the hollow plastic component is designed as follows: the thickness of the hard PVC plastic is 2mm. A hemispherical plastic cup with a diameter of 3mm is arranged at the center of the cup, and a hard plastic knife is arranged in the hemispherical plastic cup. The entire member length was 7mm.
After being combined into the telescopic filter rod unit, the length of the telescopic filter rod unit is 10mm.
The telescopic filter rod unit is combined with the common acetate fiber filter rod unit into a ternary filter rod according to a conventional filter rod combination process (namely, two common acetate fiber filter rod units are respectively arranged at two ends of the telescopic filter rod unit); the tipping paper is special tipping paper with a pre-perforation line arranged in the middle of the telescopic filter rod unit, so that the telescopic filter of the invention is formed. When the filter tip is used for producing cigarettes, the explosion beads can be easily crushed when the cigarettes are smoked, and the water supplementing of smoke is completed. Through instrument detection, the moisture in the smoke is increased by 39%, the irritation of the smoke is obviously reduced, and the moist feeling is improved.
Example 5:
the hollow plastic component is designed as follows: the component is hard PET plastic with thickness of 1.5mm. A hemispherical plastic cup with a diameter of 2mm is arranged at the center of the cup, and a hard plastic knife is arranged in the hemispherical plastic cup. The entire member length was 12mm.
After being combined into the telescopic filter rod unit, the length of the telescopic filter rod unit is 15mm.
The telescopic filter rod units are compounded with the common acetate fiber filter rod units into binary filter rods according to a conventional filter rod compounding process (namely, 1 common acetate fiber filter rod unit and 1 telescopic filter rod unit are adopted); the tipping paper is special tipping paper with a pre-perforation line arranged in the middle of the telescopic filter rod unit, so that the telescopic filter of the invention is formed. When the filter tip is used for producing cigarettes, the explosion beads can be easily crushed when the cigarettes are smoked, and the water supplementing of smoke is completed. Through instrument detection, the moisture in the smoke is increased by 52%, the irritation of the smoke is obviously reduced, and the moist feeling is increased.

Claims (8)
1. The telescopic explosion bead filter tip capable of adding water into smoke comprises a filter rod and tipping paper (8) wrapped outside the filter rod, and is characterized in that the filter rod consists of a common acetate fiber filter rod unit (6) and a telescopic filter rod unit (7) which are coaxially arranged;
the telescopic filter rod unit (7) comprises two hollow plastic members (1) which are clamped with each other; the hollow plastic component (1) is in a hollow plastic rod shape and comprises a bayonet section (10), a middle section (11) and a solid section (12) which are sequentially connected from left to right;
the solid section (12) is hollow cylinder; the length of the solid section (12) is longer than that of the bayonet section (10);
the bayonet section (10) is provided with a bayonet (2) with a cross section of a superior arc shape, which is matched with the peripheral dimension of the solid section (12);
the cross section of the middle section (11) is in a minor arc shape, a hemispherical cup (3) is fixed in the cambered surface of the middle section (11), and the hemispherical cup (3) is positioned in the middle of the hollow plastic component (1); a blade (4) is fixed in the hemispherical cup (3);
a pre-perforating line (9) is arranged on the tipping paper (8) at the middle position of the telescopic filter rod unit (7);
the water-coated blasting beads (5) are fixed by the blades (4) in the two hemispherical cups (3), and the cutting edges of the blades (4) face the water-coated blasting beads (5);
the outer side surface of one end of the solid section (12) close to the bayonet section (10) is provided with a bulge (13);
the two common acetate fiber filter rod units (6) are respectively arranged at the two ends of the telescopic filter rod unit (7).
2. The smoke water adding telescopic bursting bead filter according to claim 1, wherein the hollow plastic component (1) has a thickness of 1-2mm and a length of 5-15mm.
3. The smoke and water adding telescopic explosion bead filter according to claim 1, wherein the blade (4) is a plastic knife.
4. The smoke water adding telescopic bursting bead filter according to claim 1, wherein the diameter of the hemispherical cup (3) is 2-3mm.
5. The smoke water adding telescopic explosion bead filter tip according to claim 1, wherein the hemispherical cup (3) is made of plastic.
6. The smoke water adding telescopic bursting bead filter according to claim 1, wherein the length ratio of the bayonet section (10), the middle section (11) and the solid section (12) is 1:2:2 or 1:3:2.
7. The smoke water adding telescopic bursting bead filter according to claim 1, wherein the length of the telescopic filter rod unit (7) is 8-20mm.
8. The smoke water adding telescopic bursting bead filter according to claim 1, wherein the included angle of the upper and lower blades (4) is 60 degrees, and the cutting edge faces the bursting bead.
