本发明公开了一种绿纳米抗菌高压渗透环保新技术,其特征在于,包括:抽真空、加压、二次加压、烘干成品。本发明通过抗菌、纳米、渗透、吸附技术,并利用抽真空,加压原理,使得有机、无机抗菌剂快速渗透,吸附到袜子里,不仅提高袜子的吸附能力,而且镇定纤维内部毛细孔,具有健康、长效、耐洗、抗菌效果好的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及技术领域袜子,更具体的说是涉及一种绿纳米抗菌高压渗透环保新技术。
背景技术
人民生活水平不断提高,人们对穿着的袜子的要求也不断提高了,现有技术是利用银离子、竹炭和有机抗菌技术,银离子对纤维的吸附能力差,不耐洗,且这种银离子是属于金属离子,对人体的健康有害,竹炭纤维有吸附异味的功能,但饱和后即失去效果,而有机抗菌材料一般不耐洗。
因此,如何提供一种具有健康、长效、耐洗、抗菌效果好特点的绿纳米抗菌高压渗透环保新技术是本领域技术人员亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种具有健康、长效、耐洗、抗菌效果好特点的绿纳米抗菌高压渗透环保新技术。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种绿纳米抗菌高压渗透环保新技术,其特征在于,包括:抽真空、加压、二次加压、烘干成品。
优选的,在上述一种绿纳米抗菌高压渗透环保新技术中,其特征在于,具体步骤为:
(1)抽真空:先把袜子放入罐中,抽真空直到袜子膨胀2小时;
(2)加压:将天然荨麻提取物、尼泊金丁酯、尼泊尔丙酯、纳米氯化钠、纳米三氧化二铝、仙人掌提取物、川芳油、三氟醋酸钠和油酰胺丙基乙基丙内铵盐加入到罐中,升温60℃,加压至2kg,在2kg的压力下,将罐中抗菌材料快速渗透到袜子纤维中,压力不变,保持2小时;
(3)二次加压:解除压力,向罐中加入聚六亚甲双胍盐酸盐、聚季铵盐、四丁基氯化铵、胡椒提取物和三七提取物,浸泡48分钟,二次加压至1kg,然后再1kg压力和52℃下保持1小时;
(4)烘干成品:对上述袜子进行泄压脱水,烘干,包装制成成品。
经由上述的技术方案可知,与现有技术相比,本发明通过抗菌、纳米、渗透、吸附技术,并利用抽真空,加压原理,使得有机、无机抗菌剂快速渗透,吸附到袜子里,不仅提高袜子的吸附能力,而且镇定纤维内部毛细孔,具有健康、长效、耐洗、抗菌效果好的特点。
具体实施方式
下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明实施例公开了一种一种具有健康、长效、耐洗、抗菌效果好特点的绿纳米抗菌高压渗透环保新技术。

一种绿纳米抗菌高压渗透环保新技术,其特征在于,包括:抽真空、加压、二次加压、烘干成品。
本发明通过抗菌、纳米、渗透、吸附技术,并利用抽真空,加压原理,使得有机、无机抗菌剂快速渗透,吸附到袜子里,不仅提高袜子的吸附能力,而且镇定纤维内部毛细孔,具有健康、长效、耐洗、抗菌效果好的特点。
为了进一步优化上述技术方案,具体步骤为:
(1)抽真空:先把袜子放入罐中,抽真空直到袜子膨胀2小时;
(2)加压:将天然荨麻提取物、尼泊金丁酯、尼泊尔丙酯、纳米氯化钠、纳米三氧化二铝、仙人掌提取物、川芳油、三氟醋酸钠和油酰胺丙基乙基丙内铵盐加入到罐中,升温60℃,加压至2kg,在2kg的压力下,将罐中抗菌材料快速渗透到袜子纤维中,压力不变,保持2小时;
(3)二次加压:解除压力,向罐中加入聚六亚甲双胍盐酸盐、聚季铵盐、四丁基氯化铵、胡椒提取物和三七提取物,浸泡48分钟,二次加压至1kg,然后再1kg压力和52℃下保持1小时;

Claims (2)

1.一种绿纳米抗菌高压渗透环保新技术,其特征在于,包括:抽真空、加压、二次加压、烘干成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种绿纳米抗菌帕斯环保技术,其特征在于,具体步骤为:
(1)抽真空:先把袜子放入罐中,抽真空直到袜子膨胀2小时;
(2)加压:将天然荨麻提取物、尼泊金丁酯、尼泊尔丙酯、纳米氯化钠、纳米三氧化二铝、仙人掌提取物、川芳油、三氟醋酸钠和油酰胺丙基乙基丙内铵盐加入到罐中,升温60℃,加压至2kg,在2kg的压力下,将罐中抗菌材料快速渗透到袜子纤维中,压力不变,保持2小时;
(3)二次加压:解除压力,向罐中加入聚六亚甲双胍盐酸盐、聚季铵盐、四丁基氯化铵、胡椒提取物和三七提取物,浸泡48分钟,二次加压至1kg,然后再1kg压力和52℃下保持1小时;
