本发明公开了一种皮革用紫光固化涂料,是由下列质量份数的成分组成,包括:光敏树脂50‑55份,光敏剂15‑20份,稀释剂5‑10份,热稳定剂5‑10份,色料10‑15份,填料5‑10份;其中,所述光敏树脂成分为丙烯酸酯低聚物,所述光敏剂为安息香烷基醚,所述热稳定剂为波基盐。通过上述方式,本发明能够提高对皮革的粘附性能和皮革的牢固程度,提高皮革的综合使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及光固化涂料领域,特别是涉及一种皮革用紫光固化涂料。
背景技术
光固化涂料又称光敏涂料,是以紫外光为涂料固化能源,又称紫外光固化涂料。不需加热,可在纸张、塑料、皮革和木材等易燃底材上迅速固化成膜。光固化涂料优点是固化温度低、挥发分低,为省能源、省资源、无公害。如何提高光固化涂料对皮革的保护作用,是一个值得研究的方向。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种皮革用紫光固化涂料,能够提高对皮革的粘附性能和皮革的牢固程度,提高皮革的综合使用寿命。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种皮革用紫光固化涂料,是由下列质量份数的成分组成,包括:光敏树脂50-55份,光敏剂15-20份,稀释剂5-10份,热稳定剂5-10份,色料10-15份,填料5-10份;其中,所述光敏树脂成分为丙烯酸酯低聚物,所述光敏剂为安息香烷基醚,所述热稳定剂为波基盐。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,一种皮革用紫光固化涂料,是由下列质量份数的成分组成,包括:光敏树脂52份,光敏剂16份,稀释剂6份,热稳定剂7份,色料11份,填料6份。

一种皮革用紫光固化涂料,是由下列质量份数的成分组成,包括:光敏树脂52份,光敏剂16份,稀释剂6份,热稳定剂7份,色料11份,填料6份。其中,所述光敏树脂成分为丙烯酸酯低聚物,所述光敏剂为安息香烷基醚,所述热稳定剂为波基盐。
实施例2:
一种皮革用紫光固化涂料,是由下列质量份数的成分组成,包括:光敏树脂55份,光敏剂18份,稀释剂9份,热稳定剂8份,色料15份,填料8份。其中,所述光敏树脂成分为丙烯酸酯低聚物,所述光敏剂为安息香烷基醚,所述热稳定剂为波基盐。
一种皮革用紫光固化涂料,是由下述步骤制备而得:将光敏树脂和光敏剂混合均匀,加入稀释剂,加热至40℃,加入热稳定剂、色料和填料,红外加热至100℃,保持两分钟,缓慢降至常温,通过紫外线辐照1-2分钟后获得成品。使用丙烯酸酯低聚物和安息香烷基醚,能够在一定程度上提高紫光固化涂料的附着力,从而使其对皮革的粘附性能提高。加入波基盐,提高了紫光固化涂料的牢固程度。
本发明能够提高对皮革的粘附性能和皮革的牢固程度,提高皮革的综合使用寿命。
