Description

Filter device and filter infusion container comprising same
Technical Field
The invention relates to a filtering device and a filtering infusion container comprising the same.
Background
Clinical infusion is an important clinical discipline in modern medicine. It includes water and electrolyte balance disorders, acid-base balance disorders, and nutritional factors, which are associated with a variety of pathological processes. Through reasonable transfusion, corresponding medicines can be directly injected into veins according to different disease conditions while regulating the balance disorder, so as to achieve the purpose of quickly and efficiently relieving and treating the diseases.
With the increasing medical needs and pharmaceutical technology, therapeutic infusion varieties are also gradually brought into clinic. Therefore, the infusion is paid attention and applied by clinicians at all levels, the dosage of infusion preparations is rapidly increased, and the average dosage of people in China reaches more than 3 bottles at present. In order to meet the medical requirements, the large infusion manufacturing industry receives high attention from the pharmaceutical industry for improving the product quality and the safe medication and improving the packaging level of preparations while increasing the yield. The recently emerged production line for packaging large infusion by hard plastic bottles and non-PVC soft plastic bags brings a new trend for the industrial production of large infusion, and the clinical application is safer and more reliable. But new problems also arise. The development of the transfusion package and the review of the soft bag package technology are repeated for discussion.
Since the liquid medicine directly enters the blood and can be distributed to the whole body instantly (< 1 minute), the intravenous transfusion is an important basic treatment means in the domestic clinical treatment. The data provided by the drug-induced disease science professional committee of the chinese pharmacological society show that: over 70% of hospitalized patients in China have undergone intravenous infusion therapy.
The current infusion mode is carrier infusion, and the clinical carrier infusion is more than 90 percent; the carrier infusion leads to the superposition of heat source and insoluble particles, thus easily increasing the infusion safety risk. The excessive insoluble particles and the increase of endotoxin are one of the main causes of adverse reactions in transfusion. The insoluble particles enter the capillaries of the human body to block, and various diseases caused by the blockage are greatly damaged.
The insoluble particles may be mixed in all links from production to clinic, such as the drug production link with stricter quality control, packaging materials, operation links, supporting instruments, environment introduction and the like.
The Chinese pharmacopoeia defines insoluble particles of 10 μm or more and 25 μm or more, but does not relate to particles of 2 to 10 μm. Once the insoluble particles with the particle size of 2-10 mu m enter the human body, the discharge time is even more than 20 years.
At present, in many domestic children hospitals and hospitals, a precision transfusion filter is extremely beautiful, the main function of the product is to filter out impurities such as insoluble particles with the particle size of more than 2 microns in transfusion, visible foreign matters and the like, but the product has higher selling price and brings burden to patients. And the existing transfusion filters are all arranged on the transfusion tube, so that the structure on the transfusion tube is complex and the production is not facilitated.
Therefore, the control standard of insoluble particles in infusion products should be improved in the production and manufacturing links, and therefore, the company researches a novel filtering device which can be matched with infusion containers such as large infusion bottles, soft bag bottles and the like and can also be directly connected to infusion bottle/bag interfaces in the manufacturing ring.
