Abstract

本发明涉及织物染色领域,特别涉及一种锦纶织物的染色方法。本发明提供一种染色废水COD含量明显下降,上色率显著提高的锦纶黑色染色方法,包括:1、配制染液:在水中先加入织物重量2‑3%的中性黑染料,然后加入织物重量2‑3%的锦纶促染剂HLB‑305,搅拌均匀,配制成染液;2、染色处理:将织物浸渍在上述配制好的染液中,升温至95‑100℃后浸渍处理15‑40min。本发明在染色时添加部分金属锂离子络合中性黑染料中剩余未络合的染料,使其能够充分上染,节省染料的使用量。锦纶促染剂HLB‑305代替了冰醋酸和锦纶均染剂,解决了冰醋酸气味重的问题,由于在中性条件下,能够大大降低废水中的COD含量。

一种锦纶黑色染色方法
技术领域
本发明涉及织物染色领域,特别涉及一种锦纶织物的染色方法。
背景技术
目前,锦纶的黑色染色工艺通常使用中性黑染料,染色工艺如下:染液中含有织物重量4%的中性黑染料,加入以水量计1g/L的酸性均染剂以及1g/L的冰醋酸,在98℃下处理30min。上述工艺染色时需要使用冰醋酸作促染剂,冰醋酸的使用存在两个问题,一是气味重,二是1g/L的冰醋酸产生的COD高达1500ppm,对环境治理造成很大的压力。中性黑染料是一种金属络合染料,但其中仍含有部分未络合金属离子的染料,这部分染料的存在会影响上色率和染色牢度。因此,目前的锦纶黑色染色方法不仅废水COD含量高,而且染色效果不佳。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种染色废水COD含量明显下降,上色率显著提高的锦纶黑色染色方法。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的一种锦纶黑色染色方法,包括如下步骤:
1、配制染液
在水中先加入织物重量2-3%的中性黑染料,然后加入织物重量2-3%的锦纶促染剂HLB-305,搅拌均匀,配制成染液;其中锦纶促染剂HLB-305的活性组分为氯化锂;
2、染色处理
将织物浸渍在上述配制好的染液中,升温至95-100℃后浸渍处理15-40min。
作为优选,步骤1中所述中性黑染料的用量为织物重量的2.8%。
作为优选,步骤2中升温至98℃后浸渍处理30min。
本发明的锦纶黑色染色方法在染色时添加部分金属锂离子络合中性黑染料中剩余未络合的染料,使其能够充分上染,并节省染料的使用量。锦纶促染剂HLB-305代替了冰醋酸和锦纶均染剂,由于无色无味,解决了冰醋酸气味重的问题;由于在中性条件下,能够大大降低废水中的COD含量。
因此,本发明具有如下有益效果:
1、染色后脚水干净,废水COD由原工艺的4000-4500ppm下降为1200-1500ppm。
2、染色效果有显著提高,上色率提高2-3成。
3、染色时染料节省较多,达到同样的上色率染料可少用3成。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种锦纶黑色染色方法,包括如下步骤:1、配制染液:在水中先加入织物重量2.8%的中性黑染料,然后加入织物重量2.5%的锦纶促染剂HLB-305(桐乡满江红助剂厂生产),搅拌均匀,配制成染液;其中锦纶促染剂HLB-305的活性组分为氯化锂;2、染色处理:将织物浸渍在上述配制好的染液中,升温至98℃后浸渍处理30min。
经上述方法处理后的染色废水COD含量为1200 ppm,锦纶织物的上色率提高3成。
实施例2
一种锦纶黑色染色方法,包括如下步骤:1、配制染液:在水中先加入织物重量2%的中性黑染料,然后加入织物重量2%的锦纶促染剂HLB-305(桐乡满江红助剂厂生产),搅拌均匀,配制成染液;其中锦纶促染剂HLB-305的活性组分为氯化锂;2、染色处理:将织物浸渍在上述配制好的染液中,升温至95℃后浸渍处理40min。
经上述方法处理后的染色废水COD含量为1400 ppm,锦纶织物的上色率提高2.5成。
实施例3
一种锦纶黑色染色方法,包括如下步骤:1、配制染液:在水中先加入织物重量3%的中性黑染料,然后加入织物重量3%的锦纶促染剂HLB-305(桐乡满江红助剂厂生产),搅拌均匀,配制成染液;其中锦纶促染剂HLB-305的活性组分为氯化锂;2、染色处理:将织物浸渍在上述配制好的染液中,升温至100℃后浸渍处理15min。
经上述方法处理后的染色废水COD含量为1300 ppm,锦纶织物的上色率提高2.5成。

1.一种锦纶黑色染色方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)配制染液:在水中先加入织物重量2-3%的中性黑染料,然后加入织物重量2-3%的锦纶促染剂HLB-305,搅拌均匀,配制成染液;其中锦纶促染剂HLB-305的活性组分为氯化锂;
(2)染色处理:将织物浸渍在上述配制好的染液中,升温至95-100℃后浸渍处理15-40min。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种锦纶黑色染色方法,其特征在于:步骤1中所述中性黑染料的用量为织物重量的2.8%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种锦纶黑色染色方法,其特征在于:步骤2中升温至98℃后浸渍处理30min。
