Background
Patients receiving radiation therapy need to accurately and clearly mark a radiotherapy line or a radiotherapy point, namely a radiotherapy mark, on the body surface. During treatment, the patient needs to maintain accurate and clear marking of the radiotherapy on his body surface.
In order to ensure accurate and clear marking of radiotherapy, doctors can require that the marked part cannot be soaked with water, and patients often cannot bath during radiotherapy. The radiotherapy mark can only be maintained for 1-2 weeks under the conditions that the mark is not stained with water and the patient rarely sweats. In practice, therefore, the healthcare worker almost every week re- "traces" (marks for radiotherapy) the patient.
The simple marking tools adopted by the medical staff in the prior art are made by various units, such as bamboo sticks and glass bottles, and a part of units use a radiotherapy marking pen. The common radiotherapy marker pen has the structural form that: the pen holder is provided with a pen core, and the end part of the pen core is discharged. The pen holder is held by medical staff, and the pen core is dragged to slide along the skin of a patient, so that a radiotherapy mark is drawn on the skin of the patient. However, the operation of medical staff is very examined to this kind of radiotherapy marker pen, hangs in midair with the nib and marks hardly draws the straight line on the patient, in case medical staff's hand trembles or does not aim, will lead to the radiotherapy mark inaccuracy of drawing easily. Therefore, when the prior art radiotherapy marker pen is used for drawing a radiotherapy marker for a patient, very bad experience is easily brought to the patient, and the treatment process is possibly influenced. Therefore, the existing radiotherapy marker pen has lower utilization rate in various large radiotherapy institutions, for example, beijing tumor hospitals, medical department hospitals, synergetic hospitals and the like still use self-made suggestion marking tools.

In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that the terms "center", "longitudinal", "lateral", "upper", "lower", "front", "rear", "left", "right", "vertical", "horizontal", "top", "bottom", "inner", "outer", and the like indicate orientations or positional relationships based on the orientations or positional relationships shown in the drawings, merely to facilitate description of the present invention and simplify the description, and do not indicate or imply that the apparatus or elements referred to must have a specific orientation, be configured and operated in a specific orientation, and therefore should not be construed as limiting the present invention. Furthermore, the terms "first," "second," and "third" are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.
In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that, unless explicitly specified and limited otherwise, the terms "connected," "connected," and "connected" are to be construed broadly, and may be either fixedly connected, detachably connected, or integrally connected, for example; can be mechanically or electrically connected; can be directly connected or indirectly connected through an intermediate medium. The specific meaning of the above terms in the present invention will be understood in specific cases by those of ordinary skill in the art.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a medical marker pen according to an embodiment includes a pen shaft 1, a pen core, and a driving part. An opening is arranged at the first end of the pen holder 1, the driving part is connected with the pen core, and the driving pen core at least partially extends out of the pen holder 1 or is retracted into the pen holder 1 through the opening. The refill includes first refill 2 and rotates second refill 3 of connecting first refill 2, and first refill 2 is including the drive end of connecting drive part to and connect the first link of second refill 3, and second refill 3 is including the second link and the free end of connecting first refill 2, and first refill 2 and second refill 3 are constructed: under the condition that the free end is positioned outside the pen holder 1, the second pen core 3 can rotate and be unfolded relative to the first pen core 2; the second cartridge 3 and the first cartridge 2 are folded with the free end positioned in the barrel 1.
Wherein, the term "rotational connection" among the "cartridge includes the first cartridge 2 and the second cartridge 3 rotationally connected to the first cartridge 2" means that the second cartridge 3 can rotate relative to the first cartridge 2. And the pen refill part moving out of the pen holder 1 can mark the skin of a patient without only depending on a pen point.
This kind of marker for medical treatment need not to drag the marker for medical treatment in order to carry out the marking of drawing lines when patient's skin makes the mark, only need through drive arrangement drive refill for the free end of second refill 3 moves outside pen-holder 1, and then can expand first refill 2 and second refill 3 this moment, and directly mark on one's body the patient through first refill 2 and the second refill 3 of expansion. The pen refill utilizes the extension characteristic of the pen refill, does not need to additionally use auxiliary tools, ensures the shape of the mark, for example, extends along a straight line, is convenient for medical staff to operate, and even can be used by patients themselves for finishing marking operation.
Specifically, the first pen core 2 and the second pen core 3 are both provided with marking liquid (i.e. marking liquid), when the marks are required to be carried out on the skin of a patient, the first pen core 2 and/or the second pen core 3 are only required to be attached to the skin of the corresponding position of the patient, and then the marks corresponding to the shapes of the first pen core 2 and the second pen core 3 can be directly obtained.
It should be noted that, when only the end of the pen core is exposed out of the pen holder 1 (i.e. the end of the first connecting end of the first pen core 2 and the end of the second connecting end of the second pen core 3 are exposed out of the pen holder 1), the marking pen for radiotherapy can also be used as a common marking pen, and refer to fig. 1. At this time, the first connection end of the first pen core 2 and/or the second connection end of the second pen core 3 serve as pen points, and the pen points are marked on the skin of a patient by dragging the pen holder 1, so that marking is completed.
In addition, when the first pen core 2 is mostly exposed outside the pen holder 1 and the free end of the second pen core 3 is still located in the pen holder 1, the skin of the patient can be marked by the first pen core 2. For example, when the marked part is an arm or a leg, the size of the mark is not too large, and the marking can be completed without dragging the medical marking pen by driving the first pen core 2 with a corresponding length out of the pen holder 1 without expanding the second pen core 3. When the required marking size of the part to be marked is large, for example, the abdomen is required to be marked, at the moment, the free end of the second pen core 3 can be driven to the outside of the pen holder 1, the second pen core 3 is unfolded, the second pen core 3 is positioned on the extension line of the first pen core 2, and then the first pen core 2 and the second pen core 3 are attached to the abdomen simultaneously or sequentially, so that the abdomen marking is completed.
In fig. 1, the driving part drives the pen core to move rightwards, so that the pen core at least partially extends out of the pen holder 1 through the opening. In fig. 2, the driving part drives the pen core to move leftwards, so that the pen core can be at least partially retracted into the pen holder 1 through the opening. In fig. 1 and 2, the left end of the first pen core 2, i.e., the driving end, and the right end of the first pen core 2, i.e., the first connection end; the right end of the second pen core 3, i.e. the second connection end, and the left end of the second pen core 3, i.e. the free end.
It should be noted that, although in fig. 1, the refill still remains partially outside the pen holder 1, the refill and the pen holder 1 may be reasonably designed in size, so that the refill may be completely located in the pen holder 1, so as to better protect the refill. Especially when the cartridge is usually marked on the skin, the cartridge is more easily dried when exposed to the external environment. Therefore, the pen core is designed to be completely retracted into the pen holder 1, so that the pen core is completely retracted into the pen holder 1 when the medical marker pen is not in use, and the service life of the medical marker pen can be prolonged.
Wherein, the manufacture of the pen core can refer to the part of the water outlet in the water color pen.
In one embodiment, the second end of the barrel 1 is provided with a wick container 9. That is, the medical marker pen has one end for marking a patient and the opposite end provided with the wick container 9, and further, the wick container 9 can be placed therein for wiping the mark or sterilizing the skin. For example, alcohol cotton may be placed in the wick container 9 for wiping the skin before marking with radiation or for elimination when the medical personnel marks errors.
In one embodiment, the wick container 9 is also connected to a driving member, so that the wick container 9 can also move relative to the barrel 1, so that the wick container 9 can move toward the inside of the barrel 1 or toward the outside of the barrel 1.
Wherein, the cotton core container 9 and the pen core can be connected with the same driving component or different driving components. When the wick container 9 and the cartridge are connected to different driving means, the control of the wick container 9 and the cartridge is independent of each other.
In one embodiment, the wick container 9 and the cartridge are connected to the same drive member.
In one embodiment, the driving component comprises a screw-nut pair located in the pen holder 1, the screw-nut pair comprises a screw 5 and a nut capable of moving along the screw 5, a rotating part 6 is arranged on the pen holder 1, and the rotating part 6 is connected with the screw 5 and drives the screw 5 to rotate. Furthermore, when the medical staff or other operators rotate the rotating part 6, the screw rod 5 rotates in the pen holder 1, so that the nut on the screw rod 5 moves linearly relative to the screw rod 5. When the pen core is connected with the nut, the pen core can do linear motion by rotating the screw rod 5. When the pen core and the cotton core container 9 are both connected with the nuts, the screw rod 5 rotates to enable the pen core and the cotton core container 9 to do linear motion.
For example, the rotating part may be a roller capable of rotating relative to the pen holder 1, and the roller is rotated to drive the screw rod to rotate. For example, the rotating part may be a rotating ring, and the screw rod may be driven to rotate by rotating the rotating ring. For another example, the rotating part may be an operating handle extending from the inside of the pen holder 1 to the outside of the pen holder, at this time, an annular groove is formed in the pen holder 1, one end of the operating handle is fixed to the screw rod, and the other end of the operating handle extends out of the annular groove, and drives the operating handle along the annular groove, thereby driving the screw rod to rotate.
In one embodiment, the screw rod 5 comprises a first thread section on which a first nut 7 is arranged and a second thread section on which a second nut 8 is arranged, the first nut 7 being connected to the drive end of the first cartridge 2, i.e. the first nut 7 being connected to the left end of the first cartridge 2 in fig. 1 and 2, the second nut 8 being connected to the cotton core receptacle 9. In this case, the rotation part 6 can simultaneously drive the cotton core container 9 and the pen core to move.
In order to ensure that the first nut 7 and the second nut 8 do linear motion relative to the screw rod 5, the cross section of the inner cavity of the pen holder 1 can be correspondingly designed so as to prevent the first nut 7 and the second nut 8 from rotating along with the screw rod 5 in the pen holder 1. For example, the cross section of the inner cavity of the pen holder 1 can be designed into a hexagon, or can be designed into an ellipse, a rectangle or even a rectangle, etc. Further, in order to facilitate the holding, the outer shape of the pen holder 1 is designed to be ergonomic, for example, the outer cross section of the pen holder 1 is elliptical.
When the first thread section and the second thread section are rotated oppositely, the rotating part 6 is driven to rotate along the set direction, so that the pen core moves towards the direction extending to the outside of the pen holder 1, and the cotton core container 9 also moves towards the direction extending to the outside of the pen holder 1. That is, when the medical marker pen is in the use state, the cartridge and the cotton core container 9 can be driven to a state of convenient operation by one operation.
Of course, the first thread segments and the second thread segments may also be rotationally identical. In this case, when the cartridge moves toward the outside of the cartridge holder 1, the cartridge container 9 moves toward the inside of the cartridge holder 1; conversely, when the cartridge moves toward the inside of the cartridge 1, the cartridge container 9 moves toward the outside of the cartridge 1. Furthermore, a balance is maintained in the size of the medical marker pen, and the cartridge container 9 are always presented to the operator in a specific order.
The drive member may also take the form of a piston when both the cartridge and the cartridge container 9 are connected to the same drive member. For example, the driving member includes a double-headed piston. One piston head of the double-headed piston is connected with the driving end, and the other piston head is connected with the cotton core container 9.
In one embodiment, the wick container 9 comprises a wick barrel fixed relative to the barrel 1 and a wick base axially movable relative to the barrel. Furthermore, the cotton core in the cotton core base can move relative to the cotton core barrel by driving the cotton core base to move, so that the cotton core can be taken by an operator conveniently. The cotton core container 9 has a structure similar to that of a lipstick tube in principle.
Further, the wick container 9 further includes a sealing cover for sealing the wick cylinder and the wick base to prevent the marking liquid carried by the wick located in the wick cylinder from evaporating.
In one embodiment, the cotton core container 9 is provided with alcohol cotton in a compressed manner, and the alcohol cotton is layered. Furthermore, when the alcohol cotton is used each time, only the alcohol cotton at the uppermost layer is needed to be taken.
Further, the adjacent alcohol cotton layers are mutually folded. That is, after the alcohol cotton at the uppermost layer is taken, the next alcohol cotton layer can be taken up by the alcohol cotton at the upper layer, so that the alcohol cotton is convenient to obtain in use.
In one embodiment, the pen holder 1 is transparent, and a scale is provided on the pen holder 1, and a pointer is provided on the pen core and/or the driving part. Therefore, when the driving part drives the pen core to move, the extending length of the pen core relative to the pen holder 1 can be read through the scale pointed by the pointer, and the length of the mark can be conveniently controlled. Because the sizes of the required marks are different when different parts of a human body are marked, the extending length of the pen core under different conditions can be conveniently adjusted through the arrangement of the scales on the pen holder 1, and the use requirements under different conditions are met.
In some cases, when the first pen core 2 is driven to the limit position, the second pen core 3 is not opened, and the marking requirement can be met, so that the first pen core 2 and the second pen core 3 do not need to be unfolded.
Referring to fig. 3, an elastic member 4 is coupled to the first cartridge 2, and the free end of the second cartridge 3 compresses the elastic member 4 in the case where the second cartridge 3 and the first cartridge 2 are folded. Through setting up elastic component 4 on first refill 2, can make when the free end of second refill 3 moves outside pen-holder 1, under the elastic restoring force effect of elastic component 4, second refill 3 can open automatically, and then marks out the mark that accords with the dimensional requirement at patient's skin automatically.
In fig. 3 two positions of the second pen core 3 are shown. The second pen refill 3 and the first pen refill 2 form a set angle in the moving process, and the set angle is between 0 degrees and 180 degrees. The second pen core 3 in the unfolded state is located in the extending direction of the first pen core 2. The arrow direction in fig. 3 indicates the rotation direction at the time of the expansion of the second pen core 3.
Referring to fig. 4, a first limit protrusion 201 is formed at a first connection end of the first cartridge 2, a second limit protrusion 301 is formed at a second connection end of the second cartridge 3, and the first limit protrusion 201 and the second limit protrusion 301 are engaged with each other. Further, in the case of expanding the second cartridge 3, the angle between the first cartridge 2 and the second cartridge 3 is secured by the inter-engagement between the first stopper protrusion 201 and the second stopper protrusion 301, preventing the second cartridge 3 from rotating to the lower side of the first cartridge 2.
When the first and second stopper protrusions 201 and 301 are provided, the above-mentioned elastic member 4 may also be provided between the first and second stopper protrusions 201 and 301. For example, the elastic member 4 is horizontally arranged, and one end is connected to the vertical end surface of the first pen core 2, and the other end is connected to the vertical end surface of the second limit protrusion 301; for another example, the elastic member 4 is horizontally arranged, and one end is connected with the vertical end surface of the first limiting protrusion 201, and the other end is connected with the vertical end surface of the second pen core 3; for another example, the elastic member 4 is vertically disposed, and one end is connected to the horizontal end surface of the first limiting protrusion 201, and the other end is connected to the horizontal end surface of the second limiting protrusion 301. In this case, the elastic member 4 is hidden between the first pen core 2 and the second pen core 3, and interference with other components can be avoided.
When the cartridge is required to be retracted or partially retracted into the barrel 1, the second cartridge 3 and the first cartridge 2 can be manually folded and the elastic member 4 is compressed, so that the folded first cartridge 2 and second cartridge 3 can be smoothly returned into the barrel 1.
Wherein the elastic member 4 may be, but is not limited to, a spring.
Of course, the elastic member 4 may not be provided, and when the first pen core 2 and the second pen core 3 are required to be unfolded, the second pen core 3 may be moved to the extending direction of the first pen core 2 by a manual operation.
In general, a medical marking pen is used to make a straight mark, whereby the first pen core 2 and the second pen core 3 are also generally straight, and the second pen core 3 is positioned on the same straight line as the first pen core 2 when being unfolded.
In one embodiment, the barrel 1 is filled with an adsorption material of a marking liquid. For example, the pen holder 1 may be filled with a fiber material such as cotton, and the fiber material may be filled with a marking liquid, thereby ensuring that the cartridge may generally obtain the marking liquid from the fiber material to ensure smoothness of marking.
The medical marker pen can be used for marking in radiotherapy and can also be used for marking the skin of a patient in any other medical field.
The above embodiments are only for illustrating the present invention, and are not limiting of the present invention. While the invention has been described in detail with reference to the embodiments, those skilled in the art will appreciate that various combinations, modifications, and substitutions can be made thereto without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
