背景技术
腰椎间盘突出症是全身骨质退行性改变，骨质疏松，导致腰椎间盘凸出(突出)，严重影响身心健康及生活质量，患者非常痛苦，痛、胀、麻，不能睡，不能坐，更不能站，也影响整个家庭生活质量。
腰椎间盘突出症的发病机制为：肾阴不足，长期劳累，久坐不活动，饮食偏食、缺钙、气血亏虚等原因，导致此病。腰突症的根本问题就是肾亏骨髓空虚造成骨质疏松，导致腰椎内纤维环破裂，破裂后就造成血肿压迫腰椎神经使腰、臀、两下肢，酸、痛、胀、麻等影响生理功能。中医理论不通者痛，通者不痛。
目前治疗腰椎间盘突出症，医院常用治疗方法为：脱水、抗生素、激素、去痛片，造成骨质更疏松，加重患者症状。尤其西医治疗此症的缺陷不足是大量使用抗生素加激素，伤害体内脏腑，使脾胃功能损伤，中医理论认为，脾胃具消化吸收功能，乃后天之本，消化吸收功能破坏后致使气血不足，造成肾阴不足，骨髓空虚，这是腰间盘突出的重要诱发因素。
本发明人根据祖国医药学的基础加上临床实践经验，以肾治疗为突破口，还结合脾胃功能治疗，促进消化吸收、气血营养调和，通过整体观念，探索研究出了一种治疗腰椎间盘突出症的新的中药配方，起到对椎间内纤维环破裂的修补作用。
发明内容
发明目的：本发明的目的是提供一种用于治疗腰椎间盘突出症的中药，有效治疗腰椎间盘突出症且无副作用，使患者恢复健康。
技术方案：本发明的目的是通过下述技术方案来实现的：
一种治疗腰椎间盘突出症的中药，其配方由下列重量份数的原料组成：黄芩10～20份，蒲公英10～20份，生黄芪10～30份，紫丹参10～20份，川牛膝10～20份，川芎6份，红藤10份，麦冬10份，杜仲10～20份，制首乌10～20份，熟地10份，肉苁蓉10份，元胡10份，煨木香10份，生甘草3份，奇良10份，天麻3份；另金荞麦根10份另蒸服。
所述中药的熬制和服用方法为：将所述一剂配方每日煎2次，每日上午冷水浸泡1小时，煎开，文火20分钟，倒出800ml,冷却，于上午9时左右温服；下午再煎开，文火20分钟，冷却，于下午3时左右温服；晚上将药渣煎水泡脚，通过足底涌泉穴全身经脉交换，起到辅助治疗作用；一个疗程7剂。
原理：肝是最大消化系统，配合胃受纳。蒲公英放在第一位，性味与归经：苦、甘、寒，入肝、胃经。蒲公英保护肝和脾胃，加上黄芩更加强化功能，对新配方的吸收疗效达到主宰作用；黄芩和蒲公英相配合消除肿胀减轻血肿，对压迫神经，起到减轻胀、麻、痛的作用。丹参、川牛膝、川芎红藤都能活血化瘀特别川牛膝行气椎动气血循环使气血畅通，畅通后对胀、痛、麻起到缓减作用，对双下肢活动有所改善，加强气血调和，所以中医古人云不通者痛、通者不痛，淤血不祛新血不生。生黄芪有健脾補气之功、调补肺气、宗气，肺主一身之气，肺朝百脉之功，通调水道，达三焦，推动气血运行，糟粕排泄，上通下达其功能。肾为先天之本，主骨，生髓，但需后天不断的培補，又称后天之本。熟地配合肉苁蓉滋补肾阴是至关重要之药；配合肉苁蓉治疗腰突症起着缓减作用。熟地归经入心经，心为君主之官、主血、生血、主血脉统帅全身血液运行至关重要。杜仲、制首乌调补肝肾强筋骨配合熟地、肉苁蓉加强骨髓和骨质造血功能，促进修复腰椎内纤维环恢复功能，减轻腰突症痛、胀、麻症状，起着明显效果。麦冬与天麻同用软化，气血畅通，使患者腰椎部充分得到气血供养。奇良又名土获苓对拘挛骨痛起了奇特功效，古称奇良。金荞麦根归经入肺、肝经。肺朝百脉，上通下达，此药象开路先锋，完成整个新配方起到决定性作用，但此药必须另行蒸水服，这是本新配方独特之处。肝举备藏血、筋络、紧挛归肝的功能，还起到活血散瘀之功。元胡活血、利气止痛骨伤科常用之药。煨木香行气止痛，而行气止痛功效颇佳，称之为药中之王，它使药物畅通无阻送达关健部位，起到意想不到的效果。生甘草少量调和诸药。

实施例一：患者金某，女，42岁，五年前患腰椎间盘突出症，经省内各大医院求医，未有效果；患者相当痛苦，生活不能自理，只能仰卧，不能站，不能坐，胀、痛、麻，特别双下腰疼痛明显，经本配方治疗六个疗程(一个疗程7天)，症状基本消失，持续治疗3个月恢复正常。5年未复发，现为老年健身操教练。
所用中药的配方为：黄芩10份，蒲公英10份，生黄芪10份，紫丹参10份，川牛膝10份，川芎6份，红藤10份，麦冬8份，杜仲10份，制首乌10份，熟地10份，肉苁蓉10份，元胡10份，煨木香10份，生甘草3份，奇良10份，天麻5份；另金荞麦根10份另煎蒸先服。
实施例二：患者董某，男，62岁，四年前患此病，在其他医院治疗，腰椎进行手术，几月后复发。另外求医70天无效。经本配方治疗9个疗程，完全恢复正常，后再未复发。
所用中药的配方为：淡黄芩20份，蒲公英20份，生黄芪20份，紫丹参10份，川牛膝20份，川芎6份，红藤10份，麦冬10份，杜仲15份，制首乌15份，熟地10份，肉苁蓉10份，元胡10份，煨木香10份，生甘草3份，奇良10份，天麻3份；另金荞麦根10份另蒸服。

Claims (2)

1.一种治疗腰椎间盘突出症的中药，其特征在于，其配方由下列重量份数的原料组成：黄芩10～20份，蒲公英10～20份，生黄芪10～30份，紫丹参10～20份，川牛膝10～20份，川芎6份，红藤10份，麦冬10份，杜仲10～20份，制首乌10～20份，熟地10份，肉苁蓉10份，元胡10份，煨木香10份，生甘草3份，奇良10份，天麻3份；另金荞麦根10份另蒸服。
2.如权利要求1所述中药的煎煮及服用方法，其特征在于，将所述一剂配方每日煎2次，每日上午冷水浸泡1小时，煎开，文火20分钟，倒出800ml,冷却，于上午9时左右温服；下午再煎开，文火20分钟，冷却，于下午3时左右温服；晚上将药渣煎水泡脚，通过足底涌泉穴全身经脉交换，起到辅助治疗作用；一个疗程7剂。
