Abstract
本发明公开了一种往返式防裂口输送带,包括输送带本体,所述输送带本体的上侧均匀开设有若干外防裂槽,下侧均匀开设有若干内防裂槽,相邻所述外防裂槽间的间距和相邻所述内防裂槽间的间距相等,且所述外防裂槽与内防裂槽结构相同,水平位置相互错开。本发明结构简单,通过在输送带本体的两侧预开设外防裂槽和内防裂槽,有效防止输送带运行过程中出现不规则的裂口,延长输送带的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种输送带,尤其涉及一种往返式防裂口输送带。
背景技术
现有的往返式输送带在运行辊轮处会产生变形,尤其输送带的外侧易受到拉伸应力的作用而产生外裂口,内侧易受到挤压应力的作用而产生内裂口,两种裂口其形状具有不确定性,含裂口的这段输送带在下次经过辊轮处时会扩大裂口,最终会导致输送带的损坏,影响生产企业的工作效率和安全生产。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的上述问题,提供一种往返式防裂口输送带。
为实现上述技术目的,达到上述技术效果,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种往返式防裂口输送带,包括输送带本体,所述输送带本体的上侧均匀开设有若干外防裂槽,下侧均匀开设有若干内防裂槽,相邻所述外防裂槽间的间距和相邻所述内防裂槽间的间距相等,且所述外防裂槽与内防裂槽结构相同,水平位置相互错开。
进一步的,所述外防裂槽与内防裂槽的底部设有半圆形过渡区。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明结构简单,通过在输送带本体的两侧预开设外防裂槽和内防裂槽,有效防止输送带运行过程中出现不规则的裂口,延长输送带的使用寿命。

下面将参考附图并结合实施例,来详细说明本发明。
本实施例所述的往返式防裂口输送带,如图1至3所示,包括输送带本体1,输送带本体1的上侧均匀开设有若干外防裂槽2,下侧均匀开设有若干内防裂槽3,相邻所述外防裂槽2间的间距和相邻所述内防裂槽3间的间距相等,且所述外防裂槽2与内防裂槽3结构相同,水平位置相互错开。
其中,外防裂槽2与内防裂槽3的底部设有半圆形过渡区4。

1.一种往返式防裂口输送带,包括输送带本体(1),其特征在于:所述输送带本体(1)的上侧均匀开设有若干外防裂槽(2),下侧均匀开设有若干内防裂槽(3),相邻所述外防裂槽(2)间的间距和相邻所述内防裂槽(3)间的间距相等,且所述外防裂槽(2)与内防裂槽(3)结构相同,水平位置相互错开。
2.根据权利要求1所述的往返式防裂口输送带,其特征在于:所述外防裂槽(2)与内防裂槽(3)的底部设有半圆形过渡区(4)。
