Abstract
The invention relates to a cigarette filter tip with adjustable suction resistance distribution. The three-dimensional cavity filter tip structure is characterized in that a front section and a rear section are tow sections, two sections of tows are respectively wrapped with forming paper to form tow sections, the middle of the two sections of tow sections is set at a certain distance and then is wrapped with tipping paper to form a filter tip rod, the middle section of the filter tip rod is the cavity section, and ventilation holes are formed in the tipping paper of the cavity section. The position of the air inlet and the position of the air outlet are adjusted by extruding to freely slide, so that the aim of adjusting the suction resistance distribution is fulfilled, and different requirements of consumers are met. Meanwhile, due to the unique structure, the playability of the cigarettes can be improved, and the differentiation of products is improved. The invention does not need to additionally develop equipment, is easy to form, and is convenient and quick.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cigarettes, in particular to a cigarette filter tip with adjustable suction resistance distribution.
Background
The filter tip is used as a bridge between a smoker and main stream smoke, not only can filter out part of harmful components in the smoke, but also can effectively intercept total particulate matters in the main stream smoke of the cigarette, reduce tar content and reduce harm of the smoke to human health and environment by connecting the filter tip on the cigarette.
From a sensory point of view, the most obvious effect that filters have on the consumer is a change in the resistance to draw, which is generally greater for longer filters. However, the requirements of consumers on cigarette smoking resistance are not the same, and the cigarettes with low smoking resistance are slightly favored, so that the cigarettes are considered to have better comfort during smoking, but the smoke concentration is increased due to low smoking resistance, so that a plurality of smokers are not suitable. There is therefore a need to develop a class of filters with adjustable smoke concentration to meet the different demands of consumers. Therefore, the invention aims to develop a cigarette filter which can automatically adjust the suction resistance distribution by consumers so as to adjust the smoke concentration.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a cigarette filter with adjustable suction resistance distribution, which can enable a consumer to automatically pass through a extruded tow section to slide, and adjust the positions of the extruded tow section and a vent hole on tipping paper so as to achieve the purpose of adjusting the suction resistance distribution and meet different requirements of the consumer.
The main principle of the invention is as follows: on the basis of the structure of the ternary hollow filter tip, no adhesive is coated between the forming paper and the tipping paper of the tow segments, so that the two tow segments can freely slide in position through extrusion; the air vent is arranged on the tipping paper of the middle hollow section, and the positions of the two sections of filament bundle sections and the air vent are adjusted by sliding the two sections of filament bundle sections, so that the purpose of adjusting the suction resistance distribution is achieved, and different requirements of consumers are met. The concrete structure is as follows:

The tipping paper is arranged at the middle position of the ventilation hole of the cavity section and is perforated on the whole circumference, so that the movable range of the front and rear tow sections is enlarged, and the adjustability is improved. The ventilation degree of the arranged ventilation holes can be adjusted according to the requirement, wherein the ventilation degree value is the percentage of the total air flow of the air entering the ventilation holes from the outside.
The tipping paper material needs to have a certain hardness to increase the non-deformability of the filter, and hard paper, flexible plastic and the like are adopted.
Other processes and materials involved in producing the cigarette filter of the invention and existing methods for producing the filter for passing cigarettes are adopted.
When in use, the filament bundle section can freely slide to a required position by extruding the filament bundle section according to the needs of a smoker; the air vent is arranged on the tipping paper of the middle hollow section, and the positions of the two sections of filament bundle sections and the air vent are adjusted by sliding the two sections of filament bundle sections, so that the purpose of adjusting the suction resistance distribution is achieved, and finally the effect of adjusting the smoke concentration is achieved. When the filament bundle section at the upstream end of the vent hole is longer, the overall suction resistance is smaller; the longer the downstream end strand segment, the greater the overall suction resistance.
The cigarette filter tip with adjustable suction resistance distribution can enable consumers to automatically pass through the extruded tow segments to slide, and the positions of the extruded tow segments and the vent holes on tipping paper are adjusted, so that the purpose of adjusting the suction resistance distribution is achieved, and different requirements of the consumers are met. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the following examples are illustrative of the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the scope of the invention. The specific techniques or conditions are not identified in the examples and are performed according to techniques or conditions described in the literature in this field or according to the product specifications. The reagents or apparatus used were conventional products available commercially without the manufacturer's attention.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the whole filter tip of the invention is of a ternary cavity filter tip structure, namely, a front section and a rear section are tow sections 5, two tow sections 1 are respectively wrapped with forming paper 2 to form tow sections 5 (common filter sticks), the middle of the two tow sections is set a certain distance, and then the two tow sections are wrapped with tipping paper 3 to form a filter tip stick, so that a cavity section 6 is formed in the middle section, and a vent 4 is arranged on the tipping paper of the cavity section. The actual ventilation degree of the ventilation opening 4 can be customized according to the design requirement of cigarettes; the length of the cavity is 5-10mm (can be designed according to the requirement).

in the cigarette filter structure, the front and rear tow sections are wrapped with the acetate tow by high air permeability forming paper, the tipping paper is made of hard paper, the length of the cavity is 5mm, pre-perforated ventilation holes are arranged at the corresponding positions of the cavity sections, the ventilation degree is 10% (the ventilation degree is mainly regulated by the number and the size of the holes, the ventilation degree is generally larger as the number is larger or the aperture is larger, the ventilation degree value is the percentage of the total air flow of the air entering the ventilation holes from the outside), and the tipping paper is positioned at the middle position of the whole filter.
