The specific meaning of the above terms in the present invention can be understood in specific cases to those skilled in the art.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the embodiment of the medical marking pen comprises a pen holder 1, a pen core and a driving part. The first end of the penholder 1 is provided with an opening, the driving part is connected with the refill, and at least part of the driving refill extends out of the penholder 1 or retracts into the penholder 1 through the opening. The refill includes first refill 2 and rotates the second refill 3 of connecting first refill 2, and first refill 2 is including the drive end of connecting drive part to and connect the first link end of second refill 3, and second refill 3 is including connecting the second link end and the free end of first refill 2, and first refill 2 and second refill 3 are constructed into: under the condition that the free end is positioned outside the penholder 1, the second pen core 3 can rotate and expand relative to the first pen core 2; with the free end inside the barrel 1, the second cartridge 3 and the first cartridge 2 are folded.
The term "rotationally connected" in the "pen core comprising the first pen core 2 and the second pen core 3 rotationally connected to the first pen core 2" means that the second pen core 3 can rotate relative to the first pen core 2. Moreover, the refill part moving out of the pen holder 1 can mark the skin of the patient without only depending on the pen point.
This kind of marker pen for medical treatment when patient's skin is marked, need not to drag the marker pen for medical treatment in order to carry out the setting-out mark, only need through drive part drive refill for the free end of second refill 3 moves outside pen-holder 1, and then can expand first refill 2 and second refill 3 this moment, and directly mark toward the patient on one's body through the first refill 2 and the second refill 3 that expand. The pencil lead utilizes the extension characteristic of the pencil lead, does not need to additionally help an auxiliary tool, ensures the shape of the mark, for example, extends along a straight line, is convenient for the medical staff to operate, and even can complete the marking operation by the patient himself.
Specifically, the first pen core 2 and the second pen core 3 are both provided with marking liquid (namely, liquid for marking), when the marking needs to be carried out on the skin of a patient, the first pen core 2 and/or the second pen core 3 only need to be attached to the skin of the patient at the corresponding positions, and then the marks corresponding to the first pen core 2 and the second pen core 3 in shape can be directly obtained.
It should be noted that when only the end of the pen core is exposed outside the pen holder 1 (i.e. the end of the first connection end of the first pen core 2 and the end of the second connection end of the second pen core 3 are exposed outside the pen holder 1), the marking pen for radiotherapy can also be used as a common marking pen, please refer to fig. 1. At this time, the first connection end of the first pen core 2 and/or the second connection end of the second pen core 3 are used as pen points, and the pen points leave marks on the skin of a patient by dragging the pen holder 1, so that marking is completed.
In addition, when the first pen core 2 is mostly exposed out of the pen holder 1 and the free end of the second pen core 3 is still positioned in the pen holder 1, the skin of a patient can be marked through the first pen core 2. For example, when the marked part is an arm or a leg, the size of the required mark is not too large, and the marking can be completed without drawing the medical marking pen only by driving the first pen core 2 with the corresponding length out of the pen holder 1 and without unfolding the second pen core 3. When the required marking size of the part needing to be marked is large, for example, the abdomen needs to be marked, the free end of the second pen core 3 can be driven to the outside of the pen holder 1, the second pen core 3 is unfolded, the second pen core 3 is located on the extension line of the first pen core 2, and then the first pen core 2 and the second pen core 3 are attached to the abdomen at the same time or successively, so that the abdomen is marked.
In fig. 1, the driving part drives the refill to move rightwards, so that the refill at least partially extends out of the pen holder 1 through the opening. In fig. 2, the driving part drives the refill to move leftwards, so that the refill can be at least partially withdrawn into the pen holder 1 through the opening. In fig. 1 and 2, the left end of the first pen core 2 is also called a driving end, and the right end of the first pen core 2 is also called a first connecting end; the right end of the second pen core 3 is also the second connecting end, and the left end of the second pen core 3 is also the free end.
It should be noted that although fig. 1 shows that the refill still remains partially outside the barrel 1, the size of the refill and the barrel 1 may be designed reasonably, so that the refill can be completely located in the barrel 1 to protect the refill better. Particularly, when the refill can be marked on the skin, the refill is easier to dry when exposed to the external environment. Therefore, the pen core is designed to be completely retracted into the pen holder 1, so that the pen core is completely retracted into the pen holder 1 when the medical marking pen is not in use, and the service life of the medical marking pen can be prolonged.
The manufacturing of the pen core can refer to the water outlet part of the water color pen.
In one embodiment, the second end of the barrel 1 is provided with a wick container 9. That is, one end of the medical marking pen can be used for marking a patient, the opposite end is provided with the cotton core container 9, and then a cotton core can be placed in the cotton core container 9 and used for wiping the mark or disinfecting the skin and the like. For example, alcohol wipes may be placed in the wick container 9 for wiping the skin prior to radiation marking, or for removal by medical personnel in the event of a wrong marking.
In one embodiment, the refill container 9 is also connected to a drive member, and the refill container 9 is movable relative to the barrel 1, such that the refill container 9 is movable towards the inside of the barrel 1 and also towards the outside of the barrel 1.
Wherein, the cotton core container 9 and the pen core can be connected with the same driving part and can also be connected with different driving parts. When the cotton core container 9 and the pen core are connected with different driving parts, the control of the cotton core container 9 and the control of the pen core are mutually independent.
In one embodiment, the cotton container 9 and the refill are connected to the same drive member.
In one embodiment, the driving component comprises a screw nut pair in the pen holder 1, the screw nut pair comprises a screw 5 and a nut capable of moving along the screw 5, the pen holder 1 is provided with a rotating part 6, and the rotating part 6 is connected with the screw 5 and drives the screw 5 to rotate. Furthermore, when the medical staff or other operators rotate the rotating part 6, the lead screw 5 rotates in the pen holder 1, so that the nut on the lead screw 5 makes linear motion relative to the lead screw 5. When the refill is connected with the nut, the lead screw 5 rotates to enable the refill to do linear motion. When the pen core and the cotton core container 9 are both connected with the nuts, the screw rod 5 rotates to enable the pen core and the cotton core container 9 to do linear motion.
For example, the rotating part can be a roller capable of rotating relative to the pen holder 1, and the roller drives the screw rod to rotate by rotating the roller. For example, the rotating portion may be a rotating ring, and the screw rod is driven to rotate by rotating the rotating ring. For another example, the rotating part may also be an operating handle extending from the inside of the pen holder 1 to the outside of the pen holder, an annular groove is formed on the pen holder 1, one end of the operating handle is fixed to the screw rod, and the other end of the operating handle extends out of the annular groove, so that the operating handle is driven along the annular groove to drive the screw rod to rotate.
In one embodiment, the lead screw 5 comprises a first thread section and a second thread section, a first nut 7 is arranged on the first thread section, a second nut 8 is arranged on the second thread section, the first nut 7 is connected with the driving end of the first pen core 2, namely the first nut 7 is connected with the left end of the first pen core 2 in fig. 1 and 2, and the second nut 8 is connected with the cotton core container 9. In this case, the cotton core container 9 and the pen core can be driven to move simultaneously by the rotating part 6.
In order to ensure that the first nut 7 and the second nut 8 do linear motion relative to the lead screw 5, the cross section of the inner cavity of the pen holder 1 can be designed correspondingly so as to prevent the first nut 7 and the second nut 8 from rotating along with the lead screw 5 in the pen holder 1. For example, the cross section of the inner cavity of the pen holder 1 can be designed to be hexagonal, or can be designed to be oval, rectangular or even rectangular. Further, for convenience of hand holding, the outer shape of the barrel 1 is ergonomically designed, for example, the outer cross section of the barrel 1 is elliptical.
When the first thread section and the second thread section are opposite in rotating direction, the rotating part 6 is driven to rotate along the set direction, so that the refill can move towards the direction extending out of the pen holder 1, and the cotton core container 9 also moves towards the direction extending out of the pen holder 1. That is, when the marking pen for medical use is in use, the pen core and the cotton core container 9 can be driven to a state convenient for operation by one operation.
Of course, the first thread segments and the second thread segments may also be threaded in the same direction. In this case, when the refill moves toward the outside of the barrel 1, the cotton container 9 moves toward the inside of the barrel 1; on the contrary, when the refill moves towards the inside of the barrel 1, the cotton container 9 moves towards the outside of the barrel 1. Further, the medical marking pen is maintained in a balanced size, and the pen core and the cotton core container 9 are always presented to the operator in a specific order.
When the refill and the cotton container 9 are both connected to the same drive member, the drive member may also take the form of a piston. For example, the drive member comprises a double-headed piston. One piston head of the double-head piston is connected with the driving end, and the other piston head is connected with the cotton core container 9.
In one embodiment, the cartridge container 9 comprises a cartridge fixed relative to the barrel 1 and a cartridge mount axially movable relative to the cartridge. Furthermore, through the motion of drive cotton core base, can be so that the relative cotton core section of thick bamboo motion of cotton core in the middle of the cotton core base to the operator takes. The principle of the structure of the cotton core container 9 is similar to that of a lipstick tube.
Further, the wick container 9 further includes a sealing cover for sealing the wick cylinder and the wick base to prevent the marking liquid carried by the wick in the wick cylinder from evaporating.
In one embodiment, the cotton core container 9 is compressed with alcohol cotton, and the alcohol cotton is layered. Furthermore, when the alcohol cotton is used each time, only the alcohol cotton at the uppermost layer needs to be taken.
Furthermore, the alcohol cotton of adjacent layers are mutually folded. That is, after the alcohol cotton of the uppermost layer is taken, the next layer of alcohol cotton can be taken up by the upper layer of alcohol cotton, and then the alcohol cotton is obtained when the alcohol cotton is convenient to use.
In one embodiment, the pen holder 1 is transparent, scales are arranged on the pen holder 1, and the pen core and/or the driving part are provided with pointers. Therefore, when the driving part drives the pen core to move, the extending length of the pen core relative to the pen holder 1 can be read through the scales pointed by the pointer, and the length of the mark can be conveniently controlled. Because when marking human different positions, the size of required mark is also different, through the setting of scale on pen-holder 1, can conveniently adjust the length of stretching out of refill under the different conditions, satisfies the user demand under the different conditions.
In some cases, when the first pen core 2 is driven to the limit position, the marking requirement can be met without opening the second pen core 3, and then the first pen core 2 and the second pen core 3 do not need to be unfolded.
Referring to fig. 3, in the case where the elastic member 4 is coupled to the first cartridge 2 and the second cartridge 3 and the first cartridge 2 are folded, the free end of the second cartridge 3 compresses the elastic member 4. Through set up elastic component 4 on first refill 2, can be so that 3 free ends of second refill when moving outside pen-holder 1, under the elastic restoring force effect of elastic component 4, second refill 3 can be opened automatically, and then mark out the mark that accords with size requirement at patient's skin automatically.
Two positions of the second pen core 3 are shown in fig. 3. The second pen core 3 and the first pen core 2 form a set angle in the moving process, and the set angle is between 0 and 180 degrees. The second pen core 3 in the developed state is located in the extending direction of the first pen core 2. The arrow direction in fig. 3 indicates the rotation direction when the second cartridge 3 is developed.
Referring to fig. 4, a first limiting protrusion 201 is formed at a first connection end of the first pen core 2, a second limiting protrusion 301 is formed at a second connection end of the second pen core 3, and the first limiting protrusion 201 and the second limiting protrusion 301 are matched with each other. And then under the condition of expanding second refill 3, through the cooperation of mutually between first spacing arch 201 and the second spacing arch 301, guarantee the angle between first refill 2 and the second refill 3, prevent that second refill 3 from rotating to the below of first refill 2.
When the first and second stopper protrusions 201 and 301 are provided, the above-mentioned elastic member 4 may be further provided between the first and second stopper protrusions 201 and 301. For example, the elastic element 4 is horizontally arranged, one end of the elastic element is connected with the vertical end face of the first pen core 2, and the other end of the elastic element is connected with the vertical end face of the second limiting protrusion 301; for another example, the elastic element 4 is horizontally arranged, and one end of the elastic element is connected with the vertical end surface of the first limiting protrusion 201, and the other end of the elastic element is connected with the vertical end surface of the second pen core 3; for another example, the elastic member 4 is vertically disposed, and one end of the elastic member is connected to the horizontal end surface of the first limiting protrusion 201, and the other end of the elastic member is connected to the horizontal end surface of the second limiting protrusion 301. In this case, the elastic member 4 is hidden between the first pen core 2 and the second pen core 3, and interference with other parts can be avoided.
When the pen core needs to be retracted or partially retracted into the pen holder 1, the second pen core 3 and the first pen core 2 can be manually folded and the elastic piece 4 is compressed, so that the folded first pen core 2 and the folded second pen core 3 can be smoothly retracted into the pen holder 1.
Wherein, the elastic member 4 can be, but is not limited to, a spring.
Of course, the elastic member 4 may not be provided, and when the first pen core 2 and the second pen core 3 need to be unfolded, the second pen core 3 may be moved to the extending direction of the first pen core 2 by manual operation.
In general, the marking pen for medical use is used for making a straight mark, whereby the first pen core 2 and the second pen core 3 are also generally in the shape of a straight line, and the second pen core 3 is extended to be positioned on the same straight line as the first pen core 2.
In one embodiment, the pen shaft 1 is filled with an adsorbing material of the marking fluid. For example, the pen holder 1 may be filled with a fiber material, such as cotton, and the fiber material may be filled with a marking fluid, so as to ensure that the pen core can generally obtain the marking fluid from the fiber material, thereby ensuring the smoothness of the marking.
It should be noted that, the marking pen for medical treatment of the present invention can be used for marking in radiotherapy and can also be used for marking the skin of a patient correspondingly in any other medical fields.
The above embodiments are merely illustrative, and not restrictive, of the present invention. Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that various combinations, modifications or equivalent substitutions may be made to the technical solution of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solution of the present invention, and all of the technical solutions should be covered by the scope of the claims of the present invention.
