二庚酸酯5-10重量份、对甲苯磺酰氨基脲8-16重量份、贝得石12-16重量份、氟烃基硅油8-14重量份、4,4'-氧代双苯磺酰肼10-18重量份;制备方式为:将贝得石粉碎,过150-200目筛,然后在30-35℃的适量水中搅拌50-60min,制成质量浓度为40-50%的悬浮液,然后加入PVC树脂、聚芳砜、PFA树脂,再将悬浮液加热到65-70℃后高速搅拌30-40in,然后加入偏苯三酸三甘油酯搅拌均匀后保温30min,冷却后烘干;将其余原料粉碎后倒入混炼机混合均匀后得到材料;

工作原理:通过控制器2,控制第一电机6启动,第一电机6启动时带动第一齿轮7旋转,从而带动相啮合的第二齿轮8旋转,使得带动传动杆12移动,使得固定架10移动,更换纸张;更换纸张后,固定架10返回外壳1内,第二电机16旋转过程中带动转轴16旋转,向过纸口3输送纸张。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种医用人造板表面装饰纸的输送机器人,其特征在于:,所述底盒(5)顶部的一侧固定连接有减震盒(9)且减震盒(9)与外壳(1)内壁的一侧固定连接,所述减震盒(9)的右侧设置有固定架(10),所述固定架(10)的底部设置有两个滚轮(11),且两个滚轮(11)之间固定安装有传动杆(12)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种医用人造板表面装饰纸的输送机器人,其特征在于:所述传动杆(12)的底部与第二齿轮(8)活动连接,所述固定架(10)顶部靠近过纸口(3)的一侧固定连接有支撑杆(13),所述支撑杆(13)右侧的顶部与固定板(14)固定连接,所述固定板(14)的顶部与外壳(1)内壁的顶部活动连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种医用人造板表面装饰纸的输送机器人,其特征在于:,所述固定板(14)的底部固定连接有第二电机(15),所述固定架(10)的顶部设置有装饰纸辊(16),所述装饰纸辊(16)通过皮带与第二电机(15)的转轴传动连接所述底盒(5)的顶部开设有与滚轮(11)相适配的第一滑动槽所述第一齿轮(7)的表面设有第一齿牙。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种医用人造板表面装饰纸的输送机器人,其特征在于:,所述固定板(14)的底部固定连接有第二电机(15),所述固定架(10)的顶部设置有装饰纸辊(16)。
