Therefore, the pen core can prevent ink leakage when the pen point is replaced, the pen point can be used for one time, and infection when different people use the pen point can be prevented.

According to the marking pen, the pen core does not need to be taken out, the ink extracting rod only needs to extend into the shell from the ink extracting through hole, the ink extracting rod is pulled and pulled through the matching of the threads at the front end of the ink extracting rod and the screw hole of the pen holder, so that the pen holder is pulled and pulled in the ink barrel, and ink absorption is facilitated.

Through the structural design, the pen point can be rotated to drive the pen container to rotate without taking out the pen core, the ink container does not rotate, the pen point can be rotated to drive the pen container to rotate, and the pen container through holes and the ink container through holes are staggered or aligned, so that the pen point can be replaced under the condition that the pen core is not taken out, and the marking pen is convenient to use.
Preferably, the marking pen is further sleeved with an anti-slip sleeve outside the shell, so that medical staff can conveniently grip the marking pen by hands, friction is improved, and the position of the sliding protrusion can be controlled while the marking pen is conveniently gripped.
The invention also provides a marking pen kit, wherein the pen box comprises a box body with an opening at the top, and a box cover which is hinged to the top of the box body, a fixed seat is arranged in the box body to divide the box body into a top part and a bottom part, three layers of drawers for storing disposable needle pen points are arranged on the side surface of the bottom of the box body, a marking pen, an ink extracting rod and a plurality of common pen points are placed at the top of the box body, and ink boxes for containing different colors of ink are arranged on one side in the box body.
Preferably, in the marking pen kit of the present invention, a stopper having a through hole is formed in the bottle opening portion of the ink cartridge, and a suction pipe is further provided to penetrate through the bottom of the ink cartridge. The pen container through hole is matched with the through hole in the baffle plate to suck ink to form a channel, and the pen core is rotated after ink is sucked to form a closed opening, so that ink leakage in the ink sucking process can be prevented.

the pen refill comprises a shell 1, as shown in fig. 2a and 2b, an opening is formed in the top, a bottom hole 11 is formed in the bottom, two pen point sleeves 16 are arranged on the inner wall of the shell, a sliding groove 14 is formed in a position, close to the top, of the outer wall of the shell 1, three axial grooves 13 which are axially arranged and parallel to each other and circumferential grooves 12 which are communicated with the tops of the axial grooves 13 and circumferentially arranged are formed in the middle of the outer wall of the shell, the sliding groove 14 is collinear with one of the axial grooves 13, two sliding rail protrusions 15 which are respectively collinear with the other two axial grooves 13 are formed in the inner wall of the shell 1, and an anti-skidding sleeve 6 can be preferably sleeved on the outer wall of the shell 1 and used for increasing friction force and facilitating grasping and controlling the position of a shifting block 711;

the inner wall of the pen tip 44 (as shown in FIGS. 7a, 7b and 8) is formed with a tip fixing block 442 located in the tip fixing groove 415, and a stopper having a tip through hole 441 is formed therein, so that when the pen tip 44 is rotated by an external force, the tip fixing block 442 moves to be aligned with the tip positioning groove 414, so that the tip fixing block 442 can move out along the tip positioning groove 414, and thus the pen tip 44 can be removed from the pen barrel 41, when the tip fixing block 442 is aligned with the tip positioning groove 414, the tip through hole 441 is misaligned with the barrel through hole 412, when the tip fixing block 442 is located at an end of the tip fixing groove 415 away from the tip positioning groove 414, the tip through hole 441 is aligned with the barrel through hole 412, the tip positioning groove 414 functions as a passage through which the tip fixing block 441 passes when the pen tip 44 is mounted and dismounted, and the tip fixing groove 415 functions to prevent the separation of the pen tip 44 from the barrel 41 and to restrict the rotation angle of the pen tip 44, after the pen core 4 is installed in place, the pen head through hole 441 is aligned with the pen barrel through hole 412 to form a channel for ink to pass through, when the pen head 44 needs to be disassembled, the pen core 4 is rotated to enable the pen head fixing block 441 to be aligned with the pen head positioning groove 414, and the pen head fixing block 441 can be withdrawn along the pen head positioning groove 414, so that the pen head 44 can be taken down.
Through arranging the baffle plate with the pen point through hole 441 in the pen point 44, a staggered mode can be formed among the pen point through hole 441, the pen barrel through hole 412 and the ink barrel through hole 421, so that two times of sealing are formed, the sealing effect during replacing the pen point is further improved, particularly in the process of installing a new pen point, when the pen point 44 is installed on the pen barrel 41, the pen point through hole 441 and the pen barrel through hole 412 are staggered, and ink leakage caused by relative rotation of the pen barrel 41 and the ink barrel 42 and further non-dislocation between the pen barrel through hole 412 and the ink barrel through hole 421 due to rotation of the pen point 44 can be prevented.
As an improvement, as shown in fig. 6b and 7b, the bottom slider 71 is provided with 3 pen core fixing holes 712 for the pen core 4 to pass through and fix the pen core 4, the inner wall of the pen core fixing hole 712 is further formed with an anti-rotation groove 713, the outer wall of the ink barrel 42 is formed with an elongated protrusion 423 (instead of the pen head fixing block 422) arranged along the axial direction of the ink barrel 42, the barrel wall of the pen barrel 41 is formed with a rectangular hole 416 (instead of the ink barrel fixing groove 413) for the elongated protrusion 423 to rotate, the height of the elongated protrusion 423 is greater than the thickness of the barrel wall of the pen barrel 41, and the elongated protrusion 423 extends into the anti-rotation groove 713, so that the ink barrel 42 and the bottom slider 71 do not rotate relatively when the pen barrel 41 rotates. Through the structural design, the pen point 44 can be rotated to drive the pen container 41 to rotate without taking out the pen core 4, the ink container 42 does not rotate, the pen container 41 can be driven to rotate by rotating the pen point 44, and the pen container through hole 412 and the ink container through hole 421 are staggered or aligned, so that the pen point 44 can be replaced without taking out the pen core 4, and the marking pen is convenient to use.
The pen container through hole 412, the ink container through hole 421 and the pen point through hole 441 are preferably two fan-shaped through holes with central angles not greater than 45 degrees (such as 40 degrees, 35 degrees, 30 degrees and the like) which are arranged in central symmetry, and the fan-shaped through holes can enable the area of the through holes to be as large as possible, so that ink can smoothly flow when the through holes are aligned.
It should be noted that the pen tip 44 may be connected to the barrel 41 by other detachable connections, such as a threaded connection.
The pen point of the pen core 4 of the above embodiment can be conveniently replaced, when the pen point is replaced, the ink cartridge 42 and the pen container 41 need to be relatively rotated firstly, so that the ink cartridge through hole 421 and the pen container through hole 412 are dislocated, the bottom of the ink cartridge 42 and the pen container 41 are sealed, the original ink can be prevented from leaking, at this time, the pen point 44 can be taken down and the new pen point 44 can be replaced, after the new pen point 44 is installed, the ink cartridge 42 and the pen container 41 are relatively rotated, and the pen core 4 with the replaced pen point can be continuously used after the ink cartridge through hole 421 and the pen container through hole 412 are aligned. Therefore, the pen core of the invention can prevent ink leakage when the pen point is replaced, can realize disposable use of the pen point 44 and prevent infection when different people use the pen point.
When new ink needs to be filled, the ink cartridge 42 and the pen container 41 need to be relatively rotated first, so that the ink cartridge through hole 421 and the pen container through hole 412 are staggered, the bottom of the ink cartridge 42 and the bottom of the pen container 41 are sealed, the original ink can be prevented from leaking, then the pen point 44 is rotated, the pen point 44 can be taken down when the pen point fixing block 442 is aligned with the pen point positioning groove 414, the bottom end of the ink cartridge 41 is immersed into the ink after the pen point 44 is taken down, or the ink head with a structure similar to that of the pen point 44 is connected, then the ink cartridge 42 and the pen container 41 are relatively rotated to the original position, so that the ink cartridge through hole 421 and the pen container through hole 412 are aligned, the pen holder 43 is pulled, the pen holder 43 is gradually pulled out from the ink cartridge 42, so that the ink can enter the ink cartridge 42, (the pen holder screw hole 432 at the top of the pen holder 43 is matched with the screw thread at one end of the ink pulling rod 96, so that the pen holder 43 can be conveniently pulled out through the ink pulling rod 96), after the ink is filled, the ink cartridge 42 is rotated again, the cartridge through hole 421 and the barrel through hole 412 are dislocated, the pen point 44 is installed, and the cartridge 42 is rotated to align the cartridge through hole 421 and the barrel through hole 412, so that the refill 4 filled with new ink can be used continuously. In the marking pen of the above embodiment, the pen core 4 does not need to be taken out, but only the ink suction rod 96 needs to be extended into the housing 1 from the ink suction through hole 21, and the ink suction rod 96 is pulled by drawing the pen holder 43 in the ink cartridge 42 through the matching of the screw thread at the front end of the ink suction rod 96 and the pen holder screw hole 432, so as to suck ink. In addition, the pen core 4 of the present embodiment can be used for conveniently replacing the pen point, i.e. replacing the needle pen point or the common pen point according to the requirement, thereby greatly expanding the application range.
Three-color ink of red, blue and black is respectively stored in the three pen cores 4 and is used for marking different marks. The nibs 44 are of two types, one is a pointed tip (needle nib) at the front end for penetrating into the skin to make the ink enter the dermis layer of the skin to form a 'tattoo' mark, and the other is a common nib (made of polymer materials such as plastics, fibers and the like) to facilitate drawing a mark on the skin surface or body membrane. The marking pen is internally provided with a plurality of pen cores 4, and different pen cores 4 extend out of the bottom hole 11 for use by rotating the bottom sliding block 71 so as to meet different requirements, such as different pen heads 4 and different colors of ink which can be directly rotated and replaced, so that the marking pen of the embodiment has multiple purposes, and is convenient for medical staff to carry out different marks, for example, the medical staff in different departments can select different colors to be respectively used for CT positioning and verification marks.
In general, only one pen core 4 extends out of the bottom hole 11, as shown in fig. 2a and 3, when the pen core 4 needs to be switched, the dial block 711 is located at a position close to the bottom end of the axial groove 13 in the middle of the three axial grooves 13, the dial block 711 moves towards the circumferential groove 12, the bottom slider 71 also moves towards the top slider 72 (i.e. the top end direction), and the first elastic member 81 is compressed, the pen core 4 originally extending out of the bottom hole 11 is retracted into the housing 1, after the dial block 711 reaches the circumferential groove 12, the pen core 4 is completely retracted into the housing 1, at this time, the dial block 711 is dialed, the dial block 711 moves along the circumferential groove 12, at this time, the bottom slider 71 rotates, when the dial block 711 reaches the position of another axial groove 13, another pen core 4 is aligned with the bottom hole 11, at this time, the force applied to the dial block 711 is released, under the elastic force of the first elastic member 81, the bottom slider 71 naturally moves away from the top slider 72, so that one of the pen cores 4 protrudes from the bottom hole 11 for use, and the other two pen cores 4 are limited by the bottom wall of the housing 1 and remain in the housing 1. The second elastic member 82 is compressed by the bottom wall of the housing 1 or other members, so that the unextended pen core 4 is displaced to a certain extent in the direction of the top slider 72 with respect to the bottom slider 71.
After the pen point sleeve 16 is arranged, the pen point 4 is limited by the pen point sleeve 16, so that the pen point of the pen point 4 is not contacted with the bottom wall, and the pen point is prevented from being damaged.
The marker pen further comprises a bottom slider locking structure, wherein a locking groove 713 is formed in the circumferential direction of the outer wall of the bottom slider 71, a hook 714 is arranged on the bottom slider 71, one end of the hook 714 can protrude out of a hook on the inner wall of the bottom slider 71, the other end of the hook 714 can protrude out of the locking groove 713, when the bottom slider 71 is located at the bottom end, the non-protruding pen core 4 is limited by a pen point sleeve 16, so that the pen core 4 is displaced relative to the direction of the top slider 72 on the bottom slider 71, and the hook of the hook 714 hooks the locking protrusion 417 formed on the outer wall of the pen container 41 to fix the bottom slider 71 and lock the second elastic element 82. An unlocking block (not shown) is formed on the inner wall of the housing 1 and located in the locking groove 713, and when the bottom slider 71 rotates, the unlocking block touches the part of the hook 714 located in the locking groove 713, so that the hook part of the hook 714 is released from being matched with the locking protrusion 417, and the locking of the bottom slider 71 is released. The bottom slider 71 can drive the pen core 4 to slide downwards when sliding downwards, so that the pen point sleeve 16 can support the pen core 4 which does not extend out of the bottom hole and compress the second elastic part 82 of the pen core 4 at the same time, the bottom slider 71 is fixed with the shell 1 through the locking structure, the positions of the bottom slider 71 and the pen core 4 are ensured, meanwhile, the elastic force of the second elastic part 82 is locked, and the counteracting effect on the first elastic part 81 is reduced.
It is worth mentioning that the pen core 4 can be 1, 2, 3, 4 or even more.
The marking pen of this embodiment can be placed in special pen box and form the external member, as shown in fig. 10 and 11, the pen box includes open-top's box 91, sets up the case lid 92 at the box 91 top in the articulated way, is provided with fixing base 94 in the box 91 and divides into top and bottom in the box 91, the three-layer drawer 93 that is used for depositing disposable syringe needle nib 44 is seted up to the side of box 91 bottom, and the headspace is used for placing marking pen, drawing ink rod 96 and a plurality of ordinary nibs 44, and the inside one side of box 91 is provided with 3 ink horn 95 that hold different colours. The bottle mouth part of the ink box 94 is provided with a baffle sheet which is the same as the pen point 44, the baffle sheet is provided with a through hole which has the same structure as the pen point through hole 441, the bottle mouth part is also provided with a hollow suction pipe 97 (the dotted line in the ink box 95 is shown in figure 11) which extends into the bottom of the ink box 95, when the pen core 4 is filled with ink, the pen core 4 with the pen point 44 taken down is connected into the bottle mouth part, and the pen holder 43 is pulled out, so that the ink filling can be completed. Through the cooperation of the pen point through hole 441 and the through hole on the separation blade, a channel can be formed by absorbing ink, and the ink-leakage can be prevented in the process of taking up the pen core 4 after the ink absorption is finished by rotating the pen core 4 to form a closed opening.
