连接矫形外科技术组件至少两个结构构件的方法和具有至少 两个结构构件的矫形外科技术组件
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于连接矫形外科技术组件的至少两个结构构件的方法,在该方法中,在所述结构构件之间构成有中间空间的情况下,所述结构构件在定向装置中保持彼此取向。本发明同样涉及一种具有至少两个结构构件的矫形外科技术组件,所述两个结构构件彼此间隔地相互粘接。
背景技术
结构构件(尤其是这类由基于纤维增强塑料的预制半成品所形成的结构构件)能够以不同的方式相互连接。除了螺栓拧紧的方法外,还可相互粘接两个结构构件,在螺栓拧紧的方法中,将通孔穿过这两个结构构件进行设置或加工,螺栓穿过这些通孔插入并相互连接。为此,将构件彼此定向、以定向的形状彼此保持,并且将构造在所述结构构件之间的中间空间以粘接剂填充。所述两个构件的配属关系一直保持,直至粘接剂充分硬化。接下来,可能设有的保持装置被移除,并且通常溢出粘接部位外的粘接剂在后期工作的框架内被移除。这种后期工作(Nacharbeit)是费力的并且只能以费时的手工工作来实施。
发明内容
本发明的任务在于,提供一种用于连接矫形外科技术组件至少两个结构构件的方法以及这类矫形外科技术组件,本方法和本组件执行成本更低,保障了结构构件彼此的精确定向,并减少了后期工作的耗费。
根据本发明,该任务通过具有独立权利要求特征的方法和具有并列独立权利要求特征的矫形外科技术组件得以解决。本发明有利的设计方案和改进方案在从属权利要求、说明书以及附图中公开。
根据本发明用于连接矫形外科技术组件至少两个结构构件的方法,在该方法中,所述结构构件在所述结构构件之间构成有中间空间的情况下在定向装置中保持彼此取向,该方法设置成:所述定向装置和所述结构构件共同构成空腔,该空腔与至少一个供应接口处于流动技术连接,并且用于粘接所述结构构件的粘接剂经由所述供应接口被导入到所述空腔中。通过被构造成所谓的模具套(Formenhülle)并保留在所述结构构件上的定向装置,可以除了使所述结构构件彼此定向外也形成如下空腔,该空腔基本上闭合并通常具有仅一个供应接口(譬如侧壁中的钻孔),所述粘接剂通过所述钻孔被导入到所述空腔中。所述空腔至少部分地由所述结构构件限界,从而被导入的粘接剂与所述结构构件相接触并能够使这些结构构件相互粘接。优选地,所述空腔还具有排出通道,从而在将粘接剂导入到空腔中时,空气可被挤走,从而所述空腔能够被完全地填充。只要粘接剂从所述排出通道溢出,则确保了所述空腔已完全地由粘接剂填充,粘接剂的填充因此停止,供应接口和排出通道被封闭并等待直至所述粘接剂硬化。通过这种方式,一方面所述结构构件的彼此配属关系可反复制作并彼此精确地建立,另一方面避免了粘接剂在所述空腔外部与所述结构构件相接触,由此避免后期工作。优选地,所述粘接剂在硬化状态中具有弹性性能,用以譬如在足部假肢的情况下在伸展过程(Abrollvorgang)中不会造成撕裂或断裂。优选地,使用PU、TPU和/或TPE作为粘接剂。对于面临较小或非关键动态负载的区域中的刚性连接而言,也可使用树脂,这尤其是在纤维增强的情况下有利,因为可使用与被用于形成纤维阵列(Matrixder Fasern)的树脂相同的树脂,由此得出所述结构构件与所述粘接剂良好的连接。
所述结构构件如此久地保持彼此取向,直至所述粘接剂硬化。这可譬如通过如下方式发生:在所述定向装置中布置或构造有接收部、插槽和导向装置,从而所述定向装置自主地固定在所述结构构件上。替换地,存在如下可能性:所述结构构件通过夹持装置或其它固定装置(譬如通过夹子)固定在所述定向装置上,从而即使在压力下供应粘接剂,所述结构构件的彼此取向也不被消除,在特殊的设计方案中,所述结构构件在平面中附加的定向也可通过设备或附加装置进行。所述定向装置确保所述结构构件在平面中和譬如在所述矫形外科技术组件端部上的位置中,而所述附加装置或设备则可确保在另一平面中的定向或取向,从而所述定向装置不仅仅是引起所述结构构件的彼此定位。所述附加装置确保了在另一平面中的定向或者取向,例如可以取消对边缘的定向或者取向,并且所述结构构件的自由端部的取向和定位通过附加装置(例如压力机和夹持装置)实现。
有利地,至少一个结构构件被嵌入在所述粘接剂中,其中,不必完全地嵌入在所述粘接剂中,更确切地说,如果至少一个结构构件在多于一个表面上(譬如在上侧和下侧或在多个侧面)与所述粘接剂接触,就足够引起所述结构构件的多个侧粘接。原则上来说,如果相应结构构件的仅一个表面(譬如片簧式或接片式构件的上侧、侧面或下侧)与所述粘接剂处于连接,就足以引起与其它结构构件以及所述定向装置的粘接。
本发明的一种改进方案设置,在粘接过程中,至少一个结构构件朝所述定向装置被挤压,由此不必将所述定向装置构造成自主密封的、使所述结构构件彼此配属的模具件。这样一来,通过间隔元件和环绕边缘来包围第一结构构件上方的、平放于第一结构构件表面上并向上敞开的区域就足够。该向上敞开的、可譬如具有第二结构构件用导向边缘的接收部是由第二结构构件以如下方式封闭:所述第二结构构件被平放到所述定向装置上并朝所述第一结构构件的方向以力加载。
所述空腔通过这些结构构件被保持而密封,当然是在接收所述供应接口和所述排出通道的情况下,从而生成基本上封闭的空腔,被供应的粘接剂仅能通过所述排出通道从所述空腔逸出。通过几乎完全地密封所述空腔,能够避免了后期工作或将其减至最小程度。
所述粘接剂可通过供应装置(譬如供应软管)导入所述空腔中,其中,所述供应装置和必要情况下还有排出装置(譬如排出软管)在所述硬化前保留在所述定向装置上并在所述硬化后被移除。所述供应装置和必要情况下排出装置(譬如软管、管道和诸如此类)可被构造成单独的组件,这些组件被插入到相应的通道中并避免了粘接剂在硬化过程中与所述结构构件以及所述定向装置的表面直接接触。通过抽出所述供应装置和所述排出装置,能够建立无后期工作的且没有在相应组件上残留粘接剂的风险的干净连接。
根据本发明具有至少两个彼此间隔地相互粘接的矫形外科技术组件设置成,所述结构构件在定向装置中保持彼此取向,并且所述定向装置具有至少一个使所述结构元件彼此间隔的间隔保持件。通过单个或多个间隔保持件能够在所述结构构件之间构成空腔,所述空腔由粘接剂填充(以有利的方式完全地填充),从而保证所述结构构件彼此尽可能大面积的粘接。
所述定向装置与所述结构构件相粘接并在粘接后保留在所述结构构件上,从而所述定向装置成为所述矫形外科技术组件的一部分。由此,所述定向装置一方面作为模具,另一方面作为功能组件(譬如用于保护),从而所述定向装置可被称为模具套,该模具套一方面替代于消失的模具并且另一方面执行附加的功能:即,通过相应的材料选择来保护所述结构构件和/或通过其下侧造型作为伸展轮廓(Abrollkontur)。有利地,所述定向装置由柔性的弹性塑料制成,所述塑料至少部分地包围所述结构构件,从而通过定向装置也满足了这类结构构件(譬如由于材料特性)无法满足的功能要求。譬如可行的是,所述定向装置具有缓冲垫功能和修整功能(Profilierfunktion),从而所述结构构件的造型可附加地通过所述定向装置感知。
所述定向装置具有至少一个导入开口,用于至少一个结构元件,其中,所述导入开口的形状基本上相应于所述结构构件的轮廓。当所述定向装置被套装到所述结构元件上时或当所述结构元件被导入到所述定向装置中时,所述导入开口实现了结构构件与定向装置相互配属。在所述定向装置内部设置有导向元件或导向装置(譬如插槽、凹槽或凸起部),从而所述定向装置受限定地固定在所述结构构件上。所述导入开口自身尽可能靠置在所述结构构件的轮廓上,用以在使用粘接剂填充所述空腔时避免了粘接剂的意外逸出。
有利地,所述结构构件被构造成片簧,所述片簧彼此串联并在所述空腔区域中与粘接剂相接触,从而在该处存在所述片簧相互的稳定且大面积的粘接。
优选地,至少一个结构构件在多个侧上由所述粘接剂包围,用以保证所述结构构件和所述定向装置之间尽可能受限定的且稳定的粘接连接。
有利地,在所述定向装置中构造有至少一个连接通道,所述连接通道使两个通过结构构件相互分离的空腔相互连接。由此可能在所述结构构件的下侧上构造出空腔,该空腔在所述结构构件与所述定向装置之间形成。通过该下部空腔可譬如导入所述粘接剂,从而需要将粘接剂从该下侧空腔导入到形成于所述结构构件之间的空腔中。从该处又可设有连接通道引导至被布置在有利地在测地学方面或是上方或是最高的部位上的排出通道,用以在导入所述粘接剂时将空气从空腔中完全地压出。同样可行的是,两个以上结构构件应彼此取向地粘接,从而在两个结构构件之间分别存在空腔,在三个结构构件的情况下则存在至少两个必须相互连接的空腔,用以避免必须设置多个供应接口用于填充所述单个或多个空腔。原则上来说,也存在如下可能性:在存在多个相互分离的空腔的情况下,给每个或多个空腔设置供应接口和相应的排出通道。
所述矫形外科技术组件可被构造成假肢筒或矫形器组件。
所述定向装置可在至少三侧上贴靠在至少一个结构构件上或者将其包围。在将所述结构构件进行扁平构造并且平放且放入到框架中的情况下,所述框架通常被布置在所述结构构件的前侧和两个侧面棱边上。如果结构构件被置入到插槽中,则所述定向装置至少部分地贴靠在下侧、上侧、前侧和两个侧面上并从所述导入开口伸出。
优选地,所述结构构件被构造成纤维增强的塑料构件,原则上来说,也可相互粘接其它结构构件并通过这种粘接连接与定向装置一起彼此固定。同样可行的是,不同材料(譬如金属和纤维复合材料)的结构构件通过这种(连接)装置相互粘接,因为所述结构构件之间不需要直接接触并且所述结构构件的间隔开的配属关系在中间连接有粘接剂的情况下保证所述结构构件彼此间隔开地固定。此外,通过所述定向装置提供保护覆层(譬如至少一个部分式保护覆层)。

具体实施方式
图1在侧视图中示出了矫形外科技术组件1的前部分的示意性示图,所述矫形外科技术组件1被构造成假肢足的形式。所述假肢足具有两个结构构件10,20,所述结构构件10,20作为片簧由纤维增强的塑料制成。示出了所述矫形外科技术组件1的前足区域,所述第一结构构件10是前足弹簧,所述第二结构构件20是基础弹簧。所述前足弹簧10倾斜向上朝上接口点延伸,在所述上接口点上可紧固有紧固装置或连接器件,用于紧固在小腿管或小腿筒上。所述基础弹簧20引导直至进入脚跟区域,其中,脚跟弹簧可从基础弹簧20延伸至前足弹簧10和/或延伸至上连接器件。
结构构件10,20被配属给定向装置4,所述定向装置4被构造成塑料注塑件。定向装置4可由聚氨酯、技术性聚乙烯、技术性聚氨酯、橡胶或其它塑料(优选弹性体)制成。定向装置4具有用于第二结构构件20的引导插槽以及在上侧具有用于第一结构构件10的接收区域,第一结构构件10可平放于所述接收区域上。支承区域由壁来框住,从而当结构构件10的轮廓贴靠到支承区域周围的壁上时,第一结构构件10可平放在相对于定向装置4受限定的位置中。
第二结构构件20被导入所述定向装置内部未被示出的插槽中,从而第二结构构件20的或片簧的下侧由定向装置4下侧的闭合表面覆盖。在上述两个结构构件10,20之间构造有间隔保持件,所述间隔保持件保持上述两个结构构件10,20彼此间隔开。通过将第二结构构件20导入到定向装置4中,使得该结构构件20也譬如通过如下方式受定义地配属,即,将第二结构构件20引导到定向装置4内部的插槽或凹槽中。通过这种方式,上述两个结构构件10,20和所述定向装置4构成空腔,所述空腔基本上是闭合的。在定向装置4的侧壁中设置有供应接口44,所述供应接口44与未示出的空腔处于流动技术连接,并且粘接剂可经由所述供应接口44导入或泵入所述空腔。在背离所述供应接口44的一侧上设置有排出通道,所述排出通道同样与所述空腔处于流动技术连接,从而所述空腔内部的空气可排出,并且所述空腔能够完全地借助粘接剂填充。
结构构件10,20和定向装置4被保持在可被构造成常见的螺旋夹钳的压力机7中。在压力机7上布置有两个压力靴71,72,所述压力靴71,72的轮廓相应于矫形外科技术组件1分别配属的轮廓。在所示出的实施例中,上压力靴71被设置有凸拱形,并且下压力靴72被设置有凹拱形,从而使得一方面所述定向装置4的下侧和另一方面所述第一结构构件10的上侧可全面地贴靠在相应压力靴71,72的表面上。如果所述压力机7被闭合并且压力施加到压力靴71,72上,则第一结构构件10被压在定向装置4上的支承面表面上,从而使得在上下结构构件10,20之间以及在侧面通过定向装置4所形成的空腔被封闭,并且粘接剂的供应仅能通过所述供应接口44进行,空气和可能情况下多余粘接剂的排出仅能通过所述排出通道进行。
在导入粘接剂后,压力机压力一直保持直至粘接剂硬化,从而实现第一结构构件10、第二结构构件20以及定向装置4之间持续的连接。在粘接剂硬化后,定向装置4保留在矫形外科技术组件1上并且一方面用于保护所述结构构件10,20,另一方面用作所述矫形外科技术组件的功能组件,譬如作为用于假肢足的造型、作为缓冲垫、作为基底结构或者在其它设计方式中作为用于其它组件的接收装置或保护装置。
图2在立体倾斜俯视图中示出所述矫形外科技术组件1的制造,至少示出所述结构构件10,20与定向装置4的连接。在定向装置4上,在供应接口44上安装有供应装置51,所述供应装置51在所示出的实施例中被构造成软管或者管道,并且粘接剂如箭头所示那样通过所述供应装置51导入到未示出的空腔中。该空腔在上侧和下侧上由结构构件10,20、在前侧和侧棱边上由定向装置4的侧壁、并且在结构构件10,20之间的背侧上由既密封地贴靠在第一结构构件10的下侧上也密封地贴靠在第二结构构件20的上侧上的间隔保持件形成并封闭。图2中未示出压力机7,但是,在供应粘接剂的过程中,相应组件4,10,20的配属关系是通过压力机7或其它恰当的固定装置来保持。
粘接剂通过供应装置51以及供应接口44导入所述空腔,所述空腔中的空气被粘接剂挤走并通过排出装置52运走。排出装置52连接至未被示出的、与定向装置4内部的空腔处于流动技术连接的排出通道,从而空气和可能情况下多余的粘接剂能够像箭头所示的那样通过排出开口51从排出通道排出。优选地,供应开口44和排出通道都布置在间隔保持件中,所述间隔保持件确保所述结构构件10,20保持彼此间隔开。由此确保了,通过将结构构件10,20布置在定向装置4上或其内,使得供应接口44与排出通道被阻断。
未被示出的压力机7保持所述组件4,10,20的彼此配属关系,直至粘接剂硬化。在硬化后,供应装置51和排出装置52与定向装置4分离(譬如弯折),从而可在供应接口44和排出通道的区域中实现所述定向装置4几乎平滑的闭合。这可譬如通过定向装置4的接口区域中供应装置51和/或排出装置52上的额定折损部位(Sollbruchstelle)得以保证。
图3示出作为矫形外科技术组件1的安装完成的假肢足的前部剖面视图,所述矫形外科技术组件1具有:上部的、平放在定向装置4上的、由纤维增强的塑料材料制成的、呈前足弹簧形式的第一结构构件10;所述定向装置4;和呈导入定向装置4的基础弹簧形式的第二结构构件20,所述基础弹簧同样由纤维增强的塑料材料构造成片簧。上片簧平放在上支承面上,下片簧平放在下支承面820上。在定向装置4的前端部(在所示出的实施例中是右端部)上构造有通道48,所述通道48从第二结构构件20的下侧引导至空腔41,所述空腔41由第二结构构件20、第一结构构件10以及定向装置4包入。在由面向第二结构构件20的定向装置4基础部表面所形成的支承面820中构造有凹陷部821,从而使得完全地填充空腔41的粘接剂5也能够由于结构化表面或者由于与空腔41处于流动技术连接的凹陷部821而在第二结构构件20下方挤入到凹陷部821中,从而至少下结构构件20在多个侧上或者在多个部位上由粘接剂5包围。有利地,在定向装置4的安装期间在测地学方面最深的部位上(在所示出的定向情况中譬如在定向装置4的下侧上)布置有供应接口44,并且供应接口44既与凹陷部821处于流动技术连接,由于通道48使供应接口44也与空腔41处于流动技术连接。如果此时在最深部位上供应有粘接剂5,则该粘接剂5挤压通过定向装置4基础部上侧上的结构化表面、通过凹陷部821、通过通道48进入到空腔41中,其中,至今被包入其中的空气通过未被示出的排出通道导走。
图3中还可看到用于第二结构构件20的导入开口420,所述导入开口420在所示出的实施例中被构造成插槽,并在形成为支承面820的基础部上侧的高度上终止。在导入开口420上方布置有第一间隔保持件401,第一结构构件10被平放在第一间隔保持件401上,从而使得第一结构构件10与第二结构构件20之间形成中间空间12,所述中间空间12也向前继续,因为在前端部上构造有第二间隔保持件402,其作为用于第一结构构件10的支承面。图3中可以看到,导入开口420这样地设计尺寸,使得下片能够以密封贴靠的方式压着穿过并推入。由此避免了:在导入粘接剂5时,粘接剂5可能从导入开口420围绕第二结构构件20的区域中排出。密封作用通过将第一结构构件10朝间隔保持件401进而朝第二结构构件20推压得以增强。由于第二压力靴72,因此支承面820密封地贴靠在结构构件20上,从而没有粘接剂能够在填充所述空腔41时泄漏。
下结构构件20的前端部被完全地接收在接收装置4中且在所有侧上受到保护和包围,第一结构构件10用的上支承面的镶边或包边在周缘上保护该片簧,在下侧上保护通过粘接剂以及定向装置4上的支承面发生,只有上侧未受保护。
图4示出根据前述附图的实施方式的接收装置4的立体视图。除了供应接口44、排出通道45和下支承面820外,稍微放大地示出所述凹陷部821。与凹陷部821处于流动技术连接的通道48未被示出。可看到背侧和前侧上的间隔保持件401,402。间隔保持件401,402在其上侧上同时构成未示出的第一结构构件用的上支承面810,所述第一结构构件10以其下侧被压到支承面810上。导入插槽或引导开口420在下支承面820的高度上终止。在支承面820旁侧,在侧面的间隔保持件403中加工有凹槽,片状结构构件20导入到所述凹槽中,直至该片状结构构件20止挡在定向装置4的前部闭合部上。
上支承面810由侧壁404,405,406包入,所述侧壁404,405,406的材料厚度可相应于上结构构件10的材料厚度。当结构构件10的前棱边和侧棱边贴靠在相应的侧壁404,405,406上时,通过侧壁404,405,406保障了上结构构件10相对于定向装置4进而相对于下结构构件20的受限定的配属。如果侧壁404,405,406的高度相应于上结构构件10的材料厚度,则可实现表面平齐的闭合。
图5在斜后侧视图中示出根据前述实施方式的定向装置4,从该图中能够很好地看到:后间隔保持件401、前间隔保持件402以及导入开口420。同样可以看到,供应接口44与排出通道45相比构造得更深,其中,供应接口44和排出通道45都被构造在间隔保持件403内部。在构造成间隔保持件403的侧壁下方,通过底切来构造出凹槽,第二结构构件20可导入所述凹槽中。如在所示出的实施例中的定向装置4基础部上侧上的平面支承面820那样,同样可以看到提高的、超出上支承面810伸出的侧壁404,405,406。通过侧壁402,403和后间隔保持件401在定向装置4内部形成接收部,该接收部可完全地由粘接剂填充。通过经由导入开口420导入到下结构构件20中,使得导入开口420被封闭,从而接收部在第二结构构件20导入之后仅上方敞开。如果未示出的结构构件10被平放到上支承面810上,则空腔41被封闭。在使用粘接剂填充所述空腔41后,该空腔41既与定向装置4也与上述两个结构构件10和20处于粘接连接。
图6示出假肢足形式的矫形外科技术组件在安装完成的状态中的前部。下结构构件20导入到导入开口420中,上结构构件10在构造出由间隔保持件401所确保的中间空间12的情况下被平放并保持在未示出的支承面810上。排出通道被布置在侧壁中,所述组件4,10,20通过接收装置4内部的粘接剂持续地连接。
图7示出从另一侧看的根据图6的实施方式,供应接口44被布置在定向装置4的前侧壁上。
图8示出了本发明的一种变型,其中,代替于如图1至7所示的仅两个结构构件,图8示出了三个结构构件10,20,30通过定向装置4相互连接。矫形外科技术组件1又被构造成假肢足并具有作为下结构构件30的基础弹簧。前足弹簧被构造成串联的双片簧结构,该双片簧结构具有两个片簧作为中结构组件20和上结构组件10。双弹簧和基础弹簧的取向相应于如上所述的取向,原则上来说,所述结构构件10,20,30彼此偏离的取向和定向也是可能的并被设置。
在下结构构件30和中结构构件20之间构造有中间空间23,而在上结构构件10和中结构构件20之间构造有第二中间空间12。该中间空间通过定向装置4内部相应的间隔保持件构成。
与之前的实施方式相反,定向装置4上方闭合,即,上结构构件10不被平放到上支承面上用以封闭空腔,更准确地说,所有结构构件从背侧通过导入开口被推入到定向装置4中。
因为相应结构构件10,20,30的间隔在定向装置4内部延伸,因此至少两个空腔在定向装置4内部形成并彼此分离,从而在所示出的实施例中设置有两个供应接口44,46,从而能够分隔地填充空腔。通过这种方式,譬如在过程技术方面有所要求时,能够实现不同的粘接剂、不同的粘接温度或者其它过程特征。
图9在斜背侧视图中示出根据图8的实施方式。如上述两个供应接口44,46和通过后壁在所述结构构件10,20,30之间所构成的后间隔保持件401那样,同样可以看到定向装置4后端面上的三个导入开口410,420,430。
下结构构件30用的导入开口430如在前述实施方式中那样位于下支承面820的水平上,而且凹槽(优选侧壁中的环绕凹槽)和可能存在的支承面结构化也可被设置。代替于上方敞开的设计,在图9所示出的实施例中设置有盖装置440,从而上结构构件10的上侧也被定向装置4的材料覆盖。由此,所有结构构件10,20,30的前端部完全地被定向装置4包围并通过粘接剂相互连接且与定向装置4连接。

图12在示意性剖面视图中示出矫形外科技术组件1在安装状态中的前端部。以片簧形式的三个结构构件10,20,30通过相应的导入开口被导入到定向装置4中,并且后间隔保持件401、未被示出的间隔保持件403和前间隔保持件402彼此间隔地保持在定向装置4中。粘接剂5通过未示出的供应接口44被导入到空腔41中、通过通道49被挤入到上空腔42中、并通过未示出的上排出通道45被导走。通过导入开口410,420,430环绕所述结构构件10,20,30密封地闭合,使得没有粘接剂5在制造过程中向后排出。粘接剂在上侧、在前侧以及在下侧上包围第二结构构件20。
图13示出已安装的假肢足或矫形外科技术组件1的侧视图,其中,代替于两个供应接口,在定向装置4中设置有下供应接口44和上排出通道45。如后间隔保持件401、朝后穿过所导入的结构构件10,20,30密封的中间空间或空腔41,42和所述上盖装置440那样,同样可以看到三个被导入的结构构件10,20,30,上片簧或者上结构构件10也通过所述上盖装置440完全地由定向装置4覆盖和保护。
粘接剂通过供应接口44导入到下空腔42中、通过通道49导入到上空腔41中、并通过排出通道45压出,只要粘接剂从上方的排出通道45排出,则停止通过供应接口44供应粘接剂,所述结构构件10,20,30被保持成所期望的配属关系并等待直至粘接剂硬化,从而所有组件10,20,30,4持续地相互连接。
图14示出本发明的另一种变型,其中,定向装置4被构造成不具有下侧底部。在此,定向装置4被构造成具有平放上和下结构构件10,20用的支承面的框架。所述框架环绕地具有被包入的开口,该开口由所述结构构件10,20补充成为粘接剂5被导入其中的空腔,从而上结构构件10的下侧和下结构构件20的上侧相互对置地由粘接剂5润湿并在定向装置4上相互粘接。上述两个结构构件10,20被压到相应的支承面上并保持压在其上,直至粘接剂5硬化,通过压到支承面上,使得所形成的空腔被密封,多余的粘接剂5仅通过布置在间隔保持件中的排出通道(优选地通过排出装置)排出,从而构件不被粘接剂5污染。
通过根据本发明的方法和根据本发明的矫形外科技术组件,能够使用液态粘接剂粘接两个结构构件(尤其是两种纤维复合材料)并同时包围这些结构构件,用以由此提供保护性的包裹。定向装置准确配合于待连接的组件并在这些组件之间构成模腔,该模腔形成了液态粘接剂用的接收室。为了将粘接剂导入到模腔或空腔中并同时给模腔通风,将相对小的开口以供应通道或排出通道形式集成到定向装置中或者模具和包套中。在这些供应接口和排出通道中可放入软管连接件,这些软管连接件能够与供应软管以及通风软管相连接。为了确保空腔或者模腔可靠地密封,结构构件可被挤压在一起或者朝定向装置4挤压,这可通过柔性材料实现。优选地,定向装置4的材料是柔性的弹性材料,从而可通过将朝着结构构件的方向上施加压力来保证密封地贴靠在结构构件上。在粘接剂导入和硬化后,软管连接件与定向装置或者模具套分离,并且连接过程结束。模具现不再作为粘接剂的限界装置,而是被用作结构构件的套或包套,用以保护结构构件不受损坏并此外保护其它构件(譬如包套或者整形件)不受由相互连接的、可能棱边尖锐的结构构件引起的损坏。
通过该装置和该方法,可提供用于连接两个结构构件的液态粘接剂用的模具。待连接组件的定向通过定向装置4得以保障,同样,待连接的构件受到保护,制造方法干净,无需后期处理粘接部位。粘接剂的消耗受到限制,因为没有多余的粘接剂可排出,并且因为由相应的空腔限定的体积可用作计算待供应粘接剂量的基础。由此,通过以控制量的方式供应粘接剂,使得确保一方面使用最小的粘接剂量并且另一方面始终充分提供粘接剂用于完全地填充空腔。

Claims (18)

1.一种用于将矫形外科技术组件(1)的至少两个结构构件(10,20,30)连接的方法,在该方法中,在所述结构构件(10,20,30)之间构造有中间空间(12,23)的情况下,所述结构构件(10,20,30)在定向装置(4)中保持彼此取向,其中,所述定向装置(4)和所述结构构件(10,20,30)共同构成空腔(41,42),该空腔与至少一个供应接口(44,46)处于流动技术连接,并且经由该供应接口将用于粘接所述结构构件(10,20,30)的粘接剂(5)导入所述空腔(44,46)中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述结构构件(10,20,30)保持彼此取向,直至所述粘接剂(5)硬化。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,至少一个结构构件(10,20,30)在所述粘接剂(5)中嵌入。
4.根据前述权利要求任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,至少一个结构构件(10,20,30)朝所述定向装置(4)挤压。
5.根据前述权利要求任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,除所述供应接口(44,46)和排出通道(45,47)外,所述空腔(41,42)通过所述结构构件(10,20,30)被保持而密封。
6.根据前述权利要求任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述粘接剂(5)通过至少一个供应装置(51)导入到所述空腔(44,46)中,所述至少一个供应装置(51)直至所述粘接剂(5)硬化为止被保留在所述定向装置(4)上并且随后被移除。
7.根据前述权利要求任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述定向装置(4)在粘接后不与所述结构构件(10,20,30)分离。
8.一种矫形外科技术组件,其具有至少两个结构构件(10,20,30),所述结构构件彼此间隔开地相互粘接,其特征在于,所述结构构件(10,20,30)在定向装置(4)中保持彼此取向,所述定向装置(4)具有间隔保持件(401,402,403),该间隔保持件使所述结构构件(10,20,30)彼此间隔开,并且所述定向装置(4)与所述结构构件(10,20,30)粘接。
9.根据权利要求8所述的矫形外科技术组件,其特征在于,所述定向装置(4)与所述结构构件(10,20,30)粘接。
10.根据权利要求8或9所述的矫形外科技术组件,其特征在于,所述定向装置(4)针对至少一个结构构件(10,20,30)具有至少一个导入开口(410,420,430),并且该导入开口(410,420,430)的形状相应于该结构构件(10,20,30)的轮廓。
11.根据权利要求8至10任一项所述的矫形外科技术组件,其特征在于,所述结构构件(10,20,30)被构造成片簧。
12.根据权利要求8至11任一项所述的矫形外科技术组件,其特征在于,至少一个结构构件(10,20,30)在多个侧上被所述粘接剂(5)包围。
13.根据权利要求8至12任一项所述的矫形外科技术组件,其特征在于,在所述定向装置(4)中构造有至少一个连接通道(48,49),所述连接通道使通过结构构件(10,20,30)相互分离的两个空腔(41,42)相互连接。
14.根据权利要求8至13任一项所述的矫形外科技术组件,其特征在于,所述矫形外科技术组件被构造成假肢筒或矫形器组件。
15.根据权利要求8至14任一项所述的矫形外科技术组件,其特征在于,所述定向装置(4)在至少一个结构构件(10,20,30)上贴靠至少三侧或者将该至少一个结构构件包围。
16.根据权利要求8至15任一项所述的矫形外科技术组件,其特征在于,所述结构构件(10,20,30)被构造成纤维增强的塑料构件。
17.根据权利要求8至16任一项所述的矫形外科技术组件,其特征在于,所述定向装置(4)被构造为功能组件。
18.根据权利要求8至16任一项所述的矫形外科技术组件,其特征在于,所述粘接剂(4)由弹性材料、尤其是由聚氨酯制成。
