Abstract
本发明主要提供一种复合建筑保温模板的制造方法,包含在第一保护层上设置肋条,肋条围成多个区域;在多个区域内分别放置真空板;在真空板及肋条上铺设中间层;在中间层上铺设防火保温材料;在防火保温材料上铺设第二保护层。由本发明制造方法所生产的复合建筑保温模板具有高度的绝热效果,同时在较薄的厚度下即可达到传统保温要求,更可有效提高建筑施工的效率。
Description
【技术领域】
本发明涉及建筑保温材料领域,特别是一种复合建筑保温模板的制造方法。
【背景技术】
随着社会进步和人们生活水平的提高,消费者对居住环境要求越来越高,在要求美观的前提下,又必须具备环保节能的功能,因此节能建筑成为了一个重要的课题,改善建筑的保温性能,对于空调所造成的能源消耗可以起到显著的效果,因此建筑物对隔热保温效能的要求随之也增加。
在建筑保温板的要求中,要求达到特定条件的保温效果,但是随著对保温效果要求的增加,为了满足保温要求,使得保温板厚度及重量也随之增加,当保温板附挂在建筑墙体上时,厚度会影响整个建筑外墙的造型,更严重的是保温板的重量对建筑墙体产生了极大的重量负荷,尤其对高楼层的建筑物来说,由于挂载了许多厚重的保温板,使得建筑墙体必需承载极大的重量负荷,同时保温板本身重量过重也容易产生脱落问题,因此厚重的保温板在使用上存在著许多安全的隐患。
此外,在业界已经有人采取以绝热真空板做为保温材质进行建筑物保温,然而,绝热真空板使用在保温墙面上只能以粘贴的方式附著,若采用打钉固定,会使绝热真空板破真空,丧失保温的效果,但以粘贴的方式经过长时间的室外环境,容易发生脱落,反而造成更严重的问题。
再者,传统建筑模板使用方式是,先将模板架起,模板之间预留空间做为将来墙体的位置,模板架起后在模板外侧支上支撑楞用来固定模板,接著用混凝土浇注在模板之间预留的空间,待混凝土乾固硬化后将支撑楞及模板拆卸下来,形成墙体结构。但是这种墙体结构,由于要满足政府近年来对于节能建筑的要求,所以以传统方式建筑的建筑物外墙体还必需加装保温层以达到保温节能要求,又为了进一步满足防火规范,这种保温层还必须是防火保温层,因此,使用传统的模板会带来工程成本增加、操作麻烦等诸多缺点。
【发明内容】
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种复合建筑保温模板的制造方法,包含下列步骤:在第一保护层上铺设防火保温材料;在防火保温材料上铺设中间层;在中间层上放置真空板,真空板之间留有间隙;在真空板上铺设第二防护层。
更进一步的,前述第二防护层为无机砂浆。
更进一步的,第二防护层填满真空板之间的间隙形成肋条。
更进一步的,还包含有在所述真空板之间的间隙填充不燃粘接剂的步骤。
更进一步的,防火保温材料为A级保温材料。
更进一步的,A级保温材料为AEPS聚合聚苯板、发泡水泥、发泡混凝土、岩棉、矿物棉、玻璃棉、玻化微珠及胶粉聚苯颗粒。
更进一步的,防火保温材料厚度大于所述真空板厚度。
更进一步的,间隙宽度为1cm~10cm。
更进一步的,复合建筑保温模板厚度为7cm~18cm。
因此,本发明的有益效果是提出一种复合建筑保温模板的制造方法,由于在模板中包含有真空板,可以提升保温模板的保温效果,同时在相同的保温要求下可以大幅降低保温模板的厚度,此外,在模板中包含了A级保温材料,使保温模板在防火性能上大大提升,方便建筑物的设计及施工。

【具体实施方式】
本发明主要揭露一种复合建筑保温模板的制造方法,其中对于建筑保温模板的使用及相关规定已为相关技术领域的技术人员所熟知,故以下文中的说明,不再对建筑保温模板的使用及相关规定作完整描述。
请参考图1,为本发明提供一种复合建筑保温模板的制造方法步骤图,包含下列步骤:
(1)在第一保护层上铺设防火保温材料;(2)在防火保温材料上铺设中间层;(3)在中间层上放置真空板,真空板之间留有间隙;(4)在真空板上铺设第二防护层。
请参考图2及图3,为本发明复合建筑保温模板的结构示意图,图2中复合建筑保温模板包含第一保护层11、防火保温材料12、中间层13、间隙14、真空板15及第二防护层16。
在一个实施例中,真空板上铺设的第二防护层为无机砂浆,在铺设第二防护层时,无机砂浆会填塞满真空板之间的间隙形成肋条,一方面可以起到固定真空板的效果,另一方面可以形成较好的热阻绝结构。
在另一个实施例中,在真空板之间的间隙可以先注入填充物,例如不燃的发泡胶或其他不燃的粘接剂,其目的也是使真空板固定,然后在真空板及肋条上方再铺设第二防护层。
前述的实施例中,间隙的宽度为1cm~10cm,较佳的宽度为4cm~7cm,间隙的宽度即为肋条的宽度,太宽的肋条容易在整体结构中形成热传导的冷桥,太细的肋条亦不利于后续建筑保温模板固定时使用锚固件进行固定;真空板上方的第二防护层约为1cm~2cm。
前述实施例中防火保温材料为A级保温材料,可以是AEPS聚合聚苯板、发泡水泥、发泡混凝土、岩棉、矿物棉、玻璃棉、玻化微珠及胶粉聚苯颗粒,通常来说,第一保护层的厚度会大于第二保护层。
本发明复合建筑保温模板的制造方法所生产的复合建筑保温模板在满七五节能的要求下,厚度为7cm~18cm,较佳的情况为8cm~12cm,可直接做为建筑物墙体浇筑时的模板用;在传统施工方法上建筑物要进行墙体浇筑前,需先架上模板,然后在模板之间浇筑水泥,等待水泥干固形成墙体后再将模板拆除,当建筑物需要进行外墙保温工程时,再将保温板挂载在墙体上;而本发明制造方法所生产的复合建筑保温模板不仅可以做为建筑物墙体浇筑时的模板使用,当墙体干固后,可以不需将复合建筑保温模板拆除,而直接与墙体形成一体,且同时具备保温效果,不需再另外挂载保温板;此外,本发明的制造方法所生产的复合建筑保温模板,由于在中间放入了真空板,真空板的导热系数约为0.004~0.008W/m·K,属于高度绝热的保温材料,配合A级保温材料形成复合建筑保温模板,可使保温模板在更薄的厚度下达到政府建筑节能保温法规的要求,不仅可以降低传统较厚保温板在使用过程中产生的安全隐患,更可以提高节能建筑在施工过程中的效率。

1.一种复合建筑保温模板的制造方法,其特征在于包含下列步骤:
在第一保护层上铺设防火保温材料;
在所述防火保温材料上铺设中间层;
在所述中间层上放置真空板,所述真空板之间留有间隙;
在所述真空板上铺设第二防护层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合建筑保温模板的制造方法,其特征在于:所述第二防护层为无机砂浆。
3.根据权利要求2所述的复合建筑保温模板的制造方法,其特征在于:所述第二防护层填满所述真空板之间的间隙形成肋条。
4.根据权利要求1所述的复合建筑保温模板的制造方法,其特征在于:进一步包含在所述真空板之间的间隙填充不燃粘接剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的复合建筑保温模板的制造方法,其特征在于:所述防火保温材料为A级保温材料。
6.根据权利要求5所述的复合建筑保温模板的制造方法,其特征在于;所述A级保温材料为AEPS聚合聚苯板、发泡水泥、发泡混凝土、岩棉、矿物棉、玻璃棉、玻化微珠及胶粉聚苯颗粒。
7.根据权利要求1所述的复合建筑保温模板的制造方法,其特征在于:所述防火保温材料厚度大于所述真空板厚度。
8.根据权利要求1所述的复合建筑保温模板的制造方法,其特征在于:所述间隙宽度为1cm~10cm。
9.根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的复合建筑保温模板的制造方法,
