管卡是一种用来固定管状物的卡具，例如用来固定自来水管，管卡一头固定在墙上，然后通过上、下卡子卡住自来水管，起到固定作用。目前市场上的管卡，主要是在卡子两边冲压成型两个孔或钻两个孔，再通过螺杆配合螺母将上、下卡子固定连接在一起，这种卡子的不足之处在于，其生产工序相当复杂，生产成本与材料成本较高。
实用新型内容：
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种管卡，它生产工序简单，产品成本低，使用更方便。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型的管卡包括上卡、下卡，其中上卡、下卡的内缘分别固定有半圆的橡胶垫，下卡的下部固定有连接部件，所述上卡两边成型有带尾巴的小孔，其中尾巴那一侧稍微向上翘起。
所述带尾巴小孔通过冲压成型。
本实用新型的有益效果在于：由于带尾巴小孔上起到充当内螺纹的作用，此结构降低了管卡的加工成本与材料成本，另外，此管卡更简单实用。

1.一种管卡，包括上卡、下卡，其中上卡、下卡的内缘分别固定有半圆的橡胶垫，下卡的下部固定有连接部件，其特征在于：上管卡两边成型有带尾巴的小孔，小孔尾巴那一侧稍微向上翘起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的管卡，其特征在于：所述带尾巴小孔通过冲压成型。
