Abstract
本发明公开了一种新型可调温尿不湿，包括竹炭纤维层、调温非织造布层、吸收层、若干透气通道、底层、若干第一通孔、若干第二通孔、若干凸起、导流层和第二导流槽，所述竹炭纤维层、调温非织造布层、导流层、吸收层和底层由上到下依次排列，所述竹炭纤维层的上表面设有均匀分布的凸起，所述竹炭纤维层在相邻的两个凸起之间设有第一通孔，所述调温无纺布层上分布有第二通孔，所述第二通孔与第一通孔一一对应，所述吸收层内设有透气通道，所述透气通道的两端分别与底层和导流层固定连接，与现有技术相比，具有调温层，可以吸收、储存和释放热量，保证人体处于舒适的温度范围，并且抑菌抗菌，提高透气性，提高吸收速度。
Description
【技术领域】
本发明涉及尿不湿的技术领域，特别是一种新型可调温尿不湿的技术领域。
【背景技术】
非织造材料具有多孔、质巧、柔软、易成形的特性，在卫生用品领域、服用领域、保温领域等具有非常广泛的应用。特别是近几年随着生活水平的提高，科学技术的不断发展，人们对各种非织造材料的要求也越来越高，如人们希望婴幼儿尿不湿和妇女用卫生巾具有更高的热湿舒适性等。现有研究已经表明一般意义上的纺织品只有保温功能，不具备降温和调温功能，当环境温度较高时，传统纺织品不能保证人体处于舒适的温度范围。因此婴幼儿尿不湿内的湿热无法快速散发引起的“红屁屁”问题就成了阻碍婴幼儿尿不湿进一步发展的难点。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题，提出一种新型可调温尿不湿，具有调温层，可以吸收、储存和释放热量，保证人体处于舒适的温度范围。
为实现上述目的，本发明提出了一种新型可调温尿不湿，包括竹炭纤维层、调温非织造布层、吸收层、若干透气通道、底层、若干第一通孔、若干第二通孔、若干凸起、导流层和第二导流槽，所述竹炭纤维层、调温非织造布层、导流层、吸收层和底层由上到下依次排列，所述竹炭纤维层的上表面设有均匀分布的凸起，所述竹炭纤维层在相邻的两个凸起之间设有第一通孔，所述调温无纺布层上分布有第二通孔，所述第二通孔与第一通孔一一对应，所述吸收层内设有透气通道，所述透气通道的两端分别与底层和导流层固定连接，所述透气通道为可伸缩弹性透气通道，所述导流层上设有若干第二导流槽，所述第二通孔与第二导流槽连通。
作为优选，所述第二通孔的横截面为梅花形形状。
作为优选，所述凸起上间隔均匀的排列有第一导流槽。
本发明的有益效果：本发明通过将调温无纺布层的上表面设有竹炭纤维层，竹炭纤维层具有吸湿透气，抑菌抗菌，分解异味和消臭的特点，调温无纺布层可以吸收、储存和释放热量，保证人体处于舒适的温度范围，第一通孔和第二通孔配合提高吸收速度以及储存和释放热量的效果，凸起减少接触面积，提高透气性，透气通道提高透气性，并且可根据吸收层的膨胀而伸长，与现有技术相比，具有调温层，可以吸收、储存和释放热量，保证人体处于舒适的温度范围，并且抑菌抗菌，提高透气性，提高吸收速度。

参阅图1，本发明一种新型可调温尿不湿，包括竹炭纤维层1、调温非织造布层2、吸收层3、若干透气通道4、底层5、若干第一通孔6、若干第二通孔7、若干凸起8、导流层10和第二导流槽11，所述竹炭纤维层1、调温非织造布层2、导流层10、吸收层3和底层5由上到下依次排列，所述竹炭纤维层1的上表面设有均匀分布的凸起8，所述竹炭纤维层1在相邻的两个凸起8之间设有第一通孔6，所述调温无纺布层2上分布有第二通孔7，所述第二通孔7与第一通孔6一一对应，所述吸收层3内设有透气通道4，所述透气通道4的两端分别与底层5和导流层10固定连接，所述透气通道4为可伸缩弹性透气通道，所述导流层10上设有若干第二导流槽11，所述第二通孔7与第二导流槽11连通，所述第二通孔4的横截面为梅花形形状，所述凸起8上间隔均匀的排列有第一导流槽9。
本发明工作过程：
本发明一种新型可调温尿不湿在工作过程中，将调温无纺布层2的上表面设有竹炭纤维层1，竹炭纤维层1具有吸湿透气，抑菌抗菌，分解异味和消臭的特点，调温无纺布层2可以吸收、储存和释放热量，保证人体处于舒适的温度范围，第一通孔6和第二通孔7配合提高吸收速度以及储存和释放热量的效果，凸起减少接触面积，提高透气性，透气通道4提高透气性，并且可根据吸收层的膨胀而伸长，与现有技术相比，具有调温层，可以吸收、储存和释放热量，保证人体处于舒适的温度范围，并且抑菌抗菌，提高透气性，提高吸收速度。

1.一种新型可调温尿不湿，其特征在于：包括竹炭纤维层(1)、调温非织造布层(2)、吸收层(3)、若干透气通道(4)、底层(5)、若干第一通孔(6)、若干第二通孔(7)、若干凸起(8)、导流层(10)和第二导流槽(11)，所述竹炭纤维层(1)、调温非织造布层(2)、导流层(10)、吸收层(3)和底层(5)由上到下依次排列，所述竹炭纤维层(1)的上表面设有均匀分布的凸起(8)，所述竹炭纤维层(1)在相邻的两个凸起(8)之间设有第一通孔(6)，所述调温无纺布层(2)上分布有第二通孔(7)，所述第二通孔(7)与第一通孔(6)一一对应，所述吸收层(3)内设有透气通道(4)，所述透气通道(4)的两端分别与底层(5)和导流层(10)固定连接，所述透气通道(4)为可伸缩弹性透气通道，所述导流层(10)上设有若干第二导流槽(11)，所述第二通孔(7)与第二导流槽(11)连通。
