一种送料圆管支承固定机构
技术领域
本发明属于物料运送辅助机械设备领域,尤其涉及一种送料圆管支承固定机构。
背景技术
随着工业的快速发展,金属圆管大量应用于管道、热工设备、机械工业、石油地质钻探、容器和化学工业等,尤其是在化工行业的物料传送领域,主要就是依靠金属圆管在两个压力容器之间将物料进行传送,使得化工物料的传送效率较高。现有的化工反应容器一般都是压力反应容器,在化工生产过程中,一般都需带压进行反应,在两个压差较大的反应容器之间将反应物料通过金属圆管进行间歇性下料时,金属圆管会由于瞬时下料而产生的压力释放导致金属圆管产生较大的震动,为了提高送料圆管的使用周期,需要利用支承机构将送料圆管进行支承固定,现有的支承机构结构复杂,并且由于支承机构一般为固定式,在利用支承机构将送料圆管进行支承固定时,送料圆管在下料过程中产生的震动会导致支承机构破损开裂,降低了支承机构的使用周期,使得送料圆管难以被高效牢固的进行支承,不能满足生产使用的需要。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术中所存在的上述不足,而提供一种结构设计合理,能够高效稳定的将运送物料的送料圆管进行支承固定的送料圆管支承固定机构。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种送料圆管支承固定机构,其特征在于:所述送料圆管支承固定机构包括固定支架、支承杆、上夹紧板、下夹紧板和支承支架,所述固定支架下侧均匀倾斜设置有多根支承杆,支承杆上端与固定支架下侧焊接固定,支承杆下端与地面采用地脚螺栓固定,所述上夹紧板水平设置在下夹紧板上侧,上夹紧板和下夹紧板均为半圆形结构,上夹紧板两侧和下夹紧板两侧之间分别采用锁紧栓固定,送料圆管水平设置在上夹紧板和下夹紧板之间,所述下夹紧板下侧水平设置有支承支架,支承支架与固定支架之间竖直均匀设置有多根升降导向杆,升降导向杆下端与固定支架上侧固定,升降导向杆竖直向上穿过支承支架下侧,升降导向杆上端水平设置有限位挡板,支承支架与固定支架之间的升降导向杆上设置有减震弹簧。
进一步地,所述上夹紧板下侧和下夹紧板上侧分别设置有圆弧形的软质橡胶层。
进一步地,所述固定支架下侧均匀倾斜设置有三根支承杆。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点和效果:本发明结构简单,通过固定支架下侧均匀倾斜设置有多根支承杆,支承杆上端与固定支架下侧焊接固定,支承杆下端与地面采用地脚螺栓固定,使得支承杆能够牢固的与地面固定,确保该送料圆管支承固定机构能够将送料圆管牢固稳定的进行支承,通过上夹紧板和下夹紧板均为半圆形结构,上夹紧板两侧和下夹紧板两侧之间分别采用锁紧栓固定,使得送料圆管能够平稳的放置在上夹紧板和下夹紧板之间,利用上夹紧板下侧和下夹紧板上侧分别设置有圆弧形的软质橡胶层,使能降低送料圆管在下料过程中产生的震动,通过下夹紧板下侧水平设置有支承支架,支承支架与固定支架之间竖直均匀设置有多根升降导向杆,支承支架与固定支架之间的升降导向杆上设置有减震弹簧,使得支承支架能够沿着升降导向杆平稳的进行升降,确保送料圆管在下料过程中产生的震动能被减震弹簧充分吸收,确保送料圆管能被高效长周期的进行支承固定,满足生产使用的需要。

为了进一步描述本发明,下面结合附图进一步阐述一种送料圆管支承固定机构的具体实施方式,以下实施例是对本发明的解释而本发明并不局限于以下实施例。
如图1所示,本发明一种送料圆管支承固定机构,包括固定支架1、支承杆2、上夹紧板3、下夹紧板4和支承支架5,固定支架1下侧均匀倾斜设置有多根支承杆2,支承杆2上端与固定支架1下侧焊接固定,支承杆2下端与地面采用地脚螺栓6固定,上夹紧板3水平设置在下夹紧板4上侧,上夹紧板3和下夹紧板4均为半圆形结构,上夹紧板3两侧和下夹紧板4两侧之间分别采用锁紧栓7固定,送料圆管水平设置在上夹紧板3和下夹紧板4之间,下夹紧板4下侧水平设置有支承支架5,支承支架5与固定支架1之间竖直均匀设置有多根升降导向杆8,升降导向杆8下端与固定支架1上侧固定,升降导向杆8竖直向上穿过支承支架5下侧,升降导向杆8上端水平设置有限位挡板9,支承支架5与固定支架1之间的升降导向杆8上设置有减震弹簧10。
本发明的上夹紧板3下侧和下夹紧板4上侧分别设置有圆弧形的软质橡胶层11,可以将送料圆管牢固的夹紧固定,并能降低送料圆管在下料过程中产生的震动。本发明的固定支架1下侧均匀倾斜设置有三根支承杆2,使得固定支架1能被高效稳定的进行支承。
采用上述技术方案,本发明一种送料圆管支承固定机构在使用的时候,通过固定支架1下侧均匀倾斜设置有多根支承杆2,支承杆2上端与固定支架1下侧焊接固定,支承杆2下端与地面采用地脚螺栓6固定,使得支承杆2能够牢固的与地面固定,确保该送料圆管支承固定机构能够将送料圆管牢固稳定的进行支承,通过上夹紧板3和下夹紧板4均为半圆形结构,上夹紧板3两侧和下夹紧板4两侧之间分别采用锁紧栓7固定,使得送料圆管能够平稳的放置在上夹紧板3和下夹紧板4之间,利用上夹紧板3下侧和下夹紧板4上侧分别设置有圆弧形的软质橡胶层11,使能降低送料圆管在下料过程中产生的震动,通过下夹紧板4下侧水平设置有支承支架5,支承支架5与固定支架1之间竖直均匀设置有多根升降导向杆8,支承支架5与固定支架1之间的升降导向杆8上设置有减震弹簧10,使得支承支架5能够沿着升降导向杆8平稳的进行升降,确保送料圆管在下料过程中产生的震动能被减震弹簧10充分吸收,确保送料圆管能被高效长周期的进行支承固定。通过这样的结构,本发明结构设计合理,能够高效稳定的将运送物料的送料圆管进行支承固定,确保送料圆管能够高效的将物料进行传送,满足生产使用的需要。

1.一种送料圆管支承固定机构,其特征在于:所述送料圆管支承固定机构包括固定支架、支承杆、上夹紧板、下夹紧板和支承支架,所述固定支架下侧均匀倾斜设置有多根支承杆,支承杆上端与固定支架下侧焊接固定,支承杆下端与地面采用地脚螺栓固定,所述上夹紧板水平设置在下夹紧板上侧,上夹紧板和下夹紧板均为半圆形结构,上夹紧板两侧和下夹紧板两侧之间分别采用锁紧栓固定,送料圆管水平设置在上夹紧板和下夹紧板之间,所述下夹紧板下侧水平设置有支承支架,支承支架与固定支架之间竖直均匀设置有多根升降导向杆,升降导向杆下端与固定支架上侧固定,升降导向杆竖直向上穿过支承支架下侧,升降导向杆上端水平设置有限位挡板,支承支架与固定支架之间的升降导向杆上设置有减震弹簧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种送料圆管支承固定机构,其特征在于:所述上夹紧板下侧和下夹紧板上侧分别设置有圆弧形的软质橡胶层。
