Abstract
本发明涉及一种催化再生型无消音管式消音器。它包括过滤箱(1),所述过滤箱(1)内设置有氧化催化转化器(2)、催化型颗粒捕集器(3)和消音管(5),氧化催化转化器(2)设置排气进口处,催化型颗粒捕集器(3)设置在排气出口处,氧化催化转化器(2)与催化型颗粒捕集器(3)并排布置且相连,催化型颗粒捕集器(3)的出口与排气管(4)相连,所述催化型颗粒捕集器(3)上设置有两道隔板(5),隔板(5)上设置有与催化型颗粒捕集器(3)的滤芯对应的过滤孔。本发明一种催化再生型无消音管式消音器,不使用消音管便能有效消除噪音,并且能过滤尾气中的颗粒物,同时滤芯具有催化再生功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种催化再生型无消音管式消音器。属于柴油发电机组尾气过滤技术领域。
背景技术
用于柴油发电机组尾气噪声的消除的消音器,由于尾气中含有PM值较高,即尾气中具有黑色颗粒,因此长时间使用后,消音器内壁会粘附大量颗粒物,产生很大的倍压,如此会导致消音器的噪声消除效果降低,影响尾气处理。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供了一种催化再生型无消音管式消音器,不使用消音管便能有效消除噪音,并且能过滤尾气中的颗粒物,同时滤芯具有催化再生功能。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种催化再生型无消音管式消音器,其特点是:所述催化再生型无消音管式消音器包括过滤箱,所述过滤箱内设置有氧化催化转化器、催化型颗粒捕集器和消音管,氧化催化转化器设置排气进口处,催化型颗粒捕集器设置在排气出口处,氧化催化转化器与催化型颗粒捕集器并排布置且相连,催化型颗粒捕集器的出口与排气管相连,所述催化型颗粒捕集器上设置有两道隔板,隔板上设置有与催化型颗粒捕集器的滤芯对应的过滤孔。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明一种催化再生型无消音管式消音器,柴油发电机组排出的尾气依次通过氧化催化转化器和催化型颗粒捕集器过滤,最后经排气管排出,由于催化型颗粒捕集器的滤芯具有蜂窝多孔的性质,配合两道隔板,因此能达到消音管的降噪效果,同时本发明还能过滤掉排气中的颗粒物,由于蜂窝载体上涂覆有催化剂,因此附着在蜂窝载体上的颗粒物在正常排气温度下得以燃烧清除,从而完成再生。

具体实施方式
参见图1-2,本发明涉及一种催化再生型无消音管式消音器,它包括过滤箱1,所述过滤箱1内设置有氧化催化转化器2、催化型颗粒捕集器3和消音管5,氧化催化转化器2设置排气进口处,催化型颗粒捕集器3设置在排气出口处,氧化催化转化器2与催化型颗粒捕集器3并排布置且相连,催化型颗粒捕集器3的出口与排气管4相连,所述催化型颗粒捕集器3上设置有两道隔板5,隔板5上设置有与催化型颗粒捕集器3的滤芯对应的过滤孔。
氧化催化转化器2,本申请称之为DOC,其以铂( Pt)、钯( Pd)等贵金属作为催化剂,主要降低微粒排放中的SOF的含量从而降低PM的排放。同时可以有效减少排气中的HC和CO。
催化型颗粒捕集器3,本申请称之为CDPF,将催化剂涂覆蜂窝载体上,催化剂能提高颗粒物的氧化活性,降低起燃温度,使得附着在蜂窝载体上的颗粒物在正常排气温度下得以燃烧清除,从而完成再生。
特别的,本发明中若去掉氧化催化转化器2,尾气经催化型颗粒捕集器3后直接进入排气管排出,也是可以的,此种结构成本低,但是带来的后果是排气中的HC和CO含量高。
工作原理:
柴油发电机组排出的尾气依次通过氧化催化转化器2和催化型颗粒捕集器3过滤,最后经排气管4排出,由于催化型颗粒捕集器3的滤芯具有蜂窝多孔的性质,配合两道隔板5,因此能达到消音管的降噪效果,同时本发明还能过滤掉排气中的颗粒物,由于蜂窝载体上涂覆有催化剂,因此附着在蜂窝载体上的颗粒物在正常排气温度下得以燃烧清除,从而完成再生。

1.一种催化再生型无消音管式消音器,其特征在于:所述催化再生型无消音管式消音器包括过滤箱(1),所述过滤箱(1)内设置有氧化催化转化器(2)、催化型颗粒捕集器(3)和消音管(5),氧化催化转化器(2)设置排气进口处,催化型颗粒捕集器(3)设置在排气出口处,氧化催化转化器(2)与催化型颗粒捕集器(3)并排布置且相连,催化型颗粒捕集器(3)的出口与排气管(4)相连,所述催化型颗粒捕集器(3)上设置有两道隔板(5),隔板(5)上设置有与催化型颗粒捕集器(3)的滤芯对应的过滤孔。
