背景技术
随着科技的发展和人类节能意识的增强，各种节能灯越来越受欢迎。最常见的节能灯由灯头、灯颈和灯管构成。直管型节能灯，相对而言灯管结构强度较弱，在运输和保存过程中，如果没有好的保护，很容易破碎。 
发明内容
本实用新型针对直管型节能灯灯管易破碎的情况，设计开发一种简单易行又环保的包装，具体为一种节能灯纸浆模塑缓冲托。 
本实用新型为纸浆模塑一体式结构，包括下壳体和上壳体，上下壳体间设压痕线，其特征是上下壳体围成节能灯容置腔，上下壳体容置腔对应灯头设置半环形灯头加强圈，对应灯颈设置半环形灯颈加强圈，对应灯管设置半环形灯管加强圈，灯管加强圈向外延伸凸起成撑脚，紧邻灯颈的灯管加强圈侧设置半环形加强筋。 
所述灯管加强圈根据灯管长度设置2～4只。 
节能灯置于下壳体容置腔内，沿压痕线折转上壳体，节能灯恰好卡置在上、下壳体围成的容置腔内，用订书针封订上下壳体。对应半环形加强圈恰好围成圆环形加强圈，包括环形加强筋设计，一方面提高本实用新型本身结构强度，另方面可有效缓冲运输与保存过程中对节能灯灯管的挤压。灯管加强圈在上、下壳体各有两只撑脚，撑脚恰好配合方型节能灯外包装盒，能起到更好的缓冲效果。 
本实用新型有益果是：结构简单科学，用于节能灯包装，可保护节能灯品质不易受破坏，最重要的是用料绿色环保，能方便回收再用。

具体实施方式
结合图1～图3本实用新型具体实施方式说明如下： 
一种节能灯纸浆模塑缓冲托，为纸浆模塑一体式结构，包括下壳体1和上壳体2，上、下壳体间设压痕线3，其特征是上、下壳体围成节能灯容置腔4，上下壳体容置腔4对应灯头设置半环形灯头加强圈5，对应灯颈设置半环形灯颈加强圈6，对应灯管设置半环形灯管加强圈8，灯管加强圈向外延伸凸起成撑脚9，紧邻灯颈的灯管加强圈8侧设置半环形加强筋7。 
所述灯管加强圈8根据灯管长度设置2～4只。 
节能灯10置于下壳体容置腔内，沿压痕线3折转上壳体，节能灯10恰好卡置在上、下壳体围成的容置腔4内，用订书针封订上、下壳体。对应半环形加强圈恰好围成圆环形加强圈，包括环形加强筋7设计，一方面提高本实用新型本身结构强度，另方面可有效缓冲运输与保存过程中对节能灯10灯管的挤压。灯管加强圈8在上、下壳体各有两只撑脚9，撑脚恰好配合方型节能灯外包装盒，能起到更好的缓冲效果。

1.一种节能灯纸浆模塑缓冲托，其为纸浆模塑一体式结构，包括下壳体和上壳体，上下壳体间设压痕线，其特征是上下壳体围成节能灯容置腔，上下壳体容置腔对应灯头设置半环形灯头加强圈，对应灯颈设置半环形灯颈加强圈，对应灯管设置半环形灯管加强圈，灯管加强圈向外延伸凸起成撑脚，紧邻灯颈的灯管加强圈侧设置半环形加强筋。
2.根据权利要求1所述节能灯纸浆模塑缓冲托，其特征是所述灯管加强圈根据灯管长度设置2～4只。
