Abstract
本发明涉及一种快速断纸复卷机,它包括机架,机架的下部安装有支腿,机架的上部的右侧安装有固定板,固定板的内侧安装有棍轴,棍轴的外侧设置有托纸板,固定板的上部的外侧设置有距离感应器,固定板的顶端连接有斜坡面,斜坡面的下方设置有从动轴,固定板的右上方设置有切刀,切刀通过转轴与驱动带相连,驱动带连接有驱动电机,固定板可以方便的固定棍轴,托纸板可以平稳的托起复卷好的卫生纸,在托纸板上升的过程中,能有效避免卫生纸发生滑落;当纸卷上升到切刀的位置时,就迅速的被切刀斩断,截断后的纸卷从斜坡面上滑下来,进入下一道加工工序;本发明具有断纸高效、断纸后纸卷平整、工作高效的优点。

技术领域
本发明属于纸制品加工设备技术领域,具体涉及一种快速断纸复卷机。
背景技术
复卷机在生产纸卷的过程中,每当复卷完一筒卷纸时就要把卷纸截断成小段的卫生纸,然后进行包装。传统的采用刀切方式断纸的复卷机,其断纸方式为沿着纸卷的轴向移动,每次只能切断一段纸,这种断纸方式不仅效率低下,而且刀切后的卫生纸的截面不能保证平整,对于连续作业的复卷机,此种情况尤为突出。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种断纸高效、断纸后纸卷平整、工作高效的快速断纸复卷机。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种快速断纸复卷机,它包括机架,所述的机架的下部安装有支腿,所述的机架的上部的右侧安装有固定板,所述的固定板的内侧安装有棍轴,所述的棍轴的外侧设置有托纸板,所述的棍轴的上部连接有连接块,所述的固定板的上部的外侧设置有距离感应器,所述的固定板的顶端连接有斜坡面,所述的斜坡面的下方设置有从动轴,所述的从动轴通过副传送带连接有主动轴,所述的主动轴通过主传送带连接有传动电机,所述的固定板的右上方设置有切刀,所述的切刀通过转轴与驱动带相连,所述的驱动带连接有驱动电机。
所述的固定板的个数为两个,对称设置在机架上。
所述的托纸板的上部设置有圆弧形的凹槽。
所述的副传送带的一侧设置有与连接块相连的固定块。
所述的传动电机通过螺栓与机架固定。
所述的切刀的片数为五片。
本发明能达到的有益效果:本发明在机架上设置两个对称的固定板,可以方便的固定棍轴,并且固定效果好,上部设置有圆弧形凹槽的托纸板可以平稳的托起复卷好的卫生纸,在托纸板上升的过程中,能有效避免卫生纸发生滑落;固定板上部的距离感应器能够测出纸卷离切刀的距离,当纸卷距切刀的距离为10cm时,此时驱动电机会启动,通过驱动带驱动切刀转动,当纸卷上升到切刀的位置时,就迅速的被切刀斩断,起到快速断纸的目的;截断后的纸卷从斜坡面上滑下来,进入下一道加工工序,不影响整体加工效率,通过传动电机带动副传送带上下往复运动,达到传动棍轴上下移动的目的,实现对纸卷的传送工作;本发明具有断纸高效、断纸后纸卷平整、工作高效的优点。

下面结合附图及具体实施方式对本发明做进一步的详细说明。
实施例1
如图1和图2所示,一种快速断纸复卷机,它包括机架1,所述的机架1的下部安装有支腿2,所述的机架1的上部的右侧安装有固定板3,所述的固定板3的内侧安装有棍轴4,所述的棍轴4的外侧设置有托纸板5,所述的棍轴4的上部连接有连接块6,所述的固定板3的上部的外侧设置有距离感应器7,所述的固定板3的顶端连接有斜坡面8,所述的斜坡面8的下方设置有从动轴9,所述的从动轴9通过副传送带10连接有主动轴11,所述的主动轴11通过主传送带12连接有传动电机13,所述的固定板3的右上方设置有切刀14,所述的切刀14通过转轴15与驱动带16相连,所述的驱动带16连接有驱动电机17。
本发明在使用过程中,首先卷纸经传送机构被送到托纸板5上,当纸卷距切刀14的距离为10cm时,驱动电机17会启动,通过驱动带16驱动切刀14转动,当纸卷上升到切刀14的位置时,就迅速的被切刀14斩断,起到快速断纸的目的,截断后的纸卷从斜坡面8上滑下来,进入下一道加工工序,不影响整体加工效率,通过传动电机13带动副传送带10上下往复运动,达到传动棍轴4上下移动的目的,实现对纸卷的不间断传送工作;本发明具有断纸高效、断纸后纸卷平整、工作高效的优点。
实施例2
如图1和图2所示,一种快速断纸复卷机,它包括机架1,所述的机架1的下部安装有支腿2,所述的机架1的上部的右侧安装有固定板3,所述的固定板3的内侧安装有棍轴4,所述的棍轴4的外侧设置有托纸板5,所述的棍轴4的上部连接有连接块6,所述的固定板3的上部的外侧设置有距离感应器7,所述的固定板3的顶端连接有斜坡面8,所述的斜坡面8的下方设置有从动轴9,所述的从动轴9通过副传送带10连接有主动轴11,所述的主动轴11通过主传送带12连接有传动电机13,所述的固定板3的右上方设置有切刀14,所述的切刀14通过转轴15与驱动带16相连,所述的驱动带16连接有驱动电机17,所述的固定板3的个数为两个,对称设置在机架1上,所述的托纸板5的上部设置有圆弧形的凹槽,所述的副传送带10的一侧设置有与连接块6相连的固定块,所述的传动电机13通过螺栓与机架1固定。
所述的切刀的片数为五片。本发明在使用过程中,首先卷纸经传送机构被送到托纸板5上,当纸卷距切刀14的距离为10cm时,驱动电机17会启动,通过驱动带16驱动切刀14转动,当纸卷上升到切刀14的位置时,就迅速的被切刀14斩断,起到快速断纸的目的,截断后的纸卷从斜坡面8上滑下来,进入下一道加工工序,不影响整体加工效率,通过传动电机13带动副传送带10上下往复运动,达到传动棍轴4上下移动的目的,实现对纸卷的不间断传送工作;优选的,固定板3的个数为两个,对称设置在机架1上,提高了固定板3对棍轴4固定的牢固性;传动电机13通过螺栓与机架1固定,不仅便于传动电机13的固定,而且固定牢固;本发明具有断纸高效、断纸后纸卷平整、工作高效的优点。

1.一种快速断纸复卷机,它包括机架,其特征在于:所述的机架的下部安装有支腿,所述的机架的上部的右侧安装有固定板,所述的固定板的内侧安装有棍轴,所述的棍轴的外侧设置有托纸板,所述的棍轴的上部连接有连接块,所述的固定板的上部的外侧设置有距离感应器,所述的固定板的顶端连接有斜坡面,所述的斜坡面的下方设置有从动轴,所述的从动轴通过副传送带连接有主动轴,所述的主动轴通过主传送带连接有传动电机,所述的固定板的右上方设置有切刀,所述的切刀通过转轴与驱动带相连,所述的驱动带连接有驱动电机。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种快速断纸复卷机,其特征在于:所述的固定板的个数为两个,对称设置在机架上。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种快速断纸复卷机,其特征在于:所述的托纸板的上部设置有圆弧形的凹槽。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种快速断纸复卷机,其特征在于:所述的副传送带的一侧设置有与连接块相连的固定块。
