Abstract
本发明公开了一种蒸汽管道组件,包括U形管道,所述U形管道的底部横向部分设有进水口,垂直部分的顶部设有蒸汽出口,其中U形管道的垂直部分的外部依次设有内保温层、加热线圈、外保温层以及铝合金板,U形管道的横向部分的外部依次设有内保温层、加热线圈、外保温层以及铝合金板。还包括由蒸汽管道组件组装而成的蒸汽管道式锅炉,蒸汽管道式锅炉装配模块由多个所述蒸汽管道组件、水管、蒸汽管,所述水管与水泵连接,蒸汽管与蓄汽筒连接。通过蒸汽管道组件组装而成的蒸汽管道式锅炉,具有占地面积小,组装方便的优点;且避免了传统蒸汽锅炉由于体积大,且装配好后在运输过程中易破碎等不足。

技术领域
[0001]本发明涉及一种大型加热设备,具体涉及一种蒸汽管道组件以及蒸汽锅炉。
背景技术
[0002]蒸汽锅炉,是一种能量转换设备,向锅炉输入的能量有燃料中的化学能、电能、高温烟气的热能等形式,而经过锅炉转换,向外输出具有一定热能的蒸汽、高温水或有机热载体。
[0003]现有的蒸汽锅炉包括外壳和位于外壳内部的内胆,内胆和外壳之间填充有隔热层,在内胆外部缠绕有内胆加热线圈,外壳的外部缠绕有外壳加热线圈。该结构的蒸汽锅炉由于外壳和内胆外部均缠绕有加热线圈,由于两部分加热线圈距离较近,容易造成电磁波抵消,且距离较近易出现着火等隐患;此外此种结构的蒸汽锅炉,占地面积大,且蒸汽锅炉在运输或者搬运的过程中容易被损坏。
发明内容
[0004]本发明的目的是克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种蒸汽管道组件以及蒸汽锅炉,其不仅可以减少占地面积,具有运输安装方便的优点。
[0005]本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:一种蒸汽管道组件,包括U形管道,所述U形管道的底部横向部分设有进水口,垂直部分的顶部设有蒸汽出口,其中U形管道的垂直部分的外部依次设有内保温层、加热线圈、外保温层以及铝合金板,U形管道的横向部分的外部依次设有内保温层、加热线圈、外保温层以及铝合金板,其中横向部分的加热圈和垂直部分的加热圈之间的距离大于30cm,所述U形管道的垂直部分管道内设有最高液位和最低液位和液位控制器。
[0006]作为优选,所述液位控制器包括控制单元与位移传感器,所述控制单元与进水口的水栗相连,以便根据接收到的液位高度数据控制水栗向所述U形管道的供水。
[0007]进一步地,所述最高液位与蒸汽出口的高度大于20cm。该高度可以避免蒸汽喷出漫过蒸汽出口,避免了安全隐患。
[0008]进一步地,所述内保温层包括两层隔热保温层,外保温层包括三层隔热保温层,隔热保温层采用发泡水泥。
[0009]本发明还包括另一技术方案:一种蒸汽管道式锅炉,由蒸汽管道组件组装而成,所述蒸汽管道组件之间进行组合得到蒸汽管道式锅炉装配模块,所述蒸汽管道式锅炉装配模块由多个所述蒸汽管道组件、水管、蒸汽管,所述水管与水栗连接,蒸汽管与蓄汽筒连接。
[0010]与现有技术相比,本发明的优点如下:通过蒸汽管道组件组装而成的蒸汽管道式锅炉,具有占地面积小,组装方便的优点;且避免了传统蒸汽锅炉由于体积大,且装配好后在运输过程中易破碎等不足。

[0015]实施例1:如图1所示:一种蒸汽管道组件,包括U形管道1,所述U形管道的底部横向部分设有进水口 2,垂直部分的顶部设有蒸汽出口 3,其中U形管道的垂直部分的外部依次设有内保温层4、加热线圈5、外保温层6以及铝合金板7,U形管道的横向部分的外部依次设有内保温层、加热线圈、外保温层以及铝合金板,其中横向部分的加热圈和垂直部分的加热圈之间的距离大于30cm,所述U形管道的垂直部分管道内设有最高液位8和最低液位9和液位控制器。
[0016]上述蒸汽管道组件组装后得到蒸汽管道式锅炉,蒸汽管道式锅炉装配模块由多个所述蒸汽管道组件、水管10、蒸汽管11,所述水管与水栗连接,蒸汽管与蓄汽筒12连接。

Claims (5)
1.一种蒸汽管道组件,其特征在于,包括U形管道,所述U形管道的底部横向部分设有进水口,垂直部分的顶部设有蒸汽出口,其中U形管道的垂直部分的外部依次设有内保温层、加热线圈、外保温层以及铝合金板,U形管道的横向部分的外部依次设有内保温层、加热线圈、外保温层以及铝合金板,其中横向部分的加热圈和垂直部分的加热圈之间的距离大于30cm,所述U形管道的垂直部分管道内设有最高液位和最低液位和液位控制器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种蒸汽管道组件,其特征在于,所述液位控制器包括控制单元与位移传感器,所述控制单元与进水口的水栗相连,以便根据接收到的液位高度数据控制水栗向所述U形管道的供水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种蒸汽管道组件,其特征在于,所述最高液位与蒸汽出口的高度大于20cm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种蒸汽管道组件,其特征在于,所述内保温层包括两层隔热保温层,外保温层包括三层隔热保温层,隔热保温层采用发泡水泥。
5.—种权利要求1-4所述的蒸汽管道组件组装组成的蒸汽管道式锅炉,其特征在于,所述蒸汽管道组件之间进行组合得到蒸汽管道式锅炉装配模块,所述蒸汽管道式锅炉装配模块由多个所述蒸汽管道组件、水管、蒸汽管,所述水管与水栗连接,蒸汽管与蓄汽筒连接。
