本发明提供了一种涂布辊,包括圆柱形辊体和同轴穿过所述辊体的芯轴,还包括两个分别设置在辊体两端的卡盘和套设在辊体外且位于两个卡盘之间的具有弹性的辊套,所述辊套由至少四个成圆弧形的套体组成,每个套体的两端分别插入两个卡盘中,在套体的外周面均布有多个与套体同轴的凸起,所述凸起与套体一体成型,且凸起的两个端面与套体的两个端面共面,所述凸起的宽度与卡盘的宽度相同。该涂布辊将水凝胶涂在无纺布层上时,凸起可在无纺布上形成不含水凝胶的切片区域,从而节约水凝胶,降低生产成本,同时可方便地更换辊套,以便生产出不同宽度的巴布膏贴剂。

一种涂布辊
技术领域
本发明涉及一种涂布辊。
背景技术
巴布膏贴剂是用药物以水溶性高分子化合物或亲水性物质为基质制成的外用贴膏剂,其结构由无纺布层、水凝胶层、保护膜层三层组成。向无纺布层涂覆水凝胶时,会用到涂布辊,现有技术中的涂布辊仅是一个单一的圆筒状的辊轮,水凝胶涂覆在无纺布上,形成的水凝胶层的宽度为辊轮的宽度,中间没有间隔,这样覆膜后再进行切片会浪费部分水凝胶。因此,有必要设计一种涂布辊,以解决上述问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明目的是提供一种涂布辊,该涂布辊将水凝胶涂在无纺布层上时,凸起可在无纺布上形成不含水凝胶的切片区域,从而节约水凝胶,降低生产成本,同时可方便地更换辊套,以便生产出不同宽度的巴布膏贴剂。
为了实现上述目的,本发明通过如下的技术方案来实现:一种涂布辊,包括圆柱形辊体和同轴穿过所述辊体的芯轴,还包括两个分别设置在辊体两端的卡盘和套设在辊体外且位于两个卡盘之间的具有弹性的辊套,所述辊套由至少四个成圆弧形的套体组成,每个套体的两端分别插入两个卡盘中,在套体的外周面均布有多个与套体同轴的凸起,所述凸起与套体一体成型,且凸起的两个端面与套体的两个端面共面,所述凸起的宽度与卡盘的宽度相同。
进一步地,所述套体具有中空通道,在所述中空通道填充有磁粉。
进一步地,所述凸起的截面形状为梯形。
进一步地,所述辊套由塑料制成。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的一种涂布辊,包括圆柱形辊体和同轴穿过所述辊体的芯轴,还包括两个分别设置在辊体两端的卡盘和套设在辊体外且位于两个卡盘之间的具有弹性的辊套,所述辊套由至少四个成圆弧形的套体组成,每个套体的两端分别插入两个卡盘中,在套体的外周面均布有多个与套体同轴的凸起,所述凸起与套体一体成型,且凸起的两个端面与套体的两个端面共面,所述凸起的宽度与卡盘的宽度相同。该涂布辊将水凝胶涂在无纺布层上时,凸起可在无纺布上形成不含水凝胶的切片区域,从而节约水凝胶,降低生产成本,同时可方便地更换辊套,以便生产出不同宽度的巴布膏贴剂。

具体实施方式
为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
如图1-4所示,一种涂布辊,包括圆柱形辊体1和同轴穿过所述辊体1的芯轴2,还包括两个分别设置在辊体1两端的卡盘3和套设在辊体1外且位于两个卡盘3之间的具有弹性的辊套4,所述辊套4由至少四个成圆弧形的套体41组成,在两个卡盘3的相对内侧开有多个安装孔31,安装孔31的数量与套体41的数量一直,安装孔31为盲孔,每个套体41的两端分别插入两个卡盘3中的安装孔31内,在套体41的外周面均布有多个与套体41同轴的凸起411,所述凸起411与套体41一体成型,且凸起411的两个端面与套体41的两个端面共面,所述凸起411的宽度与卡盘3的宽度相同,多个套体41组装在一起后,每个套体41上的凸起411的两个端面与相邻套体41上的凸起411的端面相接触。
使用时,将本发明的涂布辊安装在装有水凝胶的料斗的出料口处,料斗的出料口两侧与辊套4的形状相适应,且在出料口一侧安装有刮板,所述刮板用于刮掉凸起411上的水凝胶,从而可在无纺布上形成不含水凝胶的切片区域。当需要生产出不同宽度的巴布膏贴剂时,更换辊套4即可。取下辊套时,用手捏住凸起411,使套体41向中间拱起,从而将一个套体41取下,再转动涂布辊,依次取下另外几个套体41。安装新的辊套4时,步骤与更换步骤相反。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,如图2所示,所述套体41具有中空通道412,在所述中空通道412填充有磁粉413。辊体1由铁磁性物质制成,如常用的含铁的钢材,将套体41安装在两个卡盘3之间后,磁粉413可以使套体41与辊体1贴紧,从而保证了辊套4中部不会向外凸起411,套体41也不会从卡盘3之间脱离。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述凸起411的截面形状为梯形,方便用手捏住以取下套体41。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述辊套4由塑料制成,质量轻,成本低,便于加工出所述中空通道412,且机械性能好。

1.一种涂布辊,包括圆柱形辊体和同轴穿过所述辊体的芯轴,其特征在于:还包括两个分别设置在辊体两端的卡盘和套设在辊体外且位于两个卡盘之间的具有弹性的辊套,所述辊套由至少四个成圆弧形的套体组成,每个套体的两端分别插入两个卡盘中,在套体的外周面均布有多个与套体同轴的凸起,所述凸起与套体一体成型,且凸起的两个端面与套体的两个端面共面,所述凸起的宽度与卡盘的宽度相同。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种涂布辊,其特征在于:所述套体具有中空通道,在所述中空通道填充有磁粉。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种涂布辊,其特征在于:所述凸起的截面形状为梯形。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的一种涂布辊,其特征在于:所述辊套由塑料制成。
