一种尿不湿
【技术领域】
本发明涉及非织造布的技术领域，特别是一种使用非织造布的尿不湿的技术领域。
【背景技术】
非织造材料具有多孔、质巧、柔软、易成形的特性，在卫生用品领域、服用领域、保温领域等具有非常广泛的应用。特别是近几年随着生活水平的提高，科学技术的不断发展，人们对各种非织造材料的要求也越来越高，如人们希望婴幼儿尿不湿和妇女用卫生巾具有更高的热湿舒适性等。现有研究已经表明一般意义上的纺织品只有保温功能，不具备降温和调温功能，当环境温度较高时，传统纺织品不能保证人体处于舒适的温度范围。因此婴幼儿尿不湿内的湿热无法快速散发引起的“红屁屁”问题就成了阻碍婴幼儿尿不湿进一步发展的难点。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题，提出一种尿不湿，具有调温层，可以吸收、储存和释放热量，保证人体处于舒适的温度范围。
为实现上述目的，本发明提出了一种尿不湿，包括抗菌层、调温非织造布层、吸收层、若干透气通道、底层、若干第一通孔、若干第二通孔和若干凸起，所述底层的上表面设有吸收层，所述吸收层的上表面设有调温非织造布层，所述调温非织造布层上表面设有抗菌层，所述抗菌层的上表面设有均匀分布的凸起，所述抗菌层在相邻的两个凸起之间设有第一通孔，所述第二通孔在调温非织造布层上排列成若干通孔组，通孔组与第一通孔一一对应，所述吸收层内设有透气通道，所述透气通道的两端分别与底层和调温非织造布层固定连接，所述透气通道为可伸缩弹性透气通道。
作为优选，所述通孔组由五个第二通孔构成，所述五个第二通孔呈梅花状排列。
作为优选，所述凸起上间隔均匀的排列有导流槽。
本发明的有益效果：本发明通过将吸收层的上表面设有调温非织造布层，能够蓄热和放热，第一通孔与第二通孔的配合能够提高吸收速度，提高蓄热和放热效果，透气通道提高透气性，并且可根据吸收层的膨胀而伸长，与现有技术相比，具有调温层，可以吸收、储存和释放热量，保证人体处于舒适的温度范围，并且透气性好。

参阅图1，本发明一种尿不湿，包括抗菌层1、调温非织造布层2、吸收层3、若干透气通道4、底层5、若干第一通孔6、若干第二通孔7和若干凸起8，所述底层5的上表面设有吸收层3，所述吸收层3的上表面设有调温非织造布层2，所述调温非织造布层2上表面设有抗菌层1，所述抗菌层1的上表面设有均匀分布的凸起8，所述抗菌层1在相邻的两个凸起8之间设有第一通孔6，所述第二通孔7在调温非织造布层2上排列成若干通孔组，通孔组与第一通孔6一一对应，所述吸收层3内设有透气通道4，所述透气通道4的两端分别与底层5和调温非织造布层2固定连接，所述透气通道4为可伸缩弹性透气通道，所述通孔组由五个第二通孔7构成，所述五个第二通孔7呈梅花状排列，所述凸起8上间隔均匀的排列有导流槽9。
本发明一种调温非织造布生产工艺及使用该非织造布的尿不湿，与现有技术相比，具有调温层，可以吸收、储存和释放热量，保证人体处于舒适的温度范围，并且透气性好。

1.一种尿不湿，其特征在于：包括抗菌层（1）、调温非织造布层（2）、吸收层（3）、若干透气通道（4）、底层（5）、若干第一通孔（6）、若干第二通孔（7）和若干凸起（8），所述底层（5）的上表面设有吸收层（3），所述吸收层（3）的上表面设有调温非织造布层（2），所述调温非织造布层（2）上表面设有抗菌层（1），所述抗菌层（1）的上表面设有均匀分布的凸起（8），所述抗菌层（1）在相邻的两个凸起（8）之间设有第一通孔（6），所述第二通孔（7）在调温非织造布层（2）上排列成若干通孔组，通孔组与第一通孔（6）一一对应，所述吸收层（3）内设有透气通道（4），所述透气通道（4）的两端分别与底层（5）和调温非织造布层（2）固定连接，所述透气通道（4）为可伸缩弹性透气通道，所述凸起（8）上间隔均匀的排列有导流槽（9），所述通孔组由五个第二通孔（7）构成，所述五个第二通孔（7）呈梅花状排列。
