一种热流道注射咀咀尖结构,本发明涉及热塑加工技术领域,尤其是指一种热流道注射咀咀尖结构。是通过如下技术方案实现的:一种热流道注射咀咀尖结构,包括注射咀体及咀尖,所述的咀尖与注射咀体固连为一体。所述的咀尖为3D打印而成。所述的咀尖为复合陶瓷。本发明由于通过3D打印技术将高耐磨、耐腐蚀材料的咀尖打印依附到铍铜材质的注射咀体,加强了此材料的咀尖高耐磨性、高耐腐蚀性和你良好的导热性,产生了很好的生产效果和经济效益。

技术领域
本发明涉及热塑加工技术领域,尤其是指一种热流道注射咀咀尖结构。
背景技术
热流道加工技术是通过加热的方法来保证流道和浇口的塑料保持熔融状态进行注塑。现热流道产品加工都是传统技术加工为主,而现有的注射咀1咀尖结构使用的是单一的铍铜材质,如图1所示,该材质导热性较好,被广泛应用于热流道行业的咀尖结构上。但若在加工过程中,此材质的咀尖被应用于高腐蚀和高耐磨的塑胶材料时,很容易被磨损,所以此问题成为热流道行业的一大难点。
发明内容
本发明目的在于克服上述现有技术中的不足之处,而提供一种热流道注射咀咀尖结构。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:一种热流道注射咀咀尖结构,包括注射咀体及咀尖,所述的咀尖与注射咀体固连为一体。
所述的咀尖为3D打印而成。
所述的咀尖为复合陶瓷。
本发明由于通过3D打印技术将高耐磨、耐腐蚀材料的咀尖打印依附到铍铜材质的注射咀体,加强了此材料的咀尖高耐磨性、高耐腐蚀性和你良好的导热性,产生了很好的生产效果和经济效益。

具体实施方式:
见附图2,一种热流道注射咀咀尖结构,包括注射咀体1及咀尖2,所述的咀尖2与注射咀体1固连为一体。

使用本发明时,由于通过3D打印技术将高耐磨、耐腐蚀材料的咀尖2打印依附到铍铜材质的注射咀体1,加强了此材料的咀尖2高耐磨性、高耐腐蚀性和良好的导热性,产生了很好的生产效果和经济效益。
