本发明涉及一种较佳撕破强度复合皮革面料。包括依次内皮层(1)、第一透气层(2)、支撑层(3)、第二透气层(4)和外皮层(5)。所述内皮层背面设置有衬里织物层,所述衬里织物层,为一种复合织物,其包含:一第一织布层以及一第一薄膜层,该第一织布层具有一第一表面、一第二表面与复数孔隙,该等孔隙分布于该第一织布层并与该第一表面以及该第二表面相连通;该第一薄膜层具有一第三表面与一第四表面,该第一薄膜层的第四表面靠抵于该第一织布层的第一表面并部分渗入该第一织布层的孔隙中。本发明确保皮质内外表面清洁。本发明能较佳撕破强度。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种面料,尤其涉及一种复合皮革面料,属于纺织面料领域。
背景技术
皮革是经脱毛和鞣制等物理、化学加工所得到的已经变性不易腐烂的动物皮,其表面有一种特殊的粒面层,具有自然的粒纹和光泽,手感舒适。皮革及其制品的市场潜力是很大的,全球皮革总需求量约为1.0 亿平方米,相当于3 亿张牛皮(标准皮)的产量,中国皮革产量折合标准皮接近7000 万张,约占全球皮革产量的23.33%。
天然皮革由于具有优良的天然特性被人们广泛用于生产日用品和工业品,但随着世界人口的增长,人类对皮革的需求倍增,数量有限的天然皮革早已不能满足人们这种需求。因次,市面上出现了人造革、合成革、再生皮等制品,但这些仿皮革制品在手感、透气性、耐用度方面很难达到人们的要求,且此类制品质量参差不齐。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种由五层材料叠加形成的一种复合皮革面料,该面料制成皮具后,可媲美天然皮革,触感舒适,外层经久耐磨、整体弹力强,使用寿命高,制造成本大大降低。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种较佳撕破强度复合皮革面料,包括内皮层、第一透气层、支撑层、第二透气层和外皮层,所述内皮层外依次设有第一透气层、支撑层、第二透气层、外皮层,所述内皮层与第一透气层采用聚氨酯胶固定,所述支撑层与第一透气层、第二透气层采用缝合固定,所述第二透气层与外皮层采用聚氨酯胶固定。所述内皮层背面设置有衬里织物层,所述衬里织物层,为一种复合织物,其包含:一第一织布层以及一第一薄膜层,该第一织布层具有一第一表面、一第二表面与复数孔隙,该等孔隙分布于该第一织布层并与该第一表面以及该第二表面相连通;该第一薄膜层具有一第三表面与一第四表面,该第一薄膜层的第四表面靠抵于该第一织布层的第一表面并部分渗入该第一织布层的孔隙中。
优选的,所述内皮层采用三维网格超细纤维基布织成。
优选的,所述第一透气层由氨纶纤维、棉纤维、腈纶纤维混合纺织。
优选的,所述棉氨纶纤维、棉纤维、腈纶纤质量比为4:3:3。
优选的,所述支撑层采用EVA材料制成。
优选的,所述EVA材料,邵氏硬度为35度。
优选的,所述第二透气层由氨纶纤维、苎麻纤维、竹纶纤维混合纺织。
优选的,所述的氨纶纤维、苎麻纤维、竹纶纤维质量比为3:3:4。
优选的,所述外皮层采用PU聚氨酯涂层材料制成。
优选的,所述PU聚氨酯涂层厚度为3mm。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
内皮层与皮肤直接接触,手感良好,透气层将面料内外的汗水引导至EVA材质内,确保皮质内外表面清洁,支承层为EVA弹性支撑,确保面料整体抗扭弯曲性能,面料整体耐磨,外侧PU涂层精美,制造成本低廉便于批量制作皮具。
本发明能提供较佳地撕破强度。

参见图1,一种较佳撕破强度复合皮革面料,包括内皮层、第一透气层、支撑层、第二透气层和外皮层,所述内皮层外依次设有第一透气层、支撑层、第二透气层、外皮层,所述内皮层与第一透气层采用聚氨酯胶固定,所述支撑层与第一透气层、第二透气层采用缝合固定,所述第二透气层与外皮层采用聚氨酯胶固定。

4.根据权利要求1 所述的一种较佳撕破强度复合皮革面料,其特征在于:所述支撑层(3)采用EVA材料制成,EVA材料,邵氏硬度为35度。
5.根据权利要求1 所述的一种较佳撕破强度复合皮革面料,其特征在于:所述第二透气层(4)由氨纶纤维、苎麻纤维、竹纶纤维混合纺织,所述的氨纶纤维、苎麻纤维、竹纶纤维质量比为3:3:4。
6.根据权利要求1 所述的一种较佳撕破强度复合皮革面料,其特征在于:所述外皮层(5)采用PU聚氨酯涂层材料制成,PU聚氨酯涂层厚度为3mm。
