Abstract

本发明公开一种斜皮带开裂微处理方法,步骤包括:1)专用五角钉及预备皮带的制作;2)皮带打磨:以开裂处为基准点,上下各25cm,用角磨机对皮带上下面进行打磨,使其表面粗糙,打磨至能看见第一层和最后一层尼龙线时停止;3)皮带粘连:在开裂皮带的上下面各涂上一层皮带专用胶,然后用步骤1)中的预备皮带覆盖其上,完成皮带粘连,然后进行皮带的压实,使皮带充分粘连,压实时间为1小时;4)皮带锚固:在粘连皮带的四周锚固上专用五角钉,皮带的上下各锚固三颗五角钉,两个侧面各锚固两颗五角钉,在皮带的中间用三颗丘皮钉锚固。本发明通过机械锚固加胶粘的方法来减少开裂处的受力,进而达到延长皮带寿命的目的。

Description

一种斜皮带开裂微处理方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种斜皮带开裂微处理方法。
背景技术
皮带在运转过程中,由于橡胶老化,机械损伤等,很容易造成皮带开裂。如果开裂处不加处理,任其发展就会导致皮带断裂,进而影响施工生产,增加施工成本。传统的做法是橡胶硫化处理技术,这种技术费时费力耽误生产,且成本高。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种斜皮带开裂微处理方法,通过机械锚固加胶粘的方法来减少开裂处的受力,进而达到延长皮带寿命的目的。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的一种斜皮带开裂微处理方法,包括以下步骤:
1)专用五角钉及预备皮带的制作:
所述专用五角钉呈锯齿状,钉帽宽为2cm,专用五角钉中三脚一侧钉脚间的距离为2cm,另两脚一侧钉脚间的距离为3cm;
所述预备皮带,将50cm的皮带从两层尼龙线处片开,取用上两层尼龙线和下两层尼龙线用于开裂处皮带处理,中间皮带备用;
2)皮带打磨:先用棉纱将开裂皮带上下面的污物擦拭干净,以开裂处为基准点,上下各25cm,用角磨机对皮带上下面进行打磨,使其表面粗糙,直至打磨至能看见第一层和最后一层尼龙线时停止;
3)皮带粘连:在开裂皮带的上下面各涂上一层皮带专用胶,然后用步骤1)中的预备皮带覆盖其上,完成皮带粘连,然后进行皮带的压实,使皮带充分粘连,压实时间为1小时;
4)皮带锚固:在粘连皮带的四周锚固上专用五角钉,皮带的上下各锚固三颗五角钉,两个侧面各锚固两颗五角钉,在皮带的中间用三颗丘皮钉锚固。
作为改进,所述斜皮带开裂具体为斜皮带局部开裂,开裂处直径小于15cm,纵向相邻的两个开裂位置大于2m。
作为改进,所述步骤1)中的专用五角钉的钉脚由2mm厚白钢用角磨机制作而成。
作为改进,所述步骤1)中的预备皮带采用12mm厚1米宽的6层尼龙线支撑皮。
本发明将开裂皮带打磨,涂上一层胶,用事先准备好的一层皮带覆盖其上,四周用特制的专用五角钉将其锚固,中间用丘皮钉固定,通过机械锚固加胶粘的方法来减少开裂处的受力,进而达到延长皮带寿命的目的。

实施例一
该方法适用于由于橡胶老化或者机械损伤而造成的斜皮带局部开裂,开裂处直径小于15cm,纵向相邻的两个开裂位置大于2m。
1.施工准备
1.1 材料及工具
12mm厚1米宽6层尼龙线皮带50cm、2mm厚白钢、圆形丘皮钉、皮带专用胶;电钻、角磨机、锤子、壁纸刀、预压铁块。
1.2 特制五角钉的制作
如图1所示,特制五角钉呈现锯齿状,钉帽宽为2cm,三脚一侧钉脚之间的距离为2cm,两脚一侧钉脚之间的距离为3cm,钉脚由2mm厚白钢用角磨机制作而成。
1.3 预备皮带的制作
用壁纸刀将事先准备好的50cm的皮带从两层尼龙线处片开,只取用上两层尼龙线和下两层尼龙线用于开裂处皮带处理,中间皮带另做他用。
2. 操作工艺
2.1 皮带打磨:先用棉纱将皮带上、下面的污物擦拭干净,以开裂处为基准点,上下各25cm,用事先准备好的角磨机对皮带上、下面进行打磨,使其表面粗糙,直至打磨到能看见第一层和最后一层尼龙线时停止;
2.2 皮带粘连;在皮带的上下面各涂上一层皮带专用胶,然后用事先准备好的皮带覆盖其上,完成皮带粘连,然后用预压铁块进行皮带的压实,使皮带充分粘连在一起,压实时间为1小时;
2.3皮带锚固:在皮带的四周要锚固上专用的五角钉,皮带的上下各锚固三颗特制五角钉,两个侧面各锚固两颗特制五角钉,在皮带的中间用三颗丘皮钉锚固;
2.4通过机械锚固加胶粘的方法来减少开裂处的受力,进而达到延长皮带寿命的目的。
3.维护保养
采用这种微处理方法,必须加强必要的维护保养,随着皮带的转动锚固的钉子也随之磨损,要加大检查的频次,钉子磨损到一定的程度一定要给予更换。

1.一种斜皮带开裂微处理方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)专用五角钉及预备皮带的制作:
所述专用五角钉呈锯齿状,钉帽宽为2cm,专用五角钉中三脚一侧钉脚间的距离为2cm,另两脚一侧钉脚间的距离为3cm;
所述预备皮带,将50cm的皮带从两层尼龙线处片开,取用上两层尼龙线和下两层尼龙线用于开裂处皮带处理;
2)皮带打磨:先用棉纱将开裂皮带上下面的污物擦拭干净,以开裂处为基准点,上下各25cm,用角磨机对皮带上下面进行打磨,使其表面粗糙,打磨至能看见第一层和最后一层尼龙线时停止;
3)皮带粘连:在开裂皮带的上下面各涂上一层皮带专用胶,然后用步骤1)中的预备皮带覆盖其上,完成皮带粘连,然后进行皮带的压实,使皮带充分粘连,压实时间为1小时;
4)皮带锚固:在粘连皮带的四周锚固上专用五角钉,皮带的上下各锚固三颗五角钉,两个侧面各锚固两颗五角钉,在皮带的中间用三颗丘皮钉锚固。
2.根据权利要求书1所述的一种斜皮带开裂微处理方法,其特征在于,所述斜皮带开裂具体为斜皮带局部开裂,开裂处直径小于15cm,纵向相邻的两个开裂位置大于2m。
3.根据权利要求书1所述的一种斜皮带开裂微处理方法,其特征在于,所述步骤1)中的专用五角钉的钉脚由2mm厚白钢用角磨机制作而成。
