Abstract
本发明提供一种透气性面料,该面料本体设置抗菌层、基布层、吸汗层、防水透气层和透气孔,形成对汗液的吸收和及时散热,同时完成抗菌的性能,而且在透气孔的内壁上均设置热缩冷胀材料层,利用热缩冷胀材料层的热缩冷胀性能,使得透气孔能够根据环境温度自行调整透气孔孔径大小,从而改变面料的透气性能,使得低温时保暖性佳,高温时透气、排汗性好,具有舒适、干爽、不易产生异味的优势,而且该防水透气面料下表面粘连有纳米防水透气膜,可以利用防水透气面料和纳米防水透气膜同时进行防水工作,防水效果好,且不影响面料整体的透气性,便于使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及面料领域,具体涉及一种透气性面料。
背景技术
面料是用于制造成衣、床上用品等产品的重要原材料。随着生活水平的提高,人们对衣物用品的舒适度及功能的要求也越来越高,随着人们对面料使用性能的要求越来越高。
但是目前的面料吸汗、透气性十分差劲,而且将面料制造成衣、床上用品等与人体之间接触时,容易造成细菌滋生等问题。
发明内容
针对上述内容,为解决现有面料吸汗、透气性十分差劲,而且将面料制造成衣、床上用品等与人体之间接触时,容易造成细菌滋生等问题,本发明提供一种透气性面料,该面料本体设置抗菌层、基布层、吸汗层、防水透气层和透气孔,形成对汗液的吸收和及时散热,同时完成抗菌的性能,而且在透气孔的内壁上均设置热缩冷胀材料层,利用热缩冷胀材料层的热缩冷胀性能,使得透气孔能够根据环境温度自行调整透气孔孔径大小,从而改变面料的透气性能,使得低温时保暖性佳,高温时透气、排汗性好,具有舒适、干爽、不易产生异味的优势,而且该防水透气面料下表面粘连有纳米防水透气膜,可以利用防水透气面料和纳米防水透气膜同时进行防水工作,防水效果好,且不影响面料整体的透气性,便于使用。
技术方案为:包括面料本体,所述面料本体从内到外依次为抗菌层、吸汗层、基布层和防水透气层,所述抗菌层上均匀设有若干贯穿其厚度的通孔,所述吸汗层与所述抗菌层相连接的一面设有吸汗凸块,所述吸汗凸块与所述通孔大小相适配,使所述吸汗凸块嵌插在所述通孔内,所述面料本体上开设有透气孔,所述透气孔贯穿所述抗菌层、吸汗层和基布层设置,所述透气孔内壁设有热缩冷涨材料层,所述防水透气层远离所述基布层的侧面粘连有纳米防水透气膜。
优选地,所述透气孔包括位于所述抗菌层、吸汗层上的第一透气孔和位于所述基布层的第二透气孔,所送第一透气孔与所述第二透气孔相连通形成完整的所述透气孔,相连通的所述第一透气孔与所述第二透气孔之间形成夹角。
优选地,所述抗菌层、吸汗层、基布层、防水透气层和纳米防水透气膜之间均通过粘胶剂粘结在一起。
优选地,所述吸汗凸块包括两层吸水层,两层所述吸水层之间设有疏水层。
优选地,所述疏水层为丙纶纱线平纹结构,所述疏水层与两层所述吸水层通过过粘胶剂粘结在一起,位于下层所述吸水层与所述吸汗层一体成型设置。
优选地,所述吸汗层为真丝与绵丝交织而成。
优选地,所述抗菌层由棉纤维、银纤维混纺形成。
优选地,所述基布层为全棉针织层。
优选地,所述防水透气层采用防水透气面料制成。
本发明提供一种透气性面料,与现有技术相比有益效果为:
1 本发明的最内层为抗菌层,在面料与人体接触时利用抗菌层内部银纤维的抗拒性能实现杀菌灭菌的效果,而且抗菌层上设置通孔和吸汗凸块,通过吸汗凸块可以实现对汗液的吸收,同时避免细菌滋生,产生异味,抗菌层上设置透气孔,使该抗菌层在完成抗菌的性能以及对汗液的吸收性能的同时及时散热;
2 本发明在吸汗凸块内部设置疏水层,利用丙纶纱线的疏水特性和芯吸效应,保证人体出汗后,汗液不在吸汗凸块内表面扩散,而是被吸至吸汗层并随吸汗层上的透气孔蒸发出去,以保持织物内层的相对干爽,减小人体与织物之间的粘着效应,提高人体舒适性;
3 本发明设置吸汗层,能增强该面料的吸湿性能,可以及时吸收人体排出的汗液,增加面料穿着舒适度,而且吸汗层内的水分可以经过透气孔排到空气中,增加透气性,减少闷热引起的细菌感染等情况,同时透气孔为相连通的第一透气孔与第二透气孔,第一透气孔与第二透气孔之间形成夹角,能减少内外空气的直接对流,在增强透气的同时减弱热量的散失,提高保暖性,也能阻挡外环境中的沙尘;
4 本发明在每一透气孔的内壁上均设置有热缩冷胀材料层,利用热缩冷胀材料层的热缩冷胀性能,使得透气孔能够根据环境温度自行调整透气孔孔径大小,从而改变面料的透气性能,使得低温时保暖性佳,高温时透气、排汗性好,具有舒适、干爽、不易产生异味的优势;
5 本发明的防水层采用防水透气面料,并在防水透气面料下表面粘连有纳米防水透气膜,可以利用防水透气面料和纳米防水透气膜同时进行防水工作,防水效果好,且不影响面料整体的透气性,便于使用。

实施例一、如图1~3所示,一种透气性面料,包括面料本体1,面料本体1从内到外依次为抗菌层2、吸汗层3、基布层4和防水透气层5。其中,抗菌层2由棉纤维、银纤维混纺形成。吸汗层3为真丝与绵丝交织而成。基布层4为全棉针织层。防水透气层5采用防水透气面料制成。抗菌层2、吸汗层3、基布层4和防水透气层5之间均通过粘胶剂粘结在一起。
抗菌层2上均匀设有若干贯穿其厚度的通孔6,吸汗层3与抗菌层2相连接的一面设有吸汗凸块7,吸汗凸块7与通孔6大小相适配,使吸汗凸块7嵌插在通孔6内。且吸汗凸块7通过粘胶剂粘结在通孔6内部,吸汗凸块7的内侧面与抗菌层2的内侧面处于同一水平面,面料本体1上开设有透气孔8,透气孔8贯穿抗菌层2、吸汗层3和基布层4设置。
本发明的最内层为抗菌层2,在面料本体1与人体接触时利用抗菌层2内部银纤维的抗拒性能实现杀菌灭菌的效果,而且抗菌层2上设置通孔6和吸汗凸块7,通过吸汗凸块7可以实现对汗液的吸收,同时避免细菌滋生,产生异味,抗菌层2上设置透气孔8,使该抗菌层2在完成抗菌的性能以及对汗液的吸收性能的同时及时散热。
透气孔8内壁设有热缩冷涨材料层9。热缩冷涨材料层9通过粘胶剂粘结在透气孔8内壁,热缩冷涨材料层9的厚度以占透气孔8半径的1/10~4/5。在每一透气孔8的内壁上均设置有热缩冷胀材料层9,利用热缩冷胀材料层9的热缩冷胀性能,使得透气孔8能够根据环境温度自行调整透气孔9孔径大小,从而改变面料的透气性能,使得低温时保暖性佳,高温时透气、排汗性好,具有舒适、干爽、不易产生异味的优势。
防水透气层5远离基布层4的侧面通过粘胶剂粘连有纳米防水透气膜10。在防水层采用防水透气面料,可以利用防水透气面料和纳米防水透气膜10同时进行防水工作,防水效果好,且不影响面料整体的透气性,便于使用。
实施例二、在上述实施例的基础上,进一步,透气孔8包括位于抗菌层2、吸汗层3上的第一透气孔11和位于基布层4的第二透气孔12,第一透气孔11与第二透气孔12相连通形成完整的透气孔8,相连通的第一透气孔11与第二透气孔12之间形成夹角。这样设置能够减少内外空气的直接对流,在增强透气的同时减弱热量的散失,提高保暖性,也能阻挡外环境中的沙尘。
实施例三、在上述实施例的基础上,进一步,吸汗凸块7包括两层吸水层14,两层吸水层14之间设有疏水层13。疏水层13为丙纶纱线平纹结构,疏水层13与两层吸水层14通过过粘胶剂粘结在一起,位于下层吸水层14与吸汗层3一体成型设置。
在吸汗凸块7内部设置疏水层13,利用丙纶纱线的疏水特性和芯吸效应,保证人体出汗后,汗液不在吸汗凸块内表面扩散,而是被吸至吸汗层3并随吸汗层3上的透气孔蒸发出去,以保持织物内层的相对干爽,减小人体与织物之间的粘着效应,提高人体舒适性。

1.一种透气性面料,包括面料本体(1),其特征在于,所述面料本体(1)从内到外依次为抗菌层(2)、吸汗层(3)、基布层(4)和防水透气层(5),所述抗菌层(2)上均匀设有若干贯穿其厚度的通孔(6),所述吸汗层(3)与所述抗菌层(2)相连接的一面设有吸汗凸块(7),所述吸汗凸块(7)与所述通孔(6)大小相适配,使所述吸汗凸块(7)嵌插在所述通孔(6)内,所述面料本体(1)上开设有透气孔(8),所述透气孔(8)贯穿所述抗菌层(2)、吸汗层(3)和基布层(4)设置,所述透气孔(8)内壁设有热缩冷涨材料层(9),所述防水透气层(5)远离所述基布层(4)的侧面粘连有纳米防水透气膜(10)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种透气性面料,其特征在于,所述透气孔(8)包括位于所述抗菌层(2)、吸汗层(3)上的第一透气孔(11)和位于所述基布层(4)的第二透气孔(12),所送第一透气孔(11)与所述第二透气孔(12)相连通形成完整的所述透气孔(8),相连通的所述第一透气孔(11)与所述第二透气孔(12)之间形成夹角。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种透气性面料,其特征在于,所述抗菌层(2)、吸汗层(3)、基布层(4)、防水透气层(5)和纳米防水透气膜(10)之间均通过粘胶剂粘结在一起。
