本发明涉及产品包装技术领域，特别涉及一种用于包装灯具的盒体，包括瓦楞纸质的单元板，单元板的侧边中部彼此相连围合成筒状体，筒状体的空腔用于容纳灯具；位于相邻单元板间相连部分以外的侧边处设置有V型缺口，V型缺口的两个侧边分别位于相邻的单元板上，V型缺口的开口朝向单元板的两端，V型缺口围拢后呈所述的收口状。通过瓦楞纸制成的用于包装灯具的盒体，完全避免了背景技术中所述及的问题，其放置时可展开，便于运输，使用时通过组合连接或折叠构成包装盒；另外，筒状的包装盒两端呈收口状，在受到外力时起到缓冲作用且柱状本体能够承受一定的外力，非常可靠地保护灯具；同时，这种包装盒容易生产，成本低。

技术领域
本发明涉及产品包装技术领域，特别涉及一种用于包装灯具的盒体。
背景技术
灯具在日常生活中应用非常广泛，灯具的灯管部分极为脆弱，为了避免损坏灯具，运输之前需要对灯具进行包装。灯具的外形越来越复杂，使得对于灯具包装的要求越来越高，比如一种灯具，如图1所示，其灯管部分较大，灯座的尺寸较小，传统的方形纸盒已经不适用了。
现有技术中，使用的是纸浆模塑制品来实现灯具的包装运输，纸浆模塑制品是利用废旧报纸、纸箱纸为主要原材料，经过一定的配比的添加剂进行制浆，通过特制的模具进行脱水成型，再经烘干、热处理、整形等系列工艺过程制成的，纸浆模塑制品整体类似于饭盒状，其内空腔的轮廓与灯具相吻合。这种纸浆模塑制品环保可回收再利用，但是其依然存在诸多不足：1、成本高、产量低：由于其工艺的复杂性，导致其成本较高，对于灯具的包装来说，成本过高是很不利的，另外，该类包装盒的生产厂家较少，产量也相对较小，不能满足灯具的包装需求量；2、包装不够可靠：该包装盒在灯具的轴芯方向上所能承受的外力较小，灯具损坏率高，给企业带来较大的损失；3、这种包装盒本身不便于运输、存储，无论其有没有装入灯具，所占的体积都是一样大，这无疑也带来了灯具成本的增加。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于包装灯具的盒体，能够方便、安全的实现灯具的包装。
为实现以上目的，本发明采用的技术方案为：一种用于包装灯具的盒体，包括瓦楞纸质的单元板，单元板的侧边中部彼此相连围合成筒状体，筒状体的空腔用于容纳灯具；位于相邻单元板间相连部分以外的侧边处设置有V型缺口，V型缺口的两个侧边分别位于相邻的单元板上，V型缺口的开口朝向单元板的两端，V型缺口围拢后呈所述的收口状。
与现有技术相比，本发明存在以下技术效果：通过瓦楞纸制成的用于包装灯具的盒体，完全避免了背景技术中所述及的问题，其放置时可展开，便于运输，使用时通过组合连接或折叠构成包装盒；另外，筒状的包装盒两端呈收口状，在受到外力时起到缓冲作用且柱状本体能够承受一定的外力，非常可靠地保护灯具；同时，这种包装盒容易生产，成本低。

具体实施方式
下面结合图2，对本发明做进一步详细叙述。
参阅图2，一种用于包装灯具的盒体，包括瓦楞纸质的单元板A，单元板A的侧边中部彼此相连围合成筒状体，筒状体的空腔用于容纳灯具，位于相邻单元板A间相连部分以外的侧边处设置有V型缺口14，V型缺口14的两个侧边分别位于相邻的单元板A上，V型缺口14的开口朝向单元板A的两端，V型缺口14围拢后呈所述的收口状。通过单元板A制成的用于包装灯具的盒体，结构简单，各单元板A可以是独立的，然后彼此相连构成筒状体，也可以如本实施例中所示的那样，由一整块瓦楞纸10折叠而成，瓦楞纸10被第一折痕11分割成的每个相同的单元即这里的单元板A。在实际应用中，一般优选整块瓦楞纸10折叠而成，对于生产过程中的边角料，可加工成单元板A，多个单元板A彼此相连构成用于包装灯具的盒体，可避免边角料的浪费。这里将筒状体的两端设置成收口状，一方面能够实现包装盒两端的封闭，另一方面收口状的两端能够起到一定的缓冲作用。
单元板A可以是独立的，也可以是一体的，这里优选地：方形的瓦楞纸10上设置有第一折痕11，第一折痕11有多根且彼此平行布置，第一折痕11将瓦楞纸10分成多个所述的单元板A；瓦楞纸10的短边19与第一折痕11平行，短边19上设置有连接片17，瓦楞纸10的两条短边19通过连接片17实现两侧单元板A的连接。第一折痕11在折叠后，按照折纸上的说法为峰折，即包装盒位于第一折痕11两侧的外表面呈山峰状。
收口状的固定方式可按如下方式进行设置：所述的V型缺口14中设置有半圆形的卡接片16，卡接片16的直边与V型缺口14的侧边平齐，卡接片16上自圆心沿V型缺口14侧边的长度方向开设有长条形的缺口161，同一个V型缺口14两个侧边上设置的卡接片16的缺口161指向相异；卡接片16和V型缺口14一体切割而成。这样设置后，不再需要额外设置绳来实施收口状的固定，通过相邻两个卡接片16彼此之间的卡接作用即可实现收口状的固定。当然，也可以通过绳来固定，即所述的V型缺口14围拢后通过绳束紧。
更优选地，为了保证用于包装灯具的盒体沿长度方向的抗压性，所述单元板A的侧边垂直于瓦楞纸10的楞条走向。围系或沿盒腔径向方向的强度主要由瓦楞纸10的楞条来提供，而腔长方向的强度则主要由盒体的折棱部承担，因此，无论灯具是立式还是卧式放置均有良好的安全保障。上述所述及的折痕，既可以是非连续状的切缝构成，也可以是压痕构成的，只要能够便于折叠同时还能起到连接作用就可以。

Claims (4)

1.一种用于包装灯具的盒体，其特征在于：包括瓦楞纸质的单元板(A)，单元板(A)的侧边中部彼此相连围合成筒状体，筒状体的空腔用于容纳灯具；位于相邻单元板(A)间相连部分以外的侧边处设置有V型缺口(14)，V型缺口(14)的两个侧边分别位于相邻的单元板(A)上，V型缺口(14)的开口朝向单元板(A)的两端，V型缺口(14)围拢后呈收口状；
方形的瓦楞纸(10)上设置有第一折痕(11)，第一折痕(11)有多根且彼此平行布置，第一折痕(11)将瓦楞纸(10)分成多个所述的单元板(A)；瓦楞纸(10)的短边(19)与第一折痕(11)平行，短边(19)上设置有连接片(17)，瓦楞纸(10)的两条短边(19)通过连接片(17)实现两侧单元板(A)的连接；
所述的V型缺口(14)中设置有半圆形的卡接片(16)，卡接片(16)的直边与V型缺口(14)的侧边平齐，卡接片(16)上自圆心沿V型缺口(14)侧边的长度方向开设有长条形的缺口(161)，同一个V型缺口(14)两个侧边上设置的卡接片(16)的缺口(161)指向相异；卡接片(16)和V型缺口(14)一体切割而成。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于包装灯具的盒体，其特征在于：所述的V型缺口(14)围拢后通过绳束紧。
3.如权利要求1所述的用于包装灯具的盒体，其特征在于：所述单元板(A)的侧边垂直于瓦楞纸(10)的楞条走向。
4.如权利要求1所述的用于包装灯具的盒体，其特征在于：瓦楞纸(10)上的折痕为非连续状的切缝或压痕构成。
