Abstract

本发明公开了一种油液输送流量自动调节恒流阀,其特征在于与上圆筒连接的中段为向下直径逐渐变小的外锥筒,锥筒连接的下段为下圆筒,阀芯设有一置于上圆筒内的与上圆筒间隙配合的内圆筒,内圆筒连接有与外锥筒间隙配合的内锥筒,内锥筒下端连接有与下圆筒同轴的内圆筒,下圆筒内壁与内圆筒外壁间保有环形间隙,内圆筒下端连接有向外突出的与下圆筒内壁间隙配合的环形外沿,环形间隙内设有扭力弹簧,内锥筒上周向分布有内锥筒流道,内锥筒流道周向间隔大于周向长度,外锥筒上设有与内锥筒流道相对的外锥筒流道,内圆筒内壁设有螺旋上升的螺旋片。可以在压力变化时可以减小流量的变化幅度,提供趋于恒流的流量。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种油液输送用于调节流量的阀门,特别是涉及一种油液输送流量自动调节恒流阀。
背景技术
在油田生产中,阀门作为流量控制的部件是管道输送必不可少的组成部分,为了获得恒定流量,现有阀门大多情况下是通过手动控制阀门的开度来实现,调节后如果压力发生波动变化,流量也会随之变化,当然也可以通过电动自动控制的,但是成本较高,不能普遍应用,这仍有待于技术解决。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种油液输送流量自动调节恒流阀。
本发明采用的技术方案为:一种油液输送流量自动调节恒流阀,其特征在于包括阀体、阀芯和阀盖,阀体上段为上圆筒,与上圆筒连接的中段为向下直径逐渐变小的外锥筒,锥筒连接的下段为下圆筒,阀芯设有一置于上圆筒内的与上圆筒间隙配合的内圆筒,内圆筒连接有与外锥筒间隙配合的内锥筒,内锥筒下端连接有与下圆筒同轴的内圆筒,下圆筒内壁与内圆筒外壁间保有环形间隙,内圆筒下端连接有向外突出的与下圆筒内壁间隙配合的环形外沿,环形间隙内设有扭力弹簧,扭力弹簧一端连接在环形外沿上,另一端连接在下圆筒上,内锥筒上周向分布有内锥筒流道,内锥筒流道周向间隔大于周向长度,外锥筒上设有与内锥筒流道相对的外锥筒流道,内圆筒内壁设有螺旋上升的螺旋片,阀盖设有一连接在上圆筒内、下端面与内圆筒上端面相对的限位筒,限位筒通过锥形过渡部连接有流入流道,外圆筒连接有流出流道。
进一步的,所述流入流道连接有探入内圆筒的引流道。
本发明在输入侧压力均值时,内锥筒流道与外锥筒流道错开遮挡住一半,油液由流入流道进入阀芯,经内圆筒、内锥筒流道与外锥筒流道流出到流出流道,期间螺旋片受力使其保持平衡,当输入压力增大时螺旋片受力发生增到,阀芯克服扭力弹簧的弹力旋转,使内锥筒流道与外锥筒流道继续错开,减小开度,当输入压力减小时,螺旋片受力发生减小,在扭力弹簧的弹力作用下阀芯旋转,使内锥筒流道与外锥筒流道错开部位变小,加大开度,从而使其在压力变化时可以减小流量的变化幅度,提供趋于恒流的流量。

具体实施方式
本发明实施例如图1、2所示,该一种油液输送流量自动调节恒流阀,包括阀体、阀芯和阀盖,阀体上段为上圆筒1,与上圆筒连接的中段为向下直径逐渐变小的外锥筒2,锥筒连接的下段为下圆筒3,阀芯设有一置于上圆筒内的与上圆筒间隙配合的内圆筒4,内圆筒连接有与外锥筒间隙配合的内锥筒5,内锥筒下端连接有与下圆筒同轴的内圆筒6,下圆筒内壁与内圆筒外壁间保有环形间隙,内圆筒下端连接有向外突出的与下圆筒内壁间隙配合的环形外沿7,阀芯可自由旋转,环形间隙内设有扭力弹簧8,扭力弹簧一端连接在环形外沿上,另一端连接在下圆筒上,提供相对的扭力,内锥筒上周向分布有内锥筒流道9,本实施例为两个,内锥筒流道周向间隔大于周向长度,外锥筒上设有与内锥筒流道相对的外锥筒流道10,阀芯旋转外锥筒流道可完全打开和完全关闭,内圆筒内壁设有螺旋上升的螺旋片11,阀芯受力大小可以通过螺旋角调节,依靠流体为阀芯提供旋转动力,阀盖设有一连接在上圆筒内、下端面与内圆筒上端面相对的限位筒12,对内圆筒进行限位并实现密闭连接,限位筒通过锥形过渡部连接有流入流道13,流入流道连接有探入内圆筒的引流道14,具有指向性,外圆筒连接有流出流道15,部件间连接处通过圆角过度。
本发明在输入侧压力均值时,内锥筒流道与外锥筒流道错开遮挡住一半,油液由流入流道进入阀芯,经内圆筒、内锥筒流道与外锥筒流道流出到流出流道,期间螺旋片受力使其保持平衡,当输入压力增大时螺旋片受力发生增到,阀芯克服扭力弹簧的弹力旋转,使内锥筒流道与外锥筒流道继续错开,减小开度,当输入压力减小时,螺旋片受力发生减小,在扭力弹簧的弹力作用下阀芯旋转,使内锥筒流道与外锥筒流道错开部位变小,加大开度,从而使其在压力变化时可以减小流量的变化幅度,提供趋于恒流的流量。

1.一种油液输送流量自动调节恒流阀,其特征在于包括阀体、阀芯和阀盖,阀体上段为上圆筒,与上圆筒连接的中段为向下直径逐渐变小的外锥筒,锥筒连接的下段为下圆筒,阀芯设有一置于上圆筒内的与上圆筒间隙配合的上内圆筒,上内圆筒连接有与外锥筒间隙配合的内锥筒,内锥筒下端连接有与下圆筒同轴的下内圆筒,下圆筒内壁与下内圆筒外壁间保有环形间隙,下内圆筒下端连接有向外突出的与下圆筒内壁间隙配合的环形外沿,环形间隙内设有扭力弹簧,扭力弹簧一端连接在环形外沿上,另一端连接在下圆筒上,内锥筒上周向分布有两个内锥筒流道,内锥筒流道周向间隔大于周向长度,外锥筒上设有与内锥筒流道相对的外锥筒流道,下内圆筒内壁设有螺旋上升的螺旋片,阀盖设有一连接在上圆筒内、下端面与上内圆筒上端面相对的限位筒,限位筒通过锥形过渡部连接有流入流道,外圆筒连接有流出流道。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种油液输送流量自动调节恒流阀,其特征在于所述流入流道连接有探入内圆筒的引流道。
