天然皮革由于具有优良的天然特性被人们广泛用于生产日用品和工业品，但随着世界人口的增长，人类对皮革的需求倍增，数量有限的天然皮革早已不能满足人们这种需求。因次，市面上出现了人造革、合成革、再生皮等制品，但这些仿皮革制品在手感、透气性、耐用度方面很难达到人们的要求，且此类制品质量参差不齐。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种由五层材料叠加形成的一种复合皮革面料，该面料制成皮具后，可媲美天然皮革，触感舒适，外层经久耐磨、整体弹力强，使用寿命高，制造成本大大降低。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种能满足特殊需要复合皮革面料，包括内皮层、第一透气层、支撑层、第二透气层和外皮层，所述内皮层外依次设有第一透气层、支撑层、第二透气层、外皮层，所述内皮层与第一透气层采用聚氨酯胶固定，所述支撑层与第一透气层、第二透气层采用缝合固定，所述第二透气层与外皮层采用聚氨酯胶固定。所述内皮层背面设置有衬里织物层，所述衬里织物层，其经纬线分别采用棉纤维和柞蚕丝纤维，其中棉纤维的直径为16.3μm，纤度为278dtex，柞蚕丝纤维的直径为13.9μm，纤度为263dtex，经密度为35.1根/cm，纬密度为18.3根/cm。

1.一种能满足特殊需要复合皮革面料，其特征在于：包括内皮层（1）、第一透气层（2）、支撑层（3）、第二透气层（4）和外皮层（5），所述内皮层（1）外依次设有第一透气层（2）、支撑层（3）、第二透气层（4）、外皮层（5），所述内皮层（1）与第一透气层（2）采用聚氨酯胶固定，所述支撑层（3）与第一透气层（2）、第二透气层（4）采用缝合固定，所述第二透气层（4）与外皮层（5）采用聚氨酯胶固定；所述内皮层背面设置有衬里织物层，所述衬里织物层，其经纬线分别采用棉纤维和柞蚕丝纤维，其中棉纤维的直径为16.3μm，纤度为278dtex，柞蚕丝纤维的直径为13.9μm，纤度为263dtex，经密度为35.1根/cm，纬密度为18.3根/cm。
2.根据权利要求1 所述的一种能满足特殊需要复合皮革面料，其特征在于：所述内皮层（1）采用三维网格超细纤维基布织成。
3.根据权利要求1 所述的一种能满足特殊需要复合皮革面料，其特征在于：所述第一透气层（2）由氨纶纤维、棉纤维、腈纶纤维混合纺织，棉氨纶纤维、棉纤维、腈纶纤质量比为4:3:3。
4.根据权利要求1 所述的一种能满足特殊需要复合皮革面料，其特征在于：所述支撑层（3）采用EVA材料制成，EVA材料，邵氏硬度为35度。
5.根据权利要求1 所述的一种能满足特殊需要复合皮革面料，其特征在于：所述第二透气层（4）由氨纶纤维、苎麻纤维、竹纶纤维混合纺织，所述的氨纶纤维、苎麻纤维、竹纶纤维质量比为3：3:4。
6.根据权利要求1 所述的一种能满足特殊需要复合皮革面料，其特征在于：所述外皮层（5）采用PU聚氨酯涂层材料制成，PU聚氨酯涂层厚度为3mm。
