Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of electronic cigarette liquid, and particularly relates to cigarette-fragrant electronic cigarette liquid.
Background
In recent years, the situation of smoking ban in China and China is becoming more severe, and the traditional cigarettes face great challenges in both production and sale. Meanwhile, because the feeling of smoking harming health is deeply enjoyed, more and more smokers gradually quit smoking or turn to consume some cigarette substitutes, such as buccal cigarettes, electronic cigarettes and the like. Electronic cigarette products are receiving more and more attention because they do not contain harmful components such as tar, CO, hydrocyanic acid, etc., do not produce second-hand smoke and do not burn, etc. However, the electronic cigarette is mainly sold in countries such as europe and the united states, the flavor of the electronic cigarette is generally heavier, and the tobacco taste is less, which does not meet the taste of Chinese consumers.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide tobacco liquid of a tobacco-flavored electronic cigarette.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the tobacco liquid of the tobacco-flavored electronic cigarette is prepared by uniformly mixing the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 1-3% of tobacco absolute with high nicotine content, 0.005-0.02% of guaiacol, 0.005-0.02% of 4-vinyl guaiacol, 0.01-0.02% of tree moss absolute, 0.01-0.03% of methyl cyclopentenolone, 0.005-0.01% of propiheptolactone, 0.005-0.01% of 2-acetylpyridine, 0.003-0.005% of 2,3, 5-trimethyl pyrazine, 0.01-0.03% of megastigmatrienone, 3-7% of deionized water, 25-60% of propylene glycol and the balance of glycerol.
The high nicotine content tobacco absolute can be prepared from common tobacco raw materials such as burley tobacco, flue-cured tobacco, aromatic tobacco and the like, and the high nicotine content tobacco absolute in the tobacco liquid can be a mixture of 1 or more types of tobacco absolute.
The high nicotine content tobacco absolute is prepared by the following process: spraying 3-5% KOH, NaOH, CaO and Ca (OH) to the tobacco material2、Na2CO3Or ammonia water solution, spraying 10-30%, standing for 0.5-2 hr, microwave treating for 30s 2 times, and rolling for 2-3 times. Extracting tobacco material with butane or dimethyl ether as subcritical extraction solvent with ethanol as entrainer at material-liquid ratio of 1:5-1:10 at 0-50 deg.C under saturated vapor pressure of the solvent at corresponding temperature for 0.5-1.5 hr; after extraction is finished, separating the extraction solvent to obtain a tobacco extract; adding 95% ethanol 5-8 times the mass of the extract, stirring to dissolve completely, and freezing at-20 deg.C or-10 deg.C for 12-24 hr; filtering and separating to obtain supernatant, and concentrating under reduced pressure until no ethanol exists to obtain the tobacco absolute oil with high nicotine content.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
(1) the electronic cigarette liquid takes the tobacco absolute oil with high nicotine content as the main source of cigarette fragrance, not only provides the tobacco fragrance, but also provides nicotine with enough physiological satisfaction, does not need to additionally add high-purity nicotine, and can enable the fragrance and the taste of the electronic cigarette to be closer to those of the traditional cigarette.
(2) The tobacco absolute oil is obtained by subcritical extraction, is simple and effective, is convenient for industrial production, and has significance and value of actual production.
(3) The synthetic spices used in the invention are the spices in the traditional cigarette or smoke and some components with baking fragrance and burnt fragrance, thus improving the problem that the electronic cigarette has obvious difference from the traditional cigarette due to non-combustion, and leading the cigarette fragrance of the electronic cigarette to be richer and closer to the traditional cigarette.
