本发明提供一种防潮增脆烟用胶囊基材,包括以下按重量份计的组分:明胶80‑120份、辅助胶体2‑45份、金属离子0.01‑10份,其中辅助胶体为海藻胶、琼脂、瓜尔胶、田菁胶、胡麻胶、香豆胶、壳聚糖、卡拉胶其中的一种或几种的组合。本发明还提供一种防潮增脆烟用胶囊基材的制备方法。本发明在胶体制备过程中添加了辅助胶体,可以改进胶体溶液合适的粘度和成膜后胶体的固含量,同时配合金属离子的使用,金属离子与明胶分子中裸露的活性基团进行螯合,同时与辅助胶体中的羧酸基团反应置换,提高了胶体成膜性能以及成膜后的脆性和防潮性,在高温和潮湿环境下大大降低了明胶膜的粘连性,提高了明胶膜的应用范围。

背景技术
明胶是由多种氨基酸组成的蛋白质结构的大分子,可由动物的骨头或皮胶原经热变形或者是经物理和化学降解得到。明胶在食品和医药领域应用广泛。由明胶制成的膜具有可食性和可降解性,在食品和药品包装方面具有潜在的应用价值。
烟用胶囊是指将一定量的烟用香精,通过压制法或者滴制法密封于球形的软质胶囊中。将烟用胶囊添加到烟用滤棒中,使卷烟能够在燃吸状态下或者人为捏破释放出香气成分,起到增香改善吸味的作用。烟用胶囊主要以明胶、植物胶、植物多糖、聚乙二醇等胶囊基材制成,由于这些原料为亲水性物质,所以烟用胶囊在开放环境中放置一段时间,会不断吸收空气中的水分,出现受潮软化等现象,存在胶囊压碎强度大不易捏破、潮湿环境下胶囊软化而无法通过手指压力使胶囊破裂等问题,降低了烟用胶囊外观质量及使用品质。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有技术的不足,提供一种防潮增脆烟用胶囊基材及其制备方法,其通过改进的明胶成膜配方或者成膜后进行改性处理的方法,可提高明胶成膜后的脆性和防潮性。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种防潮增脆烟用胶囊基材,包括以下按重量份计的组分:明胶80-120份、辅助胶体2-45份、金属离子0.01-10份,其中辅助胶体为海藻胶、琼脂、瓜尔胶、田菁胶、胡麻胶、香豆胶、壳聚糖、卡拉胶其中的一种或几种的组合。
进一步的,所述胶囊基材还包括按重量份计的交联剂0.01-20份,所述的交联剂为戊二醛、乙醛、甲醛、丙醛、丁二醛、丙二醛、双醛淀粉种的一种或几种组合。
进一步的,所述辅助胶体为5-30份,交联剂为0.1-15份。
进一步的,所述的金属离子为钙离子、铁离子、亚铁离子、铜离子、锌离子、铝离子、镁离子、锰离子中的一种或几种的组合,当为两种组合时,两种金属离子的比例为3:1~1:3。
一种防潮增脆烟用胶囊基材的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一、制备烟用胶囊膜
按重量份计将明胶80-120份、辅助胶体2-45份、加500份水,加热搅拌至完全溶解形成成膜液,成膜液用超声消泡1~5min后,静置15min后再用无水乙醇喷雾消泡,然后在涂布机上用浸涂的方法将成膜液涂布在聚酯基片上,涂布温度为33~38℃,干燥后揭膜即为烟用胶囊膜;
步骤二、烟用胶囊膜后处理
将步骤一制备的烟用胶囊膜浸泡在溶解有金属离子的溶液中进行改性处理,浸泡时间为1min-100min,溶液中金属离子质量浓度为0.1%-10%,然后取出干燥。
进一步的,步骤一中还加入交联剂0.01-20份,所述交联剂为戊二醛、乙醛、甲醛、丙醛、丁二醛、丙二醛、双醛淀粉种的一种或几种组合。
进一步的,金属离子质量浓度为0.5%-5%。
进一步的,步骤二中浸泡时间为2min-50min。

采用本发明制备的明胶膜,由于在胶体制备过程中添加了辅助胶体,可以改进胶体溶液合适的粘度和成膜后胶体的固含量,同时配合金属离子的使用,金属离子与明胶分子中裸露的活性基团进行螯合,同时与辅助胶体中的羧酸基团反应置换,提高了胶体成膜性能以及成膜后的脆性和防潮性,用强氧化性的前处理剂进行处理,可改变了明胶分子中裸露基团的性质,更容易与金属离子螯合。本发明通过明胶膜配方和工艺,使得明胶膜的脆性明显提高,在高温和潮湿环境下大大降低了明胶膜的粘连性,提高了明胶膜的应用范围。
具体实施方式
下面将结合具体实施例,对本发明中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
实施例一
称取明胶100份,琼脂5份,明矾(含金属铝离子)0.5份,交联剂戊二醛0.5份,混匀后,加水到500份,加热搅拌至完全溶解。成膜液用超声消泡1~5min后,静置15min后再用少量的无水乙醇喷雾消泡,然后在涂布机上用浸涂的方法将成膜液涂布在聚酯基片上,涂布温度为33~38℃,干燥后揭膜备用。并制备明胶100份,琼脂5份,加水到500份,制备的涂布液制备明胶膜做对比样进行脆性和防潮性测试。
脆性测试条件为取相同含水量、形同厚度、相同的尺寸的两种膜进行折弯脆性对比;防潮性测试条件为相同厚度、相同含水量、相同重量的两种膜,在25℃、95%湿度条件下放置2小时,后称取重量。以对比样的相对值为100进行对比。改性后脆性明显增加了12%,防潮性提高8%。
实施例二
称取明胶110份g,卡拉胶2份,海藻胶2份,硫酸铁(含金属铁离子)0.5份,混匀后,加水500份,加热搅拌至完全溶解。成膜液用超声消泡1~5min后,静置10min后再用少量的无水乙醇喷雾消泡,然后在涂布机上用浸涂的方法将成膜液涂布在聚酯基片上,涂布温度为33~38℃,干燥后揭膜备用。并制备明胶110份g,卡拉胶2份,海藻胶2份,加水500份,制备的涂布液制备明胶膜做对比样进行脆性和防潮性测试。

实施例三
称取明胶100份,瓜尔胶15份,卡拉胶5份,海藻胶5份,混匀后,加水500份,加热搅拌至完全溶解。成膜液用超声消泡1~5min后,静置10min后再用少量的无水乙醇喷雾消泡,然后在涂布机上用浸涂的方法将成膜液涂布在聚酯基片上,涂布温度为32~37℃,成膜后,浸入1%的硫酸铁溶液中,浸泡10min,然后干燥后揭膜备用。并制备明胶100份,瓜尔胶15份,卡拉胶5份,海藻胶5份,混匀后,加水500份,制备的涂布液制备明胶膜做对比样进行脆性和防潮性测试。

本实例以制备明胶膜配方的实例进行说明,称取明胶100份,瓜尔胶10份,卡拉胶5份,混匀后,加水500份,加热搅拌至完全溶解。成膜液用超声消泡1~5min后,静置10min后再用少量的无水乙醇喷雾消泡,滴丸机滴制烟用胶囊后,用1%的双氧水浸泡10min处理后,用水洗三遍,然后用1%的硫酸铝浸泡10min后,然后干燥备用。明胶110份,瓜尔胶11份,琼脂4份,卡拉胶5份,混匀后,加水500份,制备相应的未用双氧水和硫酸铝处理的烟用胶囊做对比样进行脆性和防潮性测试。
脆性测试条件为分别取100颗干燥的用双氧水和硫酸铝处理和未处理的烟用胶囊,用脆度测试仪测100颗胶囊的数值,并取平均值进行对比;防潮性测试条件为分别取100颗干燥的用双氧水和硫酸铝处理和未处理的烟用胶囊,在25℃、95%湿度条件下放置6小时,后称取重量变化。以对比样的相对值为100进行对比。改性后脆性明显增加了17%,在相同条件下防潮性也显著提高15%。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何属于本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求的保护范围为准。
Claims (5)
1.一种防潮增脆烟用胶囊基材的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
步骤一、制备烟用胶囊膜
按重量份计将明胶80-120份、辅助胶体2-45份、加500份水,加热搅拌至完全溶解形成成膜液,成膜液用超声消泡1~5min后,静置15min后再用无水乙醇喷雾消泡,然后在涂布机上用浸涂的方法将成膜液涂布在聚酯基片上,涂布温度为33~38℃,干燥后揭膜即为烟用胶囊膜;
步骤二、烟用胶囊膜后处理
将步骤一制备的烟用胶囊膜浸泡在溶解有金属离子的溶液中进行改性处理,浸泡时间为1min-100min,溶液中金属离子质量浓度为0.1%-10%,然后取出干燥;
在步骤二之前还包括步骤:烟用胶囊膜前处理,即将步骤一制备的烟用胶囊膜浸泡在溶解有前处理剂的溶液中进行改性处理,前处理剂为氯酸盐、高氯酸盐、高锰酸盐、重铬酸盐,过氧化物、硝酸中一种或几种组合,溶液中前处理剂的质量浓度为0.2%-10%,浸泡时间为1min-100min。
2.如权利要求1所述的防潮增脆烟用胶囊基材的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤一中还加入交联剂0.01-20份,所述交联剂为戊二醛、乙醛、甲醛、丙醛、丁二醛、丙二醛、双醛淀粉中的一种或几种组合。
3.如权利要求1所述的防潮增脆烟用胶囊基材的制备方法,其特征在于:金属离子质量浓度为0.5%-5%。
4.如权利要求1所述的防潮增脆烟用胶囊基材的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤二中浸泡时间为2min-50min。
5.如权利要求1所述的防潮增脆烟用胶囊基材的制备方法,其特征在于:烟用胶囊膜前处理步骤中前处理剂的质量浓度为0.5%-5%,浸泡时间为2min-50min。
