Abstract

本发明提供了一种用于塑‑塑复合的水性双组分胶黏剂,包括A组分和B组分,其中,所述A组分包含如下原料:聚酯多元醇、水性环氧树脂、丙三醇、附着力促进剂、润湿剂、消泡剂、防腐剂、水;所述B组分包含如下原料:二异氰酸酯和三苯甲烷三异氰酸酯。与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下的有益效果:1、水性环保、低VOC,溶剂残留<1mg,符合食品卫生要求;2、高温蒸煮不脱层、不破袋、塑‑塑间剥离强度高;3、对PE膜无爽滑剂吸收现象;4、固化时间短,40℃熟化室8小时完全固化,生产效率高;5、袋装物适应性广,可耐酸碱、耐油盐。

Description

用于塑-塑复合的水性双组分胶黏剂
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于塑-塑复合的水性双组分胶黏剂,属于胶黏剂技术领域。
背景技术
胶黏剂作为不同基材间的复合介质,广泛应用于食品软包装领域。通过对不同功能特性的基材进行复合,使其达到兼顾多种性能要求。众所周知,PE和CPP膜具有很好的热封性能,PA膜具有很好的耐冲击性能,镀铝层有较强的金属光泽特性,铝箔有很好的阻隔性能等等。随着包装行业的不断发展,人们对复合包装所要求的性能越来越高,阻隔、冷冻、耐酸碱、耐油盐、耐水煮、耐高温蒸煮等等。目前市场上软包装领域胶黏剂主要有溶剂型、水性和无溶剂三大类,一般溶剂型胶黏剂能满足绝大部分性能要求,也是目前应用最为广泛的;水性和无溶剂可满足一些低中功能性产品要求,比如水胶可耐水煮,但不耐高温蒸煮。目前,市场上可满足耐高温蒸煮性能胶黏剂均为溶剂型产品,如中国专利CN104059519A公开的一种耐高温蒸煮胶黏剂,但产品体系为溶剂型结构,不环保、不安全、增加溶剂回收及处理成本,夏季生产过程中不安全,且溶剂排放污染环境。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种用于塑-塑复合的水性双组分胶黏剂,该胶黏剂在满足一些粘合基本性能的前提下,还具有良好的耐高温蒸煮性能。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本发明提供一种用于塑-塑复合的水性双组分胶黏剂,包括A组分和B组分,其中,所述A组分包含按重量份数计的如下原料:
所述B组分包含按重量份数计的如下组分:
二异氰酸酯: 1.6~3.2份;
三苯甲烷三异氰酸酯 0.4~0.8份。
若高于固化剂组分范围,会使得胶水交联程度过高,影响复合膜柔软性能;若低于这个范围,反之胶水交联密度不够,影响复合膜间的剥离强度,也会导致复合膜蒸煮脱层现象。
作为优选方案,所述聚酯多元醇的数均分子量为1000~1500,羟值为100~125mgKOH/g,酸酯不超过1.0mgKOH/g。
作为优选方案,所述水性环氧树脂的环氧当量为600~1000g/mol,且不含游离乳化剂。
作为优选方案,所述丙三醇的纯度高于98%(质量分数)。
作为优选方案,所述附着力促进剂为聚乙烯亚胺水溶液。
作为优选方案,所述防腐剂为凯松DL702。
作为优选方案,所述润湿剂为TEGO Glide 110,所述消泡剂为TEGO Foamex 825。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下的有益效果:
1、水性环保、低VOC,溶剂残留<1mg,符合食品卫生要求;
2、高温蒸煮不脱层、不破袋、塑-塑间剥离强度高;
3、对PE膜无爽滑剂吸收现象;
4、固化时间短,40度熟化室8小时完全固化,生产效率高;
5、袋装物适应性广,可耐酸碱、耐油盐。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。以下实施例将有助于本领域的技术人员进一步理解本发明,但不以任何形式限制本发明。应当指出的是,对本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进。这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
本发明中的聚酯多元醇为青岛新宇田化工有限公司生产的水性用聚酯多元醇,型号为POL-7112;
水性环氧树脂为上海新华树脂厂,型号为703A。

对比例1:陶氏溶剂型胶水ADCOTE 502S/固化剂F,涂布干量3.0g/m2
对比例2:陶氏水性胶水ROBOND L168/CR-3A,涂布干量2.0g/m2
测试结构:PET复合PE结构

表1~3是不同实施例和传统溶剂型、水性胶黏剂在剥离强度、固化时间、对内层PE膜摩擦系数影响性和高温蒸煮前后外观和性能方面的对比测试结果。从表1中可以看出,传统溶剂型胶水一般固化时间需要达到24h,传统水胶在8h内基本完全固化,但剥离强度小于2N,相对较低,本发明开发的水胶同时具有8h内快速固化和高剥离强度性能,在提高产品性能的同时,由于降低了熟化时间,同样也提高的生产效率。另外,胶水对PE膜内层摩擦系数影响也是一个关键性能,它直接影响塑料袋的开口性能和装填性能,从表2中可以看出,本发明开发的水胶比传统水胶在摩擦系数方面有明显的优势,对30um以下厚度的PE膜,摩擦系数与溶剂型产品相当。最后,在高温蒸煮方面,传统水胶会出现脱层及破袋的现象,本专利开发的双组份水胶蒸煮前后不脱层、不破袋、不起泡,且前后剥离强度无明显衰减,与溶剂型产品相当。除此之外,在溶剂残留检测方面,本产品溶剂残留<1mg,符合食品卫生要求。
以上对本发明的具体实施例进行了描述。需要理解的是,本发明并不局限于上述特定实施方式,本领域技术人员可以在权利要求的范围内做出各种变形或修改,这并不影响本发明的实质内容。

1.一种用于塑-塑复合的水性双组分胶黏剂,包括A组分和B组分,其特征在于,所述A组分包含按重量份数计的如下原料:
所述B组分包含按重量份数计的如下原料:
二异氰酸酯: 1.6~3.2份;
三苯甲烷三异氰酸酯 0.4~0.8份。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于塑-塑复合的水性双组分胶黏剂,其特征在于,所述聚酯多元醇的数均分子量为1000~1500,羟值为100~125mgKOH/g,酸值不超过1.0mgKOH/g。
3.如权利要求1所述的用于塑-塑复合的水性双组分胶黏剂,其特征在于,所述水性环氧树脂的环氧当量为600~1000g/mol,且不含游离乳化剂。
4.如权利要求1所述的用于塑-塑复合的水性双组分胶黏剂,其特征在于,所述丙三醇的纯度高于98%。
5.如权利要求1所述的用于塑-塑复合的水性双组分胶黏剂,其特征在于,所述附着力促进剂为聚乙烯亚胺水溶液。
6.如权利要求5所述的用于塑-塑复合的水性双组分胶黏剂,其特征在于,所述聚乙烯亚胺水溶液的浓度为5wt%。
7.如权利要求1所述的用于塑-塑复合的水性双组分胶黏剂,其特征在于,所述防腐剂为凯松DL702。
8.如权利要求1所述的用于塑-塑复合的水性双组分胶黏剂,其特征在于,所述润湿剂为TEGO Glide 110,所述消泡剂为TEGO Foamex 825。
