发明内容
本发明有凳面1、支撑杆2、支撑管3、蹬腿4组成；凳面1有方形、圆形、椭圆形、桃形、苹果形、动物造型，支撑杆2是一个螺杆，支撑管2是螺母；通过旋转凳面1带动支撑杆2达到调节高低；蹬腿4是弧形；人坐在凳子上，脊椎自然垂直；屁股的前后扭动，脊椎随着摆动，脊椎活动，增强间盘韧带的耐力，保证脊椎垂直、平衡发育，同时增强脊椎支撑身体的作用，锻炼腰椎部位的肌肉，是学生预防腰椎间盘突出最好的坐具。
本发明换个方向左右活动，能锻炼腰椎部位的肌肉，确保腰部经络畅通。

【实施例1】如图4所示，凳面1与支撑杆2连接，支撑杆2是螺杆，蹬腿4与支撑管3连接，支撑管3是螺母，最后把支撑杆2与支撑管3结合起来，通过转动凳面1带动支撑杆2达到调节高低；用焊接连接。
【实施例2】如图10所示，凳面1与支撑杆2连接，然后把支撑管与倒过来的凳腿4连接，支撑管3是螺母，最后把支撑杆2与支撑管3结合起来，通过转动凳面1带动支撑杆2达到调节高低；用焊接连接。
